Friendly spot- your basic drinks and bags of coffee - students get a $1 off drinks! Good looking pastry case - Some seating outside, great stop when you're walking through golden

Delicious seasonal drinks! I got the eggnog chai with spicy chai and it was lovely, balanced sweet & spicy, and not overly thick from the eggnog. I got it iced and strangely they don't have a 16 oz iced option (only 12 and 20) which is typically what I would go for....so be ready to only have a little or commit to the 20 oz. The interior and bar setup gave Starbucks/big coffee chain vibes with the bold white lighting, printed and colorized menu above the whole length of the bar, and the bar size/shape. But they are only 1 of 2 locations. So if you like the Starbucks vibe but don't want to support the big boys this place is perfect for you. The staff were nice and quick. They also had lots of snacks and a few GF ones. But watch out my celiac friends...they said gluten friendly which we all know is anything but friendly if you are sensitive to cross contact.

Red Silo cup... I fill you up! The day after flying into Denver, Cassey, Caleb and I went to Golden to do some exploring. I asked if we could stop somewhere for coffee since that's my jam and so we took to exploring the downtown area of Golden for that sweet sweet caffeine hit. We had a few options but Red Silo won since I was looking for a more traditional coffeehouse versus some place that just served coffee. So, we dipped in and got in line for some espresso delish. But! Their espresso machine was currently broken so I was heartbroken to not get my usual americano. With that depressing news, I had to think quick for something else. I settled on a cold brew and eyed the delicious-looking baked goods in the display case as Cassey placed her order. While you can sit in and enjoy your coffee, we were on an adventure so we took our drinks to-go. Plus with all the foot traffic coming and going, it might not be the most relaxing place to sip and sit. The cold brew was pretty decent. My brain is pretty hardwired for americanos so it took a few sips to adjust to the cold brew but once I did, it was pretty tasty. Not my usual cup of.... tea but not bad overall. Maybe adding some flavor to this would've kicked it up a notch since I was out of my norm but it was pretty decent and did it's job. The baristas were super friendly and accommodating to trying to make the drinks people wanted besides us. Having a broken espresso machine must be stressful for the staff but the baristas took it in stride and did great. If you find yourself wandering around Golden and need some coffee for your walk, Red Silo will get you jittery.

I love local coffee shops and this one is one of my favorites in Golden! The inside is really clean and cute!! The servers were very friendly and the service was quick. Perfect spot for a little pick me up. I got a vanilla oatmilk latte - pretty basic order but it was really good! There were a fair number of people inside (came during graduation week) but I didn't have to wait long at all for my order to be ready. I will definitely be going again the next time that I'm in Golden.

Excellent coffee, and the breakfast bagel was perfect. Attractive location with ample seating in back, and right on a nice part of Main Street.

I stopped by here for a afternoon treat at the recommendation of my tattoo artist who works nearby. This is a cute little coffee shop located right off Main Street Golden. I wanted to try something different and fun since I've never been here before. The young woman behind the counter was patient and helpful as I looked over the menu and asked a few questions. I asked her what she recommended and she said that the iced Honey Lavender Latte is her favorite so I went with that and had it made with oat milk. I also chose their gluten friendly Carrot Cake which was a specific recommendation from my tattoo artist. The latte was delicious with great coffee flavor and I was pleasantly surprised with how well the lavender flavor complimented the coffee/espresso flavor. The touch of honey at the bottom of the cup provided just the right amount of sweetness. It was great! The carrot cake was pretty crumbly (as to be expected with almost anything gluten free) and the flavor was just alright (not enough carrot or spice for my liking). The cream cheese frosting was plentiful and delicious and made up for the bland cake. Altogether the carrot cake was pretty good but I wish it would've had more frosting for the amount of cake.

This is a fantastic coffee shop in Golden, replacing an old Starbucks. I love their range of gluten free and vegan options, from cakes and granola bars to burritos. I've had an Americano and an espresso here and both were excellent. Try this place!

Located on Washington Ave & 13th St in Downtown Goden. We were walking down the shops and wanted a good cup of coffee. I'm so glad we stopped here. I tried their 'Tomato & Egg Breakfast Croissant' accompanied with a 'Latte', both delicious and very satisfying! The Croissant was served warm and was fresh, so soft it was simply happiness. Service could be a bit friendlier though, specially when handing you your coffee. There's plenty of seating and a good place to take out your laptop and study or get some work done. Such a nice and clean coffee spot. Overall, we had a great experience here. I can't wait to try more of their menu items.

I had a "bold and nutty" Papua New Guinea style espresso.

Breve-ity is the soul of wit. Or a letter from the pope. But a breve is a really good coffee drink with espresso, cream and half and half. The service was attentive and the vibe was fine by the coffee was really good--strong without being bitter. Reminds me of the best Italian espressos I have had.

Enjoyed two trips after waking up at the Bed and breakfast down the street from here. It's a pleasant small town vibe and everyone is friendly at Red Silo Roasters. I went with a Red Rocks and a Dirty Chai. Both were tasty.

Not bad of a coffee place to stop by when in golden! They also have a pretty good breakfast sandwich and dessert pastry. Good stuff!

Great local roaster that gets overlooked far too often. Give them a try if you're in Golden.

This space was such a cool find, particularly on West Colfax. Way to elevate the neighborhood! The gentleman taking our order was fabulous and helped me to choose dark roast beans for my love and his stocking. Next up, as it was late afternoon, that means no caffeine for me, so he also suggested a lovely seasonal drink with Warsaw in the name. It was lovely and warmed me up. It's my hope that this seasonal drink moves over to the regular offerings! We also shared a slice of their GF zuchinni bread - delish and so moist. I've already got my eye on returning for a yummy eggnog latte and some breakfast!

The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy inside, where seating is plentiful. There is also some outside seating in the morning sun. Troy is the owner and roaster of Brew Culture for 7 years. There were plenty of staff to handle the increasing number of patrons as they came into the café. There were pastries, bars, burritos, cookies, and oatmeal. This is a well-loved neighborhood spot, but it is feeling some pain due to the construction on Colfax. Today we were lucky enough to be there when a guitarist was playing beautiful music, which we enjoyed while drinking our coffee. We were told he comes about once a month. We loved our visit!
