I understand pricing is insane right now, but you still have to execute and deliver. I opted for the pomme de Tarte (Apple tarte) and the olive baguette, which is Amazing! They told me that the baguette dough takes a few days to rise and sit. So it takes three days to make it. It tastes chewy and a little hint of sourdough taste, so good! It brought me back to Paris! I'll be back to try coffee and other things on their menu. I also noticed they sell the famous tea du marriage frères. I think if they offered a light lunch menu like Niçoise salad or croque monsieur it would be nice.
