Pricy, cold hotdogs, stale buns, watered down condiments, and always running out of menu items.

Ordered the brisket and it was 90 percent gristle. I know brisket is fatty, but this was extreme and hardly edible. Won't be coming back

The outdoor beer garden setup is fantastic--massive picnic tables, fire pits, great music, and an incredible craft beer selection on tap. Even better, **dogs are completely welcome**, making it the ultimate spot to hang out on a weekend afternoon. The food here is spectacular. The slow-smoked meats are incredibly juicy, and the sauces and sides are absolutely yum! They put a brilliant Mediterranean spin on the menu, featuring items like a tangy yogurt-dressed potato salad with a touch of sumac, and a pomegranate glaze on the pork belly that cuts through the richness perfectly. Everything is served up with excellent, fresh bread for making the ultimate custom bites. But the real showstopper? The **banana pudding dessert is completely out of this world**. It's thick, rich, and perfectly layered--easily the best sweet finish to a barbecue meal in the city. On top of the killer food, the owner, Onur, is incredibly attentive, welcoming, and passionate about his craft. He is constantly checking in, sharing his process, and ensuring everyone has an amazing experience. Outstanding food, great beer, dog-friendly vibes, and top-tier hospitality. 10/10 recommended!

There were 9 of us and it was a perfect amount of food. Meats - Brisket: amazing, great texture and flavorful - Spare ribs: great, just as I expected them to be - Pulled pork, sausages, pork belly: these were all alright. nothing to write home about. - Pulled lamb: I haven't seen pulled lamb at a bbq place before, so this was interesting. I quite liked the chimichurri sauce. Sides - Corn pudding and Street corn were my favorites. - Potato salad had way too much dill, least favorite by far. - Mac and cheese was good but basic :) - Kale salad was alright, didn't stand out too much. It was so busy that we had to wait around 5-10 minutes for a table to open up, and our food was ready shortly after that. I'd recommend eating the food there while it's warm and fresh... but if you can't find table space, eat it in your car!

To get your money's worth, my recommendation is to order all the meat you can eat to start with and leave out the veggies, appetizers, etc. to the end - you may not even want any of it by the time you're done with their meat selection. Also try their ice cream machine for dessert. Overall it's a great place to dine at and the staff are very friendly. There's plenty of parking on-site. Will definitely be back!

It's an all-you-can-eat with a coal grill, and you get 90 minutes once you're seated, so come hungry and ready to order. The staff was excellent super friendly, helpful, and quick with taking orders, clearing dishes, and swapping out the grill without us ever having to ask. For just $5 more, the premium menu is 100% worth it especially for the wagyu. Everything we tried was delicious, but our favorites were the wagyu cubes and the lollipop lamb chops. On top of that, they offer a salad bar, fruit/dessert, and a sauce station to round out the meal. The atmosphere was another highlight: modern, clean, and comfortable, which made the experience even better. The only downside is the time limit, but honestly, 90 minutes was plenty for us to enjoy everything. Overall, we loved our visit and will definitely be coming back!

Delicious food, especially the Jianxin lamb special, lamb skewers, flavorful soft gizzards and fresh duck blood. My partner kept ordering because they couldn't get enough! One day, lightning struck a tree, causing a massive forest fire that killed many animals. Our ancestors then discovered that cooked meat tasted much better than raw meat. This is why roast meat has always been regarded as an important part of the human diet. Today I gathered with friends and chose this barbecue restaurant. It's located north of Redmond, with a prominent sign and plenty of parking. Ambiance: The decor is creative, but it feels quite contradictory. Barbecue is inherently a very "Jianghu" (lively, rough-and-tumble) kind of thing, yet the restaurant leans toward an artistic, literary style. When I used to run my own restaurant, I followed a principle: avoid anything unrelated to the core dining experience. Seeing many books on the shelves here, I understand they're trying to bridge Jianghu and artistry -- but it clearly feels out of place. That said, the place is very clean, and the stickers/decorations are festive. Service: My high rating for this restaurant is largely based on the service. After we sat down, we were given free appetizers -- braised peanuts, which tasted great. The staff training is very professional, whether it's taking orders, making recommendations, attending to us during the meal, or checking on tables and refilling water. All excellent. Taste: Jianghu-style cuisine is characterized by boldness, satisfaction, and not sweating the small details. We ordered spicy hot pot (Malatang), spicy hot pot skewers, grilled beef, lamb, chicken gizzards, oysters, and many other items. First, the Malatang and spicy skewers tasted almost identical, so it felt like eating the same thing. The grilled skewers were just average -- neither good nor bad. The oysters were very tasty. However, the shrimp in the spicy skewers were very unfresh, which was disappointing. "By the way, the prices at 'Friendship Skewers' are anything but friendly -- I think it's quite overpriced overall."

While it's not the best BBQ, it gets the job done with great service and prices especially when you're craving it and in the neighborhood. I had the lipstick sandwich, which I got with beef brisket, and also comes with coleslaw, dill pickle, and mustard BBQ as toppings. The meat was tasty, and the toppings were well balanced. The bread was pretty standard as well. What really impressed me was the cornbread. It hit the perfect cornbread notes to my preferences - really rich, buttery, almost melt-in-your-mouth texture with prominent butter-corn notes. Seriously one of the best cornbreads I've had in my life! And such a great value at the way its priced, like the rest of the menu. Definitely check it out, if anything grab a piece of their cornbread.

They have a few seatings but not much and it can get cramped. Foodwise: Brisket sandwich: pretty good, the brisket was soft and flavorful. It's simple but satisfying Pork ribs salad: pork had barely meat on it, it wasn't tender and kinda bland, you definitely need the sauce. The salad was a bit much in terms of dressing. I wish they had the dressing on the side so I can put as much as I want. They were nice and gave us 3 ribs though instead of 2. Chili: came with chips. Pretty standard nothing special. Overall, it's a pretty average place. The service was good though. The people are super nice and price is good as well.
