So, update from February 1, 2013, as I just received a Yelp message from Von P., a Red Top Cab Manager as follows: "Very sorry I did not see your post earlier. We give the top priority to advance reservations with an airport destination and have staff assigned to monitor those calls. However, there are times when our system is simply overwhelmed by call volume or road conditions and in spite of our best efforts, we are unable to provide timely pickup. We are reviewing practices now to prevent this from happening again." As you can see, Red Top Cab is even late in responding to customer complaints on Yelp. Seriously, this was NOT a one-time event (see the large number of complaints here!). As I told Von P., we have missed dinner reservations, been late to meet friends, and this was the third time I have had problems with a cab to the airport. The company needs to do far more than "review practices" -- they need to FIRE the entire dispatch center and commit themselves to meeting reservations made by its customers. I will NEVER again use Red Top Cab unless they are willing to guarantee prompt arrival of its cabs for my reservations and they are willing to pay my airline change fee and airport parking tab if they are not on time. read more

Eh. It is what it is. Being the biggest cab company in Arlington, it's the first company I call if I need a cab. Compared to DC cabs, they're paradise. For the most part, they actually know where they're going (or will look at a map if they don't), carry change, and understand basic English. The one exception I've found is a couple early morning (4am to 6am) drivers during weekdays. One time I tried paying via a company account which you provide during the reservation. When it came time to fill out the form the driver had no clue what to do and and wouldn't speak English. I finally just broke down and offered to pay cash instead. Of course he had an epiphany and suddenly spoke perfectly. And of course I later found out he charged against the corporate number too. Another early morning driver couldn't find Union Station without me directing him. read more

I can't add much more than my $.02 to the other reviewers. But I will say that they pick you up quickly, the drivers are friendly, and I've never had a bad experience with them. In fact, one of my best experiences was with Red Top. I called for a Blue Top (which are usually quite good) at some ungodly hour in the morning. I waited an hour for the Blue Top to come (each phone call only yielded "it'll just be another 5 minutes, he's on his way, the check's in the mail, it's only a cold sore, I won't co..." er, you get the idea). So I called Red Top, and they were there in only a few minutes (with the Blue Top in tow, natch. Yeah, I took the Red Top). The verdict: safe, reliable transportation! read more

I am genuinely surprised by the number of negative reviews. Red Top is my go to cab company anytime I need a taxi to take me to either DCA or Union Station. I usually book my cab online and have never waited more than 5 minutes for a cab. They even take credit cards! read more

I have used Red Top for about a decade even though I live in DC. I got tired of getting no shows from DC cabs and this one came highly recommended. They showed up early in clean cabs and courteous drivers. It took the stress out of worry about getting to the airport or train because you could never be sure that the taxi would show up. However, that has changed. I understand they are under new ownership. Last week I booked them in advance the night before my trip. At the appointed time no taxi. I checked and had a text from them saying "track your driver." When I clicked on it to my utter shock it said this trip has been canceled! No phone call no alert whatsoever. I could not alternate timely transportation. I called and was told that they canceled because there was no taxi in the area, even though I had booked it the night before. After numerous calls,​ they finally got me a taxi and I was rushing for the train. I spoke with a manager who said sorry but you got there. I will NEVER use them again. I don't usually take a cab but this morning I was running late for brunch, sick and I didn't have time or patience to metro from Arlington to DC. I called Red Top, disregarding all of the negative reviews. I figured: 'Why not give it a try? I'm desperate.' I placed the call for the taxi - no trouble at all, good start. One minute later I received a text saying that the cab was 1 mile away. I honestly didn't believe it would come that fast so I wasn't 100% ready. I got myself together as quick as I could and received a text a few seconds later that the cab was outside. It was the most pleasant cab ride I've ever had. We had light conversation and the driver, Fred, got me to my Eastern Market destination in 16 minutes. He was extremely courteous. I paid cash, so no credit issues like previous posters. Overall I am so satisfied, I will be riding with Red Top in the future. read more

Red Top Cabs have done what people have been trying to get me to do for years: Shut up. So this has happened a few times. I'll get in the cab and the driver will have his window down. As we go down 395, this gets to be awfully windy, messing up my hair and freezing me. The first time, I asked, "Will you please roll the window up? I'm really cold." It was winter. I was scantily-clad, as I had an evening out with the girls ahead of me. Cabbie rolls up the window and within seconds, the WHOLE car smelled like Campbell's soup. No. Not Mmmm Mmmm Good. I wanted to Mmmm Mmmm DIE! So, the next time this happened, I shut the hell up and just froze. 3 stars because they are always right there when you need them and they get you there very quickly. They're either hit or miss. I mainly used them to do my grocery shopping at Harris Teeter. Unfortunately for me, Harris Teeter, Bed Bath and Beyond, and an apartment complex shared the same exact address. I had to get their customer service rep to connect me to a dispatcher to relay the pickup location for the Harris Teeter side or the taxi will either show up and go, or end up picking someone else up. I've had taxis stolen in the past even though they're supposed to check names. They're one of the few that accept credit cards so I don't have any alternatives. Almost all the DC cabs I've seen take cash only. Their drivers are questionable. One of their drivers tried to charge me extra for having groceries. I had another driver look at a map for directions. Some of the extra fees they charge are unreasonable. Although gas price is high and they have a gas surcharge, other counties in the area did not charge. They charge $1 for each additional passenger. Compared to the Yellow Cab in San Francisco (often times having the second highest gas prices in the nation according to Gas Buddy), they did not have a gas surcharge nor did they charge for additional passengers. Most people know that SF and NYC are the most expensive cities in the US to live in, yet they manage to keep their costs down. Despite some of the bad experiences I've had, they seem to have a few good drivers. My wife and I received a free ride while waiting out in the freezing cold at night (This might've been a different cab company). I helped a driver exit the gate at an apartment I used to live at and he offered me a ride. One driver gave me his cell so I could use him for a round trip. I always seem to end up with ungodly early morning flights so the metro isn't running and I end up cabbing it to DCA. The few times I used Red Top the guy either showed up 15 minutes early or didn't show up at all. It wasn't a huge deal because I just get breakfast at the airport for when they show up early and I can usually manage to flag down another company cab for the times they don't show Both times I called the evening before to make a reservation for pickup, although they do have an online system where you can reserve 24 hrs + beforehand. I'm giving it three stars because it's an average cab company with regards to cleanliness and employees, but if you're flying out in the morning you might want to try a different company. Having the cab fail to come can really start off your morning in a stressful way if you don't have a back up plan for getting to the airport. read more

This place is a scam- Use at your own risk! I reserved a can on-line for 8 am to take me to the airport. I called at 7 am to recon firm. The agent told me that the cab will be at destination at 8. After waiting for 10 mins , I decided to call them at 8:10 and double-check. I did not want to miss my flight. The agent informed me that they could not find a driver. I asked her why they did not at least call me to let me know. She informed me that they only call when the taxi is on the way, not when it is not coming. Go figure! Additionally the whole point of reservation is to ensure there will be someone available! I travel for business often and I used them several times. They go out of their way for long trips to Dulles but are very unreliable for shorter DCA trips Ill never use them again ! read more

Today, I left an expensive camera in the cab. I whistled, but did not think the cabby heard or would bother to come back. I was in tears. Two minutes later, I saw a Red Top across and down the street with lights flashing. My husband ran over and sure enough, it was him. How nice! He heard me whistle and turned around. We called for this cab from the Arlington Hospital. The hospital receptionist helped us make the reservation call and, after leaving our name, we were told that the cab would arrive to pick us up in 10-15 minutes. Red Top is the cab company that the hospital recommends. Fast forward to 45 minutes later. Apparently, the cab arrived at the hospital and picked up someone else. We were very frustrated---if a company has you make a reservation with your name and phone #, you'd think the cab driver would confirm a customer's name and phone number before letting him/her in the cab. We had to wait another 15 minutes for another cab to arrive. Once the second cab arrived, the service was fine. The cab was clean and was well-maintained. The cab driver was polite. The unfortunate situation is that many other DC cab companies seem to have low Yelp ratings too. When you're in an unfamiliar city, you're basically at the mercy of whatever cab companies, etc are around. read more

Ugh, even ONE star is too much for these people! Arranged a cab to pick up my boss to transport from one meeting to another. Gave dispatch very specific instructions that the passenger was going to be in a meeting, and could the cab show up at 1:15, start the meter (we have no problem paying for the time), and make sure to wait unti my boss was out of the meeting? We weren't sure if it would run late, so wanted to build in about 15 mins extra time. Sure, no problem, repeated the instructions back to me... and the pick up was on a quiet street in Alexandria. Not exactly bustling 16th St rush hour traffic that would have made waiting around difficult, you know? Cab #1 - showed up at 1, and started calling my boss. Mid-meeting. Never called ME, the primary phone contact. Then he LEFT. Cab #2 - we called, were told someone would go right out. 15 mins later, call again and are told dispatch 'forgot' to send a new cab. Cab #3 - currently still waiting to hear if that was successful. When I called them just now they said someone had accepted the pick up, which I guess is supposed to be good. And the woman on the phone was completely uninterested in doing anything (refund, gift card) about the first two botched attempts. I'll never use them again, and if I have my way, neither will anyone else in the company. :p read more

Unreliable service. Scheduled a cab with redtop for a flight to the airport a few days on advance. Day of called 15 min early to double check- everything is ok they assure. 15 min past scheduled pick up time I call again - 'a cab has NOT been dispatched yet.'. Seriously? This is the worst response you can get from a cab. Way to f me over red top- never again. As a follow up - I called Alexandria yellow cab who had someone out in under five minutes. Redtop left a voicemail on my cell 2+ hours later to tell me a cab had been dispatched (while I was in flight). read more

Last 2 experiences 1 - Cab into DC for a Friday night. They could not give me a wait time...when I pressed for if she thought it would be closer to 10 minutes or an hour, the operator informed me that they no longer give wait times on the weekend. Seems like a good business practice (sarcasm). The cab did come in about 10 minutes...thus the 2 stars. 2 - Called a cab for my sister on a Wednesday morning to get a cab to Union Station. They confirmed 10-20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called to see the issue, sat on hold for 10 minutes. Finally called Blue Top, and they came in 5 minutes. Never got a call from Red Top. read more

Placed an order via phone for a cab at 6:00 last night, and was told it would be 30 minutes. At 6:24, rec'd a text that the cab had been dispatched. At 6:52, still no cab, o I called the company. I was told the driver had arrived at 6:48, but then left (I rec'd no call to inform me they had arrived), and was informed that the cab would be sent back my way. At 7:15, called the company again to inquire on the status of the cab, and was told the driver had actually accidentally picked up the wrong fare (interesting...), and that a call had been sent out for another cab, but that no one had picked up the call yet, and they couldn't give me an estimate on a time because the estimate would "scare [me]." At 8:05, finally gave up on the night out and cancelled the cab (which had STILL not been dispatched). As another reviewer has mentioned, apparently Red Top isn't so much a cab company as a "wish for a cab" company. I'll be contacting other services in the future. read more

I agree 100% with Matt W.'s review of 6/20--something has apparently changed recently with Red Top and it has been for the worse. I've lived in Arlington for 14 years now, and until recently Red Top was our go-to choice for a taxi. Not only were they prompt, they regularly showed up five minutes BEFORE the reserved time. Within the past few months, however, on three separate occasions we've reserved a cab with Red Top and they have failed to arrive. Not late. COMPLETELY FAILED TO ARRIVE. The last incident was just this morning. We called last night to reserve a cab for this morning. We called back later last night to CONFIRM that reservation. This morning? No taxi. Waited for 10-15 minutes and could wait no longer; had to catch a bus. We will NEVER use Red Top again, ever. read more

Last week I made a reservation with Red Top Cab the evening before an AM flight, as I have done many times before. For years, the operators have always been efficient and friendly, and they had my address available immediately via the caller ID. This time, the operator couldn't access my information, was unfamiliar with the area, and needed considerable assistance in recording my address correctly; I chalked this up to inexperience or perhaps being new to the area. The next morning, the cab was a no-show. I called Red Top and an automated voice told me they were searching for a cab to fulfill my reservation. I requested an agent; after a wait, I was told--by an agent who sounded an awful lot like he was in an offshore call center, and who initially thought I was taking a taxi to the Raleigh-Durham airport(?!?)--that the cab was eight minutes away. By this point it was time to leave, so I had to cancel the cab and scramble to arrange alternate transportation. Looks like Red Top has made some unfortunate business decisions recently, and they're not working out well. Sadly, I'm afraid it's time to find a new cab company. read more

A single positive review for a cab service probably means far less than a single negative one. I'll add my 2 cents anyway. I had a gawd-awful 6:00 am flight from Reagan National this morning, so I called Red Top yesterday afternoon and reserved a 4:00 am pick up from downtown DC. The driver arrived 10 minutes early, and was quite gracious. The cab was clean and comfortable (except for the typical cabbie junk that was already in the trunk, but which didn't cause a problem for me adding my suitcase). He took me straight to the airport without any silly detours. Price was $14 + tip. Would book them again. read more

Red Top USED to be our go-to recommendation for cab companies when friends and family came to town. They used to get there on time or early when we called or when my wife, who used to be an admin, would make reservations for business clients and they took credit and debit as well as cash, which made it easy. **Twice** now we have either called for a cab or made reservations and twice now they have screwed us when we needed to get somewhere. Earlier this year they DID NOT SHOW after we called and they said a cab was on the way. We had to drive to the train station and pay for daily parking FOR A WEEK because of them (We were taking the train and there is No economy parking at Union Station - do the math). This time we called THE DAY BEFORE and left a reservation. When the time came for the cab, THEY DID NOT SHOW. As before, we had to drive and pay the daily fee. They've now cost us more than $300 on top of aggravation. We will no longer utilize their services, nor the services of their related Yellow Top cab. read more

I stayed at the hilton garden inn in Arlington and needed a cab back to the airport. I went online around 8am to make a reservation for 1pm with gogreen cab but after a couple hours they never got back to me so I asked the desk clerk who they used and she said she could call me a red top cab and they usually would arrive in a couple of minutes. When I checked out she called the cab and he was there in a couple of minutes. Took me right to the terminal I needed. Very satisfied with RedTop cab. read more

Geez, what's with the low reviews? Red Top cab is the only cab company that I consistently call. We used to have vouchers and use them for all work trips when I worked in Rosslyn. All of their cabs have credit card readers. Their dispatchers pick up the phone quickly. They can usually have a cab to you within 20 minutes of calling (at least in DC or VA). Only downside to Red Top is that you have to either begin or end your trip in VA (works perfect for trips to/from DCA). In the many times that me and my wife used them, I have no complaints (save that at certain busy times, your wait for a cab to come can be a bit long---just make sure to call far enough in advance). read more

I've had a long term relationship with Red Top (when I'm in DC/NoVA). They are best when you call far ahead of time to schedule a pick up. I've found them to be 99% reliable, friendly, and courteous. I'm saddened to read the reviews of horrible service. That hasn't been my experience. That said, cab companies, in general, have been totally leapfrogged by technology-driven companies such as Uber and I suspect all traditionally operated cab companies' days are numbered. read more

One year later...still zero stars. I had booked a cab through a different cab company to take me to the airport this morning, but they didn't have anyone available so they very kindly called me a Red Top (now that's service!). Red Top quoted them 10 minutes to pick me up. 10 minutes later, I called Red Top and asked what the deal was. They told me in a roundabout fashion that no one had accepted the assignment yet (note: no snow or inclement weather of any kind anywhere in sight). I said, "Just so I'm sure that I understand you - there is no cab on the way, even though you told [other cab company] that you would pick me up in 10 minutes?" They confirmed this and then told me to call back if no one had come to pick me up in another 5 minutes. This makes NO sense to me for more than one reason: 1. Shouldn't they be able to see if someone had picked me up via their system? 2. They obviously have no way of forcing a cab driver to accept an assignment. 3. Ergo, what will calling them back in 5 minutes do? So, I called an Uber. The Uber arrived in a timely fashion and I called Red Top back as I was getting into it to let them know that they sucked and I had called an Uber since they obviously aren't reliable, so they could cancel my reservation. Not sure why they called me again as I was going through airport security, but I really had no interest in talking to them again, so I didn't pick up. My sense of schadenfreude is well-served by assuming that their completely inept staff failed to cancel the reservation, despite my taking the time to call them and ask them to do so, and some cab driver sat outside my building for 10 minutes before realizing he should find another cab company to work for. TL;DR: Red Top got a completely undeserved, unintentional second chance with me purely because a different cab company actually knows the meaning of the phrase "customer service". They still f***ed it up. If you're thinking of using Red Top, CALL AN UBER INSTEAD. At least then you can see where your car is and when it will arrive. Uber may be causing the downfall of traditional cab companies, but Red Top has dug itself such a deep hole that it's not exactly hard for Uber to kick the dirt back in. Also, for anyone curious, the first cab company I called was Envirocab and they're usually quite good. read more

Maybe I was lucky? Or people disproportionately review taxi companies when they have bad experiences? I looked at yelp and google reviews of Red Top Cab on a Friday night. I needed a cab to get from my Arlington home to a 5.30am flight from DCA on a Saturday morning. But the reviews scared me. I went ahead anyway and the whole thing went as smooth as it could: (*) I spoke to a live person on Friday at 8.20pm (*) I immediately got a text message confirming the booking for 4.10am the next day (*) At 3.50am I got a text message that the driver was on the way. At 4.01am I got a text message that the driver had arrived. (*) At 4.10am I got in the taxi and the quick drive to DCA took place without incident. read more

This is the second time I've called for a cab to the airport and was told the cab would be there in 15-20 min. Instead, last year, the cab arrived an hour later. I almost missed my flight. Today, it arrived 40 min after my call. The text they sent said the cab had been dispatched 30 min after my call. WTH?! Why would you say 15-20 min in the first place?! I might miss my flight now. I should've learned my lesson the first time. The drivers were always pleasant, but the company they work for sucks. Update: I did miss my flight. Third time is a charm?... Done with Red Top. Today was my third experience (my second in just 2 weeks) that I have had a cab not show up. Sparing the obnoxious little details- My wait time was estimated 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called and spoke with Nora and asked her to verify that the driver was indeed still on his way because I have had this situation occur before and no one even called from the company to let me know. I was told it would be 5 minutes or less. 10 minutes later I call the company again and ask to speak with a customer service representative. While on hold, I get a ping on my phone saying the cab has arrived. No... You aren't here. When the representative was on the line I told him that I got this message and was put on hold again. The cab finally came and I had to tell him which direction to go... Really? Now for the REASON WHY I'll never use them again. I stayed on the line with the representative while in the cab waiting to get off hold. The man asked me to explain the circumstances of the problem and I did. I asked if I was expected to pay for this ride or how he planned to rectify this situation since it's the THIRD time this has happened to me. He said he didn't know why the cab driver was late (maybe he hit accept too early, etc), and that I only waited 25-30 minutes so I had to pay. I asked "even though I was told 5-10 minutes and then 5 minutes or less when I called the first time?" The man said yes because it was only an estimated time. The man didn't try to rectify the situation in any way nor did he even sound as if he cared one bit. If he would have just sounded genuinely sympathetic to this problem, I would have been fine. Same company as Fairfax Yellow Cab... made a reservation on Saturday for a wheelchair cab for Sunday at specific time. First call, indicated a short delay of 5 to 10 minutes. Second call indicated another 10-15 delay. I was then to,d on third call that I should have scheduled cab 15 minutes earlier that I wanted, this was 40 minutes after they should have been here. At 45 minutes, we were told a cab might never show up - we were priority dispatch. Somsitting there with my mom in a wheelchair with no transport! I have been riding with Red Top for twenty years but no more. would give them zero stars if I could. Dispatch system is inaccurate and makes it impossible to talk to a human even if you need to. The driver was so busy gabbing on his phone that he missed the exit for the airport and we ended up sitting in stopped traffic on 395 for thirty minutes. They don't use any gps or traffic apps - so antiquated! read more

I was scheduled to work a 6:30am and 7am shift this past weekend at work. Red Top received my business because they offered online booking on their website. I had used their cabs from the cab stands at metro stations, but this was my first time booking them directly. After booking, I received email confirmation of my scheduled times. However, one of my bookings was canceled for some reason--maybe because I requested at 5:30am pickup? The representative left a message saying that I needed to call them on that day when I'm ready to leave. I called on Saturday at 5:45am, spoke to a friendly rep, and a cab arrived about 15 minutes later. I also received a text message when the cab was dispatched. This driver took the most direct route, and got me to work with enough time to change into uniform and grab a bit to eat. On Sunday morning, I received a text message to say the cab was 0.7 miles away. That morning was the DC Triathlon, so an exit was closed off. The result was instead of paying $9, I had to pay $16 and some change. The driver was apologetic, but I had already known about the triathlon, so was prepared to pay more. However, after talking with co-workers who lived in Arlington, they said they had no problem taking the 14th Street bridge to the hotel that morning. I will give the driver the benefit of the doubt, as I saw a closed exit, but she drove too fast (and I was too sleepy) to notice. She used her GPS and followed an alternative route. My experience was varied, but the cabs arrived on time and most importantly, got me to work on time. I would definitely use them again if I need a cab in the future. UPDATE I thought as long as I get stuck with opening shifts on Sundays, I would continue edit this review just to note how much I'm paying for fare minus tips. I rarely use taxis, mostly because cabs in the DC area have no idea where they're going, give you attitude if you need to go from DC to VA and vice versa, and have questionable driving skills. I was running late to a dinner date last week, and knew riding Metro was probably going to take longer since I was going from Arlington to Shaw. I called RedTop and they had a cab at my place within 20 minutes. So far, so good. That's where it ended. I told the driver I needed to go to Shaw. He didn't know that area. I gave him the cross streets and then asked him which route he planned on taking -- 50 or 395. Again he didn't know and checked Google Maps on his phone. Okayyy. 395 was backed up due to a Caps game, and he said, "Oh yeah, the highway's been jammed all night." Really? So you looked at your phone prior to leaving, presumably saw on Google Maps that the traffic was a solid red line from 395 onward, yet still didn't think to take a different route? As much as I complain about cabbies being terrible drivers, at least the bad ones will get you there somewhat quickly. This guy obeyed every yellow light and speedl imit, much to my exasperation. Needless to say, $25 later I arrived at the restaurant. (I'd give them 0.25 stars for having a credit card reader in the cab.) Next time I'll take my chances with Metro or drive myself. read more

I had a 6:30 AM flight out of Reagan National so the 4:45 AM pickup from Eastern Market was right on time. Plus, the friendly cab driver told me about a woman who had unexpectedly jumped in the car earlier and told him she'd pay him more if he drove her and since he knew she wasn't the one who'd called -despite her insistence otherwise- (and came all the way from Arlington), he obstinately refused. Of course, I never saw this incident, but it was also good to have some good company on the way to the airport at the wee hours. Prompt, friendly, and normally-priced by meter (I dislike the zoning system in DC cabs). I try not to give 5 stars, but I feel this is merited. Update: most times I've reserved with Red Top for a ride before dawn to Reagan National, it's been on time (or early) and with a friendly driver. A few times ago they were 15 minutes late, and the driver started our conversation, after I double checked with him that my destination was the airport, with, "do you know where you are?" Did he not see me standing in front of my house? Was it planning on taking me for a scenic route if I'd said no?! That was totally shady. I recently remembered how decent Red Top Cab company (RTC) was when I had to take an early flight out of Dulles and I was staying in NW DC. I called RTC on 4th of July-despite their hectic work pace on this holiday, the woman was nice, professional, and let me book my reservation quickly and smoothly. The morning of the 5th and on the dot the cab arrives and my phone rings to let me know it had just gotten to my location. The interior was clean, the driver friendly, safe, and we made decent time. I needed to pay with a credit card, which was acceptable, and he gave me a real receipt--not one of Sometimes, that's all it takes to get a repeat customer. read more

I travel about 1-2x per month and ALWAYS book travel to the airport with Red Top. Pros: *Super easy online booking *Almost always early/on time** *Text notifications with the cab# and ETA *Automatic call when the cab has arrived *VISA CARD ACCEPTANCE!! I hate getting in a cab when they refuse service if you have no cash or have to drive you to an ATM as they "don't accept credit". I've never had this experience with Red Top. Con: -1 star as there have been a few times where they did not show. **Note - If you attempt to book on a busy "going out night" (Fri/Sat) they may not show. I use Red Top every week to get to Reagan Airport. I schedule them the night before and they are always there to pick me up on time in the morning. The cars are clean and the drivers are friendly. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the drivers arrive 10min early and call me 2 or 3 times to let me know they are ready to go. Yes, but I am not ready yet, I will be outside at the time I scheduled, unless you call me 5 more times which will actually put me BEHIND schedule. I don't think this is the driver's fault, I think only the dispatcher knows the time I scheduled. And better early than late! My favorite aspect of using them is that they work with my Taxi Magic app on my phone. I can schedule the cab up to 24hrs in advance, see an estimate of the fare, see where it is once its dispatched, and pay for it on my credit card all using the app. This is the pain-free future of cabbing! read more

Horrible service.. Couldn't even get a cab to my house.. First person told me 10 to 20 minutes. An hour later I'm still sitting here. The last person told me no drivers answered the dispatch call.. Ridiculous! read more
