Pit stop on our way up north. Their portions are huge! So delicious! I ordered their chicken teriyaki wrap and it was delicious! Their onion rings are crispy. Inside, there's many seatings and staff is super friendly. Definitely will come back to try other items.

So I'm from California and I came up here to see my kids and pasted by this place and I'll tell u the food was good and the service was really good and very helpful. My son didn't want onions in his sandwich and they were very nice about it and asked if everything else was ok. That was some thick fish and so good will worth every. They have outside seating and inside. Thank you for the good food

First time here. Ordered a California burger meal, a Monster burger meal, an order of fried mushrooms with a side a ranch, and an order of spicy chicken wings to eat in the vehicle. Food was made fresh to order. Staff were polite and friendly. Quiet relaxed ambiance. Dining room had a tv playing and several tables available to choose from with surrounding windows to enjoy the outside views. An outside dining patio was also an inviting option on this sunny, dry September day. The burgers were big, tasty and filling. Fries were plentiful and had a nice crunch to them. The wings were cooked perfectly, nice and moist with a pleasing sweet, tangy and spicy sauce that was perfectly proportioned. The fried mushrooms were large with an extra crispy batter. My suggestion is to consider changing the cooking oil, and cook the fries and mushrooms a tad less. Possibly consider utilizing a lighter beer batter for the mushrooms. Daily specials were posted as a cost savings which I might try on the next visit.

Delicious and super friendly. We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Burger w/ Fries, and the Combo Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich w/ Onion Rings. Order was ready quick. They also have Bundaberg brand fruit flavored sodas. Highly recommend for a quick, tasty bite. We will be back to try more of the menu!

Holy crap where do I begin! You Walk in and the smell you know you're about to get some good food. I'm pregnant and super picky so I was over joyed when my food was brought to me. The fries are crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside (best kind) my burger was so juicy and the house sauce is a yes. They also offer different bottled sodas which made my husband so very happy. The spicy wings were also an A+ in my husbands opinion. I highly recommend coming here for a nice delicious cheburger!!!

We've eaten here several times over the years, this was the first time we eat dinner here. Fam. Let me tell you, the very reasonable lunch size portions? They're significantly bigger on the dinner menu. Almost disturbingly so Being able to get a selection of interesting regional beers is always a draw, tonight was no exception. And the pretty good lunch menu is expanded for the dinner hour - as well as the portion sizes being expanded. I ordered the fish and chips, my partner ordered the bar steak (which was New York strip), and her daughter ordered the salmon burger with fries. Because it was a special, we also got a giant order of poutine. Despite being in almost at closing, the service was absolutely spectacular. We very nearly had the place to ourselves, so the overall vibe was very homey and welcoming. As noted, the portions were enormous. I opted to finish my fish at the expense of the chips. My partner wound up with a significant take home portion as did her daughter. Couldn't possibly have been happier about our decision to stop in. Since we seem to have a new Greener in the family, I'm sure that we will be in Olympia significantly more frequently. And frankly, I am pretty happy about that, just based on being able to stop in here on the regular again.

My family hit this joint up on a Saturday mid-morning and we did not have to wait. Our waitress was Suyen I know I'm not spelling her name correctly. But, this soul was absolutely bright and kind. We ordered the fried chicken salad and the smash burger! This fried chicken was Perfection in my mouth! Sheesh the breading, the seasoning, the tenderness, and so juicy! The salad came with homemade ranch again awesome Flavor. The smash burger was juicy, full of flavor, perfect size and homemade fries. The fries were fresh and hot but, not greasy. And for dessert we had a key lime pie! I doubt know who was in that kitchen cooking but, babyyyyyy they got some soul in their blood. I am such a fan of this establishment! Come check them out and I believe you will not be disappointed.

I ended up calling (twice - nobody answered the first time) and got an order over the phone. I headed down there and the first thing I noticed is that the building needs work. There is a tin roof siding kind of thing along the entire front of the restaurant. It is old. Paint coming off. Not a good sign. Went into the bar as I didn't realize there was a separate bar and restaurant. I didn't see any signs showing that. I was directed by a bartender to go to the other side to get my order. A very nice blonde girl was there and went to bagging my order getting my chowder and everything else which took 5 to 6 minutes. It was over $64 with the tip. Got back to my hotel room to try my french dip. Problem is, they forgot the dip - no au jus. It is just warm roast beef in a bun. No flavor. Nothing to it. I couldn't even finish a half of it. The tater tots were bad. Half were soggy. No seasoning. No flavor. Not worth eating. The pickle was good, but wrapped in a napkin kind of thing that made my hands messy trying to unwrap it to eat it. Next up was the clam chowder. It was yellow, so I assumed it was a corn chowder. It is neither. It smells like a ham chowder and tastes like a vegetable/potato soup. It is very watery and had big pieces of celery and other veggies. I have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it is not a clam chowder. Finally, I got chipotle wings. They appear to have been a dry rub. I had hoped they either would come with a chipotle sauce to dip them in or they would be sauced wings. They were neither. Being a dry rub, they had a hint of chipotle flavor, but basically tasted like bare wings. My wife got a pasta bread thing of some kind. She had 4 bites and that was it. $64 for about 10 total bites of food. I hate to waste that money and throw away so much food, but I'd be doing homeless people a disservice by giving it away. To recap, building is old looking. Forgot an important part of one of the dishes. Soggy, unseasoned tots. Watery, "clam" chowder that that is really a potato/veggie soup, wings with almost no flavor - may as well have just asked for bare, unseasoned wings. Wasted $64.

Aside from pizza, a burger and fries are Crankypants' favorite meal. This one he pronounced good, but not as good at his favorite (insert name of a nice casual dining restaurant in downtown Oly that opened at the height of the pandemic). I wasn't feeling all that bread, so I had a Caesar salad with a burger patty on top. If you're gonna serve a Caesar, it needs to be real (ie, at least a hint of anchovies for the umami). This one was pretty bland and the croutons needed to be crisper with more garlic and butter. They definitely deserve extra credit for sourcing local grass fed, grass finished beef. It's more expensive but it's better for you and the planet. I love really fresh cut fries with the skin on, and these would have been perfection, if they had only been served hot from the fryer. Finally, the beer: I had a pale ale that was just OK. Crankypants felt the same about his. Their glasses are really nice and enhance the pleasure of sipping. It wouldn't take much for this to move up to a 4 star destination. For that reason, we'll probably try it again sometime next year.

The table we sat at was on a slight slope, but not annoying enough for us to move. There was only one server working. All orders went through the bar. Great selection of beer and ciders. The menu was limited. It is pub grub. Went with a smash burger fries and onion rings. Food came out and it looked great. The fries and onion rings were lukewarm warm to cold. I have been told many times that their smash burger is the best burger in Olympia. I don't see it. It's the 2nd time I have had it, the spices are stronger than expected. Edges of my patty were burnt, and it relies on the sauce to make up for taste. It's not a bad burger, but it isn't amazing either. My wife was not impressed at all, and told me she won't be needing to go back. For me, I won't be disappointed if I end up back at this place. But I also won't be making the choice to go back. Maybe for beers...
