However, when we got our consultation, Nick shared with us how the layout would be not only ergonomically friendly, but safe for our ever curious and crawling 11 month old. We were concerned specifically with a grated drain that is directly under our deck that infamously would get clogged with leaves and cause major rainwater back-up, and Nick created a seamless design that we could get to the drain to clean it occasionally without crawling under the deck anymore! Do not hire this company under any circumstances. We hired them to complete millwork in our condo, and the quality of the work was extremely poor. Since then, they have repeatedly promised to come back and fix the issues, but more than a year has passed and nothing has been properly resolved. We have sent countless emails following up, many of which were ignored. We will be attaching screenshots showing the lack of response and the ongoing attempts to get this addressed. Phone calls are also not answered. When calling from a different number, they pick up, but once they realize who is calling, they hang up. This has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences we have had. The work was not completed to an acceptable standard, the follow-up has been completely unprofessional, and they have failed to take responsibility for the issues. We have also been told by our contractor that similar problems have happened on other projects involving this company. Stay away. Do not hire them.
