Chicken Florentine over Angel Hair (sub fettuccini)
    Michelle M.

Update from June 2026: I visited RWB today for Father's Day and we ordered the 18" pizza. Before ordering we asked the waitress if we did half cheese and half 4 topping pizza whether they would charge for half a cheese and half a 4 topping pizza price. She said she would adjust it because their system doesn't price it fairly when doing half and half. When the bill came it was an extra dollar than a 4 item pizza. I paid for the bill but wanted the waitress to know for feedback purposes and she had said she helped me out as normally doing half and half cost $10 more. I was shocked because again, half the pizza was plain cheese and we ended up paying more for this than a 4 item pizza! The pizza without tax and tip was $29.50... keep in mind a 4 topping pizza is $28.50. So be aware when ordering pizza from red white and brew that their ordering system for pizza overcharges and apparently if I hadn't mentioned anything before ordering it would have been over $1! And yes the picture with my review shows the half with cheese was larger and that's how it was in person too. The chicken Florentine was so delicious! I will definitely order this again. The side of sweet potato fries were perfect and delicious. The portion was enough for leftovers, so that's a plus. The complimentary bread is always delicious and so nice to have something to munch on while we wait for food, especially with kids. I normally would rate RWB a 5 star but due to the way they charge pizza, I have to take away a star for this visit.

My friends and I LOVE Red White and Brew on Wednesdays!! They have half price bottles of wine!! We call ourselves The Real Housewives of Maricopa County, so we love half price wine on Wednesdays Today we enjoyed the Steak salad and Wedge salad and our favorite bottle of wine! Natalie, our outstanding server/bartender takes care of us above and beyond She is the biggest reason we go there!! We also love the ambiance with the new remodel! I will recommend this location to all our friends!

This is a great place! From the hostess, to our waitress, service was perfect. Wife and I both ordered burgers. They actually cook them to your specifications, in our case medium. Came out hot, juicy and delicious. Fries were a generous portion fresh tasting and crispy on the outside. Flawless meal in a busy, competent place.

Yum!! Super busy location there is plenty of parking if you get there early enough you may even luck out with parking out front. Great staff there our waitress joked around with us and made us smile. The food was very good and came in big portions. We had mussels, burgers and liver with onions and all hot the spot. The restaurant seems like a local favorite the staff and some of the guests seemed to know each other, regulars? Love the atmosphere and the food. We will definitely be back!

Description of the vegan ravioli. Delicious!!

We had a lovely time on the patio here. We shared the vegan ravioli dish and omg it was so amazing! The raviolis were huge and filled with a mix of slow cooked vegetables. They were topped with a fresh and flavorful marinara sauce and broccoli florets. We had the garlic sautéed spinach with it which paired perfectly. All delicious and super healthy too! Our server was very busy, but she as still very attentive and friendly.

After shooting at Rio Salado, our group of guys stopped in for lunch. The restaurant is modern, big, and clean. The hostesses were organized and got us seated quickly. The service was attentive early and we ordered a couple burgers and fish and chips. The server was very clear about what the burger temps were. Medium was to be pink throughout. I had a whiskey and they served it with a clear cube. The food came out in a reasonable period of time. My burger was ordered medium but was cooked to death and dry. Unfortunately the server did not return to see how our food was. This cost the fifth star. The fries were really good. The fish and chips tasted great.

Great casual spot that feels a little fine dining that also makes a great date night. The food while a little pricey is always phenomenal, staff is always attentive, and overall this place is definitely worth heading to if you wanna have a nice outing.

I took my Mom here for lunch today. I was looking forward to trying the Sea Bass Cheeks. I used to come out here frequently years ago for the Halibut Cheeks, and they were one of my favorites things! The Sea Bass Cheeks were good, but not as sweet and succulent as the Halibut. We also brought home the new roasted pear appetizer, and a Beet and Peach salad for my wife. She loved the salad! I liked the new look to the restaurant, and the service was very good. I will not wait so long to return. There's several more dishes I want to try. I just wish it wasn't 25+ miles away. I did find out they have other restaurants in town. There's a Blue 32 that's much closer to me, so I will certainly give them a try soon.

It's been a while since I updated this place. We usually really enjoy this place, we have been here quite a few times. This time, nearly everything was not so good. I ordered the seared salmon (over spiced) and my wife ordered the New York strip had a ton of season and was super salty and the potatoes were cold. 1st. They asked if we wanted bread. Sure. Our server brought out some cold bread and was not very good. 2nd. My side was a Cesar Salad, Strangely this was very warm. Warm salad. Didn't eat it, but our server didn't even ask if there was an issue with it, she just took it away. 3rd. We sat close to the kitchen so we could see our order come up. It was nice and steamy and hot. It sat there for about 3-4 minutes before our server decided to bring this out. Another worker just stood there looking at our food...clueless to help someone and run it to us. I almost went up and got it myself. Service - there could not have been a more inattentive server we ever experienced. There is too much to even write in this space. Zero stars. I'm think a little change in the menu is long over due. The bigger issue was, it was not busy at all, so good service shouldn't be that hard.

Came here for Golden Vista Resort & Lost Dutchman residents lunch. Nice place, lots of selections on the menu, really good service, busy ambiance but still able to visit & enjoy while dining. I had the Penne Pasta with a side salad for my entree & it was delicious! Big serving, so I took the rest of my pasta home for another meal. I also had a slice of carrot cake for dessert. Very delicious!! This place is open for breakfast, lunch, &?dinner, by the way. I will return & try other items.

I have enjoyed all my visits here. The food is very good. This time I was meeting family for an early lunch. We started with the bacon-wrapped stuffed figs which were very good. I had the Asian Chicken salad. The chicken on top was crispy and the salad was good but over-dressed. So the lettuce was soggy. It may have been sitting for a bit before they served it. Part of the appeal of an Asian salad is the crunch, so I was a bit disappointed. Next time I will ask for the dressing on the side. The custom pizza was very good, and I love that they will split a wedge salad for two people - because it's a big serving! The garlic bread is very good as well. This was really a 4.5 experience but I rounded up because of the service.

    Peach & beet
    Amber G.

The salads my table had looked amazing. I was immediately regretting that I did not get a salad. One had the Cobb salad, I was salivating looking at it. The peach and beet was good but really sweet. The halibut fillet sandwich. Ehhhhh it's good but not the best fish sandwich I've had. I definitely wouldn't order that again. The sweet potato fries were really yummy Bread sticks were very good, got some to take to my son FYI: if you don't like the smell of seafood, do not eat here. I like seafood but the restaurant is open to the kitchen and my guest was disgusted the entire lunch because she hates seafood. I will say even as a seafood lover it's a little fishy in here

Awesome all around. Highly recommend! Food was delicious and desserts were magnificent!

And then imagine finding out that said location is INSIDE an incredible brewery. Baby... when I tell you I almost ascended. Hello? Excuse me? Did the pizza and beer gods personally hear my dramatic little prayers? Did they not only bless us with this heavenly combo, but ALSO decide to rotate different pizza specials every single week just to keep me emotionally unstable? Because THEY. DID. I genuinely cannot stop talking about this place. At this point my friends are one more pizza rant away from blocking my number, but I refuse to apologize. Every single time I go, I convince myself this is my favorite pizza... and then next week they drop another masterpiece and suddenly I'm questioning everything I thought I knew about myself. What makes this place so ridiculously good is that they are fearless. They're out here using sauces as bases that other pizza places would clutch their pearls over. Ingredients that sound chaotic on paper somehow turn into the most beautiful, life-altering bite you've ever had. It's giving culinary drag performance. Bold. Unexpected. A little dramatic. Perfect execution. And the brewery vibe? Elite. The energy is fun, relaxed, a little loud in the best way, and honestly the perfect setting to destroy an entire pizza while pretending you'll "just have one slice." Lies. All lies. The beer pairings somehow make every flavor pop even more, which feels scientifically unfair. Also can we normalize restaurants understanding that pizza should be FUN? Because this place gets it. They're creative without being pretentious, experimental without losing quality, and somehow every pie still feels comforting and familiar while also making you gasp like you just heard fresh gossip. At this point I don't even ask what the special is anymore. I just trust them blindly like a toxic relationship, except this one actually delivers happiness. 10/10. Life-changing. Emotionally supportive pizza.

Located on the main drag of downtown Mesa you can eat inside or on the patio. There aren't servers, instead, you order at the front desk. The menu has a variety of options, mostly pizza (both classics and signature pies). There is also a bar area where you can grab a pint or two of local brews The interior was electric with people enjoying pizza, locations, watching the Olympics, and just unwinding for the day. We ordered a salad and a couple of pizzas. The salad came out first, and the pizzas weren't far behind Being a self-proclaimed pizza snob, the pizza was fine. It wasn't overly flavorful, and it didn't blow me away, but it also didn't disappoint. The salad was LOADED with toppings, and I was somewhat impressed there. Unfortunately, polling the group, the beer was slightly lackluster. But again, this spot is a fun vibe and is great if you want to hang out for a bit and enjoy a brewery/pizza parlor type atmosphere Some tips: When you're done with your drinks and meal consider walking down the Main Street and stopping by one of their many bars, museums, and other eateries There isn't a lot of parking off the main drag, but we were fortunate enough to find parking on a few different occasions Cheers!

We made reservations at Pizzicata in anticipation of both Valentine's Day and the need to re-carb after the event. We arrived at the host stand a few minutes before our reservation, but were told that there were no indoor tables available. If we wanted to be seated immediately, we'd have to accept an outdoor table, even though we had a reservation for indoor seating. We opted to wait because the weather was chilly by Arizona standards, and we were still recovering from the race. A couple of minutes later, another hostess approached us and asked whether we had reservations and were waiting. When we confirmed, she immediately left to find us a table, and we were seated very shortly afterwards. I thought very little of this until the owner came to our table and apologized for the issue. He was kind and sincere in his regret for the situation and was excited to tell us about the staff and the food. We were wildly appreciative of this attention to detail and service! We shared the potato croquettes, and they were everything I was hoping they'd be and more. (Light lore: I chose Pizzicata because I saw a picture of these croquettes on their online menu.) For dinner, my husband had the Travolta pizza, and I had the gnocchi gorgonzola. We both did that thing where we sat back in our chairs, breathed deeply, and declared, "oh dang, that's goooood." We were both so happy with our choices - I can't speak to the pizza, but that was some of the best gnocchi I've ever had. Pillowy soft in this perfectly nutty, cheesy, creamy sauce. *chef's kiss* For dessert, we shared the tiramisu, which was perfect in every way. If we weren't already walking funny because of the race, we'd have still waddled out of Pizzicata from happy fullness. The service, the food, the vibe - we're here for it and we'll be back the next time we're in Mesa.

During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave. My husband (from New Jersey) has said multiple times that Sal's…read morehas the only pizza in Phoenix that's good - he has high standards, but I agree with him that the best pizza is at Sal's. He usually gets a plain pie (pizza with cheese), which he says is great, and I have had several different kinds of pizza during our visits to Sal's and each one has been amazing - plus, they have garlic powder at each of the tables. The calamari and tiramisu are also fantastic!! The service is always great - our servers are consistently friendly and helpful. Either way, it was an amazing slice! I typically add some grated parm, Italian seasoning and black pepper, (They have them), this pie needed nothing!!! 8.5 rating. Portnoy scale. Which means excellent!!! The other slice was a Neopolitan cheese slice. With added basil. I love good basil pie. Again, fantastic!!! Scored 8.5. I'll go back and try some Italian foods as everything coming out of the kitchen looking non nom nom!!!
