Red White & Brew absolutely delivered. I had the maple bourbon pecan salmon, and it was hands down one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked, flaky and tender, with this incredible balance of sweet maple, rich bourbon, and a subtle crunch from the pecans--every bite was amazing. Tried this for dinner tonight. The service was great! The servers and manager stopped by several times to check on us. We sat on the patio and they wanted to make sure we were warm enough/comfortable. We got the mushroom appetizer which was very flavorful. I had the avocado carprese salad which was good but not anything extraordinary. My husband said the same about his Halibut sandwich. The flavors were all pretty straightforward. Sierra was a wonderful server! She was kind and sweet! The food was AMAZING. We got the new to the menu parmesan crusted chicken which was over a bed of linguine that had lemon basil butter sauce, and little button mushrooms. As a side, we got the house made Friday special clam chowder soup and it was delicious. And we got the special made peanut butter chocolate mousse cake. It's so nice to come to a restaurant that is able to offer new selections and daily specials along with a happy hour. read more

We chose Red, White, and Brew to celebrate our 54th anniversary, and it definitely was the right choice! Our favorite table, table#1, was saved thanks to Trevor. Our table host was Virginia, who did a fabulous job! Her recommendation was thoroughly enjoyed, as was the extraordinary service she provided. She checked on us regularly throughout our delicious Salmon and baked potato entree. Our cocktails were quickly delivered, and were awesome. She highly recommended the blueberry poundcake, and it was to die for!!! Virginia also brought us vanilla cookie dough ice cream, and was it ever good, and both desserts were complimentary for our anniversary... Expensive, slow service, average food quality. The food was average, baked potato was reheated and dry, steak was small and fatty.

Visited RWB for St. Patrick's day dinner (corned beef and cabbage) that had been advertised for several days. The service, as always, was excellent but the food left a lot to be desired. The corned beef, although cooked perfectly, had no seasoning whatsoever on it. The cabbage, potatoes and carrots were all undercooked. I notified the manager but was not offered any resolution. We eat here often and this is the first time we have been disappointed. read more

I have been here twice. First time it was just for a few appetizers and drinks at the bar. And then my second time was last night. Everything g so far has been great. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable. Our Server Joel was excellent! Props to Joel.. Both dudes at our table were named Joel and then our waiter was Joel. So we had some fun with that. The portion sizes were excellent, wine list was good, they had a special drink I forget the name but it was an old fashion with a twist.. made with popcorn syrup... Just got into town and needed a drink so we stopped at the Red White and Brew which also has a location in Mesa AZ which we have also been to. They have a great outdoor covered, dog friendly patio! We were waited on very promptly and they brought our dog a bowl of water. There's a good selection of beer. We ordered spicy edamame's and they were great. Just enough spice. I saw in a previous review someone complained about the bathroom, there was nothing wrong with the bathroom. It was clean and not out of date. read more

We were seated right away on the closed in patio. The had heaters so it was a little warm. We ordered and my onion soup came out first piping hot just the way I like it. It was very rich and had a lot of flavor. The Marsala was served with three pieces of chicken, way too much food. It was full of flavor. I chose spinach as my side, it was garlicky and fresh. The steak was cooked to perfection. A large quantity of food seems to be the theme. read more

Tried this restaurant for the first time & it didn't disappoint! The ambiance is casual and their menu and libations had many items to choose from. 2 of us had burgers, 2 had their Italian Sausage sandwiches, 2 had the pulled pork sandwiches with sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious and our server Trevor was so energetic and friendly. He was also very conscientious to make sure we were all good and checked on us frequently. This place was phenomenal! Must stop here when you're in Prescott. Great range of choices on the food menu, frequently rotated specials, and wide selection of alcohols. I chose to sit in the bar since I came alone and the bar tender, Ty, took such good care of me. Totally attentive and kind, knowledgeable food recommendations and positive vibes. Ambiance was chill and relaxed but still provided an element of elegance and high dining. Opted to try the maple pecan salmon with pumpkin marscapone ravioli - it would not be an understatement to say this meal was delectably craveable. I will be thinking about the mustard sauce on the ravioli for a long long time. Huge portions, creative menu items, and awesome service make this place well worth the price tag. read more

Will not eat here again! Hair in my salad, told the server she whisked the salad away, then asked if I wanted another salad. I advised her no, then waitress said sorry about that. Both our waitress and the server left and nothing was mentioned about the salad. Waitress did not come back but only to give the check and no discount or comp of a drink or anything. The food was not as good as in past we have eaten 5 or 6 times this will be the last. My husband had to go to the Manager and he did not say sorry or anything he gave a 15% discount. He seemed to careless about the whole incident. The bill was over $150.00. This will be Last time I spend my hard earned money to eat where they do not care if they serve good quality food. read more

Our friends invited us out to have dinner here this evening. I had been wanting to stop by and check it out. My girlfriend had a salad with salmon which she really loved. The husbands had burgers. They were pretty good, but my husband's came with no type of sauce on it at all - no ketchup, mustard, mayo nothing. Husband put a little bit of ketchup on it and asked our server for some mayo. I had an appetizer for my meal- of Korean barbecue ribs, which were pretty good but a little bit fatty. Both of we girls had wine and I'd say they have a pretty decent pour on the wine. Food was pretty good, but for the price, it was a big disappointment. From the jump, the greeters were pretty "prickly" and kept warning us it could be up to an hour to seat us....evwn though we got there right about 5:00. We stayed anyway, and they then actually sat us about 10 minutes later. Good thing, but kinda irritating after all the "cautioning" from the host. From there, the service just never quite arrived. She was really trying, but was fighting with the ordering computer constantly and even though they told us food allergies would be no issue, she seemed to have no idea what would or wouldn't have dairy. We did finally get it nailed down, but it took FOREVER to get the food. My wife agreed to the sea bass to get it dairy free, but it was crazy plain. No seasoning on anything and a dry potato. Sort of a waste of what was othwrwise a really nice piece of fish. The regular plates were all really tasty, so no complaints there. But, while I'm totally willing to pay for a nice upscale meal, at over $200 for 5 of us, this was nowhere near that. I can't imagine that we'd come back. read more

Just ate here again and loved it! My husband had the rib eye medium rare. As a special request he had it blackened with cajun spice. We have ate at a lot of steak houses and he rated it high and said he would order it again. Props to our outstanding waiter Sean! One of the specials was root beer short ribs. I explained I had a strong aversion to the smell of root beer. He assured me you could not smell it and brought me a complimentary sample of the sauce. I was hooked!!! The short ribs were a special but if you see them available, ORDER them! To say you do not need a knife is an understatement. You could shred these with a spoon. The gravy/sauce is thick and full of flavor. It comes with the house mash potatoes. which I could eat a plate full. I also chose the garlic spinach. I am a huge spinach fan but even if I wasn't these would be a recommend! You taste the flavor of the seasoning and not the earthy taste of spinach. For appetizers we chose the chicken pineapple egg rolls which were not our favorite. The texture is great! You get that wonderful crunch you want when biting into an egg roll but we didn't get much of the pineapple. I would also have loved if there was a little heat along with a strong pineapple taste in the dipping sauce. Our second appetizer was the bacon Brussel sprouts. I am addicted! My husband who is a die hard carnivore even took a sample and approved. There is salty, sour ..,, taste besides brussel sprouts and bacon you have feta, cranberries and balsamic vinegar. A great start to a great meal! I also enjoyed ( twice) in the seasonal white chocolate macadamia nut martini. No skimping on the alcohol here. The service was friendly efficient and enjoyable. The Asiago Garlic Mushrooms and bacon brussels were out of this world as well and our entrees which were Chicken Marsala and Romano-Crusted Chicken over fettuccini were cooked to perfection and had very nice rich and well balanced sauces. This place seems to always be crowded! However... you can make a reservation OR get placed on the waiting list via Yelp (recommended!). You can also sit at the bar if there is space, which I personally like the best as I think the bartender does a great job and it's an even more casual, friendly environment. The food overall seemed fine to me, in all of the times I've been there it honestly hasn't registered one way or the other in terms of how good it was. But it is darn convenient when you are headed downtown to do something for the evening! read more

Hubby got the Cowboy Burger & I decided to go for one of the specials that day, which was an enormous double pork chop and delicious garlic spinach!
