Sally B's in Prescott Valley knows exactly what they're doing -- and that's why they've been around for a while! They treat their customers right, the servers actually care, and the food is spot-on. This was our first visit, and our server Laura was an absolute rockstar! She was friendly, fast, and totally on it from the moment we sat down. We love you, Laura! They open early for all us early birds, early risers, and morning people -- which is perfect because Laura is one of us. The menu is huge and has something for everyone, even the picky eaters in the family. I went with the breakfast burrito and it was perfect with the grilled outside fluffy eggs inside and perfect crispy bacon inside. My mom ordered the #1 (two eggs over easy, bacon, super crispy hash browns) and swapped the toast for a grilled biscuit. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked exactly right. We also found out they have pies by the slice (and whole) they do prime rib on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus all-you-can-eat fish (cod) on Fridays! So many good specials. There was tip money on the table from the last customer, we found out at the the end the meal it was because the waiter never came back to collect our bill. We went to Sally B's yesterday to have their advertised prime rib dinner for Father's Day. The service was excellent, but the food was disgusting. The meat was so awful that, after considering the situation, I think it was lab-made "meat." I checked the laws, and from what I can tell, there is no obligation to disclose this. First time coming to this place one of the last places I've tried always see the coupon so the wife finally said let's try this place I was originally going to go to chili's and get the three for me deal last time I was surprised there the food was good the service great,but live and learn anyways I ordered the half sandwich special with the beef dip sandwich and fries as the side,when I got to me I was wondering if they gave me the kids meal by mistake! Have always loved this place, but my visit yesterday was terrible. My wife had biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon. The gravy looked like cream of wheat, the eggs were slimy, and the bacon was chewy like beef jerky. I had the cheeseburger, which was very small, and the onion rings were mostly fried batter. Diner type style restaurant, very mom and pop feel. Crowd definitely skews much older. We went on a Saturday which was busier but not packed, greeter was not very pleas t, our server was great though. Food was average if that. We had corned beef has which came straight from the can and didn't really appear to be cut much more than that. The biscuit looked like it came from the rolls you buy at the grocery store refrigerated section. I had an omelet and there was just a slice of cheese on top and barely melted. Cinnamon roll was super dry and would NOT recommend. Overall not terrible but not great considering it was $50 for 2 meals and a cinnamon roll and I could have made with the food in my fridge. Heard a lot about it from their radio ads, and stopped in there for lunch today. My wife had eggs and bacon , scrambled with rye toast, FOUR pieces of bacon and perfect hash browns. She said it was the best she's ever had. Eggs were perfectly prepared not burnt, but fluffy and light. I had the Greek gyro /beef salad with a side of tziki sauce ( Greek yogurt and cucumbers and spices) the salad was perfect blend of romaine leaves, chopped tomatoes and enough red onion to set it all off perfectly with the tziki sauce and a dash of vinaigrette! The beef was perfectly seasoned! Not too salty. A memorable lunch visit to a local mom and pop diner. Give them a shot ! The Greek food is great! read more

We stopped here on our way through town. We had my brother and his family with us. Total we had 7 people. They were very kind and immediately moved a table to make room for us. The food was your typical diner type food but it was cooked perfectly and so good. My wife had the cream of wheat pancakes and was so excited to find them, she's been missing them since her Grampa passed away 10 years ago. My brother had a salad and said the balsamic dressing was fantastic. We all enjoyed our food and service was excellent! Can't wait to come back next time we're up in the area. read more

An old school diner in a strip mall next to a Safeway. Was seated quickly and ordered eggs and sausage patties. Food came out in reasonable amount of time, with suasage links. No big deal, mentioned to server and she brought out two patties, that was nice. The breakfast was of average quality, portion size and price. The interior is outdated, the seats are warn with cracks and damage. The carpet is old and stained. The decor is 1980's Grannys country kitchen , junky looking and outdated. Yesterday around 3:00pm, I was eating with my friend and witnessed something completely inappropriate for the workplace and hope disciplinary action is being taken. I've been eating here for over 5 years and have never experienced anything of this manner. Lucy, an older staff who has been there since before I can remember, was arguing with another staff, and grabbed her by her face. This is never okay under any given circumstance. This will keep me from going back and I will be writing more reviews. This is unacceptable, and hope that poor young girl is okay. Staff should never be allowed to get away with this. read more

The food we ordered absolutely killed our stomach. I have been here a few times with my girlfriend and typically we would order simple food like eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc and it was usually decent. We decided to try other foods on the menu and were extremely disappointed. It tasted very stale and was not of an optimal temperature. Their coffee has always been stale and disgusting but normally that's not the end of the world but the fact that my girlfriend was puking her guts out and had an upset stomach all day is unacceptable. Sally B's is a mom and pop joint through and through! The atmosphere is slow paced and country style feel. The targeted demographic is mostly over 50's. With servers also being in their early 50's as well. So if you want fast service, this is not the place. Here you can actually relax and enjoy the food and your company! The food here is an all-fare type, from pancakes to Greek gyros! We like to come here on Sundays and relax, enjoy our meal before we have to do errands! I've been there only a few times, from what I've heard in the past it WAS a great place meaning the food was delicious, the service was good but the last time I went with a good friend for fish and chips, the fried fish was dry and burnt and the fries tasted like the fish...maybe they were fried together? I know the waitresses have been there for a very long time so perhaps this is why I felt uncomfortable because I wasn't a "regular" but I felt like they gave me the burnt leftovers and wanted me to hurry up so they could have another group of "regulars" be seated. So, bottom line...Good not so great, felt unwelcome and disregarded...was difficult to even get someone's attention for tartar sauce. Well, we used to like to eat here, but not anymore. It changed long before the Covid restrictions, so I can't blame it on that. You should note that none of the servers are wearing masks and they will tell you that Covid is a conspiracy and not a real threat. I don't know if they are correct or not, but every other local place has their servers wearing masks, for their safety and the safety of their customers. Apparently the cook that was there for years, is no longer there. He used to make amazing specials, everything from enchiladas to meatloaf to fish. Always good and flavorful. A year or two ago we noticed that the food was not the same. A simple cobb salad was now inedible because the chicken was rubbery and the bacon was rock-like chunks and way too hard to even bite. Everything changed and not for better. Still pretty much the same menu, but nothing is good anymore, except the French fries, still good, but not a reason to go there. Breakfast is not as bad as lunch or dinner, but it's just tired looking and flavorless now. No reason to go here anymore Kind of sad. read more
