It shows. -The entire staff is super friendly and the place has an overall great comfortable vibe -The observance of safety protocols and overall attention to cleanliness is top notch -I've always gotten a great haircut here -Sarena is my go to person and she simply does a fantastic job! As a soon to be new resident of Duvall in 2019 I stopped in to get a haircut and see what Redd's was all about. I strongly recommend booking an appointment, which I believe is now mandatory given our new normal in 2020/2021, but my first visit in 2019 was a last minute decision and I did not have one. Unfortunately they were booked solid that day but Maddy went the extra mile to personally accommodate me. The level of dedication to her business and customers was very evident and as a result I've been a loyal customer since. We ended up not moving to Duvall but that hasn't stopped me from driving 20+ miles to Redd's every month for a haircut. Thank you! read more

Struggled if I should write a review but it would seem that's about the only option I have now. I'm a bit frustrated but feel for character alone 3 is sufficient. Faye is an awesome person and she is lovely to visit with. I've seen her now about 4 or 5 times with a few weeks between each visit. There have been some things we needed to work on but she was always (for the most part) receptive and would work with me on things. Todays cut, only noticing once I got into my car after the appointment - and not returning because the issue with this cut can't be rectified. I had mentioned having a first date coming up this weekend, hesitant to go forward with it, but after this cut it'll be a challenge not to cancel as a result. I'll post the photos below they should speak for themselves. The cut from my left to right side is vastly different and looks almost intentional. Super bummed out and will unfortunately need to cancel my next appointment. This is the worst cut I've received to date from anywhere, and I am not looking forward to wearing a hat everyday. read more

I've been seeing Maddy since they opened in 2017 and have LOVED the service. I usually get a skin fade, which is really hard to find a shop that will do a good job. Since they're in the valley it's really convenient and they offer other services (beard trim, eyebrows, etc) that I always get when booking. Can't recommend this place enough, our kids also come here. Pro tip: if you find someone you like, book out in advance! They can get busy during peak times so I always book out a few months in advanced. read more

My boyfriend recently got his hair cut here and loved it! Sydney Lisk was his barber and she truly did an amazing job!! His hair is curly and he likes it short, but long in the front. I won't be back, very nice ladies there, but I've had better cuts at great clips and hair masters. My hair is uneven, one eye brow was hacked and bald in one area, and my sons hair was hacked up. We both noticed that it's very 'choppy' and not a good fade. read more

Great place for a haircut. I usually see Derek, who is personable and engaging. He listens to what you want and executes well, though he can also be creative in making me look good. The shop is neat and inviting, and they have done a great job during Covid-19, their precautions and processes make me feel comfortable going there. read more

I have been getting my hair cut here since they opened a few years ago. At the time it was just Maddie, so she has always been the one to cut my hair. Then comes COVID, they had to close, Maddie had her baby, and when they reopened, i knew I had to get my haircut. I let Sydney cut my hair, she did an amazing job! So much attention to detail, even with all the COVID procedures in place. I have been back 3 times to see Sydney and now that she knows me and what I like, she get my hair done fast, and perfect! Unprofessional and I do not recommend. The gal I had acted like she could do a skin fade but it was quite the hack job. Do not go here if you want a good haircut. My wife is the one who told me the back of my head was super uneven and there were clear cut lines in the fade. Wish she would've just said she wasn't comfortable with fading. read more

My husband got a haircut here and when I got home and saw the back of his head I was horrified. Whoever cut his hair here completely butchered his head and neck. He had razor burns from where they cut his line down to where he doesn't even have hair. His line is not straight and they cut it at an angle that's just horrible. This is by far the worst haircut I've ever seen him get. I've never even seen him have razor burn before, and these are pretty bad and all over the back of his neck, not just in one spot. read more

I went to Bishops to get my sides cleaned up before my wedding and they totally botched it. I panicked and luckily found Redds in Duvall which saved the day. I called and they were able to take me in on the same day and the stylist, Braden, gave me so much attention to detail and did a PERFECT clean up. This is the best barber I've ever been to. I've been going to a franchise here locally for years and have been relatively pleased with everything, but occasionally wanted something a bit better, more premium if you will. I also had mixed results with the consistency of the cut, both for me and my son. So, I went to Redd's today with my boy and we were blown away. Not only is the location beautiful, clean and professional, but everyone was beyond friendly, incredibly skilled, and attentive as can be with every single hair. They shampoo, they clean off all the loose hairs (a big thing for me), they gave great technique recommendations, and they made us both look great. I will be going here for years to come and hope that everyone else does too. read more

Great place and full service. Just relocated back to the Redmond area. Previous experience was you were going to get a bad cut and save money or spend a lot and not get what you paid for. Have used Derek for my last two cuts at Redd's and could not be more pleased. Great value, full cut and styling with a hairwash included. I've got a patch of hair that has a different growth pattern. Previous hair cut professionals needed a couple of tries to get it to lay down right. Derek nailed it first time. Men's waxing and shave options available but have not used yet. Great communication and reminders via text. They are doing a fabulous job of keeping cleaning standards for COVID - probably the most thorough I've seen. read more

I've been to Redd's twice for a beard trim. First time was with Ashlee and the second time with Derek. Ashlee is a technician with the straight razor and scissors, Derek uses the trimmer, both got GREAT results. This is now my main barber shop! read more
