I want to start off by saying that redesign upholstery has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I took two of my seat cushions to get their foam replaced and they helped me every step of the way. They have you measure your cushions before you go in, but then they measure one last time while you're there and I'll let you try the different types of cushioning they have. We've had Redesign Upholstery replace the foam in two of our couches and they've done a great job both times. It completely gives the couch a new life and is a terrific investment. They do a great job at shaving down the edges of the foam and giving it the perfect shape. The only issues I've had are that the foam that I used in my first couch vs the second couch feel a bit different in density. I wonder if the foam from the first one is not the hardness that we thought it was. Disappointed and Misled by the Glowing Reviews I decided to go with Redesign Upholstery based on their stellar reviews, but my experience was nowhere near 5-star. Communication started off fine, but quickly fell apart after I left a deposit. I was promised a turnaround of 2 weeks--it ended up taking nearly 6, with very little explanation or updates unless I followed up repeatedly. When I finally received the piece, it looked rushed and not at all like what was promised or shown in their photos. The stitching was uneven, and the corners were wrinkled--completely unacceptable for the price I paid. When I brought this up, the staff became defensive and made excuses about material delays and "handmade imperfections." I'm all for craftsmanship, but this was just sloppy work. They advertise "satisfaction guaranteed," but clearly that only applies if you're already satisfied. No refund, no real apology, and now I'm stuck with a botched job I'll have to pay someone else to fix. Can't say enough about this fantastic company and the beautiful results and will definitely be using them again I had to wing chairs probably 60 years old originally my parents had them redone foam in a pulse tree for my daughters home. It is definitely a little bit of a process because you have to choose your pattern material so you want to make sure you spend some time getting all your options and they're very helpful and they have a lot to choose from and turnaround time on the chairs was as promised, and the work was so professionally done, just can't wait to have my parents couch reupholstered by them.
