Another repairman showed up believing that we had the replacement legs. We did not have one as there wasn't a discussion to buy new legs. He asked me to go to Amazon on my phone and he took my phone to locate the page we needed to order the legs. HE chose the legs and I purchased it! DO NOT Come at me with your lying BS to save your face! Your repairman knew it looked a hot mess. You weren't there and you do not communicate via telephone just email. I found this place on YELP, reviews were good so i had them come out for an estimate which was $50 and that would be applied to bill if i had work done. The wood beam that is under your knees beneath the leather snapped while moving to a different house, or so i thought. Shalva took it apart and apparently they just stapled the wood to the sides( thanks Walker furniture). Shalva installed several metal brackets and screwed them in. While I don't agree with this company's pricing, my recliner needed to be fixed and this company had good communication. The technician Jake showed up on time and seemed super knowledgeable. He looked at the recliner before attempting to collect. After checking it out he gave me the price to fix the bent mechanism underneath. He basically told me if he breaks it it will be a lot more. So he was able to fix the problem and gave me a little discount. Here's my problem. For an hours worth or service i dont know that I would charge as much as they did. Even with the discount. But again my chair is fixed now and hopefully won't have the same problem. I would recommend this company mostly due to Jake the tech. It seemed like a friend coming over to fix something. I sent a message true Yelp for fixing my sofa a "tech" arrive to do an estimate and he doesn't speak a word in English trying to understand what he wants to do, if I understand it right they want me to order everything and they will do the job I guess, I kept asking him what they going to do and he called someone on the phone spoke to him and the guy was supposed to translate him soon that I take the phone the guy say you need to pay $50 and you have 24 hours to decide what to do!
