I took my truck in because the heat was not working. I told them I had Car Shield for the extended warranty. The older guy said it wasn't covered. So I let him fix the thermostat. Come to find out, it is covered under my warranty. I called them and told them this and they refused to give me any kind of money back, just some store credit. I do not trust them so I dont want them doing any more work on my truck. Also, they told me they filled my antifreeze and it was almost empty. This place is a fraud I took my car here had it 11 days I had to call each day for the status the guy joe made accuses up daily always saying we ordered the wrong part that was each of the 10 days they order a wrong part then he says finally we're going to test drive the car then calling u shortly...nope never got a call that happened 4 times also I took a brake light switch to the shop cause I knew it wasn't operating for them to test drive..long story short I picked the car up after getting brakes,rotors drums,pads,tie rod complete assembly,fly wheel and a starter But after picking the vehicle up on my way home noticed the brakes are spongy the same as when I got the car towed to them also noticed the brake lights weren't working so I called joe claims the mechanic was so "" busy they forgot but I'm driving unsafe not knowing I still didn't have tail lights then I go there to ask about my brakes why they have so much air in the pedal ..his response ..oh leave the car we'll bleed them next week, (shouldn't that been a priority) shitty service , I wasn't for that they already had it 11days I knew something wasn't right so I went and got the car checked out to find out 1 ) brake shoes / hardware was never changed, 2 ) idler arm was not replaced 3) brake light switch was not replaced 4) U joint for rear drive shaft was not replaced 5) now my transmission has mutilple leaks from when they had to remove it to change fly wheel So my Bill is $2100 I paid and come to find out no repairs was done other than the starter and flywheel..and the only reason those were I'm sure cause the car needs to startup I highly recommend to not get any work here they are scam artists and frauds the so called mechanics don't know what there doing this place is just out to rip you off I will most definitely be suing Check out the pictures of the parts they claim was replaced...didn't know parts can rust and wear in 2 days I will never take my car here and highly recommend you to do the same BEWARE!! read more

WARNING: THIS PLACE WILL OVERCHARGE WOMEN (Joe was the one who quoted me) My battery light went on and I was told that I would need a new battery and alternator. Okay, you're the expert. No problem. I was quoted almost 500 dollars to replace a battery and alternator on a 2010 Toyota Corolla. This seemed high, but I trusted them to be the experts. VERY SHORTLY after telling them to proceed (where i was the dumb one for sure), I asked around at a few places nearby. Most of then quoted between 250-300. I asked Joe if they could stop working on my car but he said they'd already started. In turn, he brought my price down to 400 after I expressed that I was being ripped off. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN!!!!. First off they were rude and semi disrespectful. Every time I spoke to them I had to call them to get initial quote and updates. They returned my vehicle in worse condition than it was when I gave it to them. I needed suspension work done as well as a belt changed (due to squeaking), and AC work. When I got my truck back the air didn't work at all, two days later my front end began squeaking, rattling and humming, and my ride height leveler stopped working. As I drove you could obviously tell that the suspension (front and back) was horrible. I took it back (because they said there was a 90 day warranty on parts and labor), they immediately tried to accuse me of doing additional damage to it (mind you it had only been two days). Note: I went there before and it was under different management and they did excellent work, but under this management they definitely took advantage of me. But to accuse me of doing damage to my vehicle was absolutely ludicrous. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! This is the best place in town to go in and get work done on your car. They recently hooked my wife and I up with four very hard to find tires and even held them for us when we couldn't afford to pay for all four at once. Not only did they do this, they got us in quickly and had the tires done in less than twenty minutes. I have never been to a car repair shop that had such quick, cheap, quality, and reliable service. Where else can you go to get all that? That being said, if you get in there early, they can generally get you in and out even faster. Trust the negative reviews. These guys have little to no integrity and will rip you off the second they get the slightest whiff of you not knowing much about vehicles. Brought my used car that I recently bought to get an inspection. Told me about a problem with the muffler (which I was aware of) but said everything else was looking good. I knew that I needed 4 new tires because I knew they were bald when I bought it and when I asked about the condition of the tires, he said that they looked good! I was like, really?? He then backtracked and said "oh, well let me check again." Low and behold, he agreed that I needed new tires. RED FLAG. He then said I needed a complete new muffler system and quoted $1500 for the muffler. tires, and a couple little things. I said I don't have that much right now but maybe just do the tires and the small things for now, and that I'll come back and get the muffler done later. He then asked how much could i spend, and I said $750, and he said, "OK, I can do everything for $750". What a deal! But then instantly I'm thinking what kind of profit margins are they working with that they can take 50% off? I reluctantly agreed and the car was done after 2-3 days. Come in to pay, and the bill came out to be a little under $1100 dollars. I said to him, "what happened to the agreed upon price of $750?" He said, "Oh, that was the price for just the muffler." To top it off, they tried to charge me for the "free" inspection they said they did as long as I got the work done there. Seriously only come here if your desperate.
