Today February 25th after Royal Transmission not having even looked at the vehicle I had it picked up and towed to another repair facility for same day turnaround. I had Royal Transmission replace the clutch about 15k ago and while I did have to bring it back due to improper bleeding of the system which they corrected. The vehicle is prone to bleeding issues. The weeks worth of excuses rather than ANY action towards a 2 hr job was unacceptable and I will no longer do business with Royal Transmission.

It was leaking on to the transmission and was almost empty - a slow leak we didn't know about until he saw it. Thank you! The inside of the shop/waiting area was very clean and welcoming with a TV and some chairs; nice brand new flooring. I don't think there is a public restroom, though. We will for sure return to this reputable shop. My brother and his wife highly recommended it as a place that is honest and fair, especially for women car owners that may feel nervous about having someone work on their car.

They said it was the fluid that I supplied (Royal Purple) that caused the problem. They said they were to busy to fix the car it would be a couple of weeks. They called me to pick the car up and told me to bring it back when they weren't so busy after it sat in there shop for about a week and a half.. I decided to take to another shop. They told me that the gears were not setup right and was not the fluid. I called Haas and told them what the other shop said and tried to get some of the my money back, Just the labor of $ 450.00 (I did supply the parts (Ford racing). He told me there is nothing I can do for you. So this whole thing cost me over 2k. They don't back there work.
