My husband and son ordered from them and they marked it delivered before it was even ready to be shipped. When my husband called about it they were very rude. They called him back asking questions that were right there on the order and then got rude again and said they were going to just cancel the order. We are now in the process of making sure they dont get our money for something they never even shipped in the first place. **Editing to add that the owner has been in touch with us for the past two days to make things right. He looked into the issue with his employee and is working with us to get us taken care of. We appreciate how the owner has handled things and actually looked into the situation. I wanted to surprise my husband for his 56th birthday while he was away on a work trip, so i reached out redfox for some advice. I recently received my bags and fender kit from red fox. Mike the sales manager is the one who attended me, and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions thru the process. He even sent me a photo a video of the whole kit prior to shipment. The bags came pre drilled and arrived in about 3 weeks.
