This place is amazing, the patio is beautiful and covered. We just a celebration of life for our founder here and it was perfect. Wonderful staff, offering water and drinks. They also offered us boxes for the buffet. Dedicated servers who went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of. The bartender was great and handled a lot! The food was amazing! Very impressed would highly recommend this place to anyone. Anyone who worked this even deserves a raise, it was handled PERFECTLY! read more

Grateful for Redhawk's Hospitality After a Championship Win! Last Sunday, after a long day of rain delays, intense gameplay, and emotional celebration, our local high school softball team returned home as State Champions--tired, hungry, and full of joy. It was nearly 9 PM by the time the bus arrived back in town, and we needed a place to gather for a team dinner. Redhawk Grill went above and beyond. I reached out on short notice, and Manager Mike didn't hesitate. He arranged a private space in the back for 45 players, families, and coaches, and even asked two servers and a couple of kitchen staff to stay late just to accommodate us. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious as always, and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed to cap off a very special day. We are so grateful for Redhawk's generosity and community spirit. It's yet another reason why they remain one of the very best restaurants in Concord, Ohio. read more

The Hostess needs training on how to take orders and understanding the menu. Lil attitude when order is wrong. Someone qualified and trained should take orders as it's just as important as the tables. Good atmosphere but definitely need to hold there hand on carry out. read more

The walleye was truly disappointing and was paired with the blandest rice ever. The 3, yes 3, asparagus were ok.

Food was awful fish and chip worst than Gordon's frozen fish ...I am out and not to return !

The food has always been exceptional at Redhawk Grille but the service has gotten sub-par. We had reservations and they said they didn't have them even though it was confirmed on-line. We were there for a birthday celebration. When our six orders were taken they only served us five after a half hour wait. They apparently "forgot" to place the sixth order, which ironically belonged to the birthday person. He had to wait another 25 minutes for his dinner and most of us had already finished ours. They need more servers and need to pay more attention. There was and apology by our server but no compensation of any kind nor an apology by the cooking staff. It may be a while before we go back again. It's a shame because the food is really great, just not the service.... read more

One of my favorite places to eat at, Red Hawk Grill checks all my boxes: ambiance is awesome with outdoor patio, bars and koi pond; food is fresh and they change up the menu regularly; and service is always superb-Employees who seem to genuinely like being there! I highly recommend Red Hawk for casual memory making moments out. read more

I'm sorry but I just have to tell you the bold faced facts about this place. It very well may be some people's cup of tea (there were some folks there laughing and apparently having some fun in all the confusion). But it was about as far as you can get from an kind of environment I would enjoy. We walked in 5 minutes ahead of our reservation time and were immediately told we would have to wait until one of the booths cleared out. "How long do you think that might be", I asked. "Not really sure, maybe 15-30 minutes". Really...I have to wait 30 minutes for the seating I reserved a week ago?! Well we decided to tough it out and see what this entire experience would look like. The young lady at the desk suggested we might wait at either of the two bars (front or rear). No one could even get near the front one so we went to find the rear one. Once we found the plastic covered patio the smoke in the air was so dense I swore the bar was on fire... nope, just cigarettes. So we went back up front and stood in the entrance way, being pushed and shoved and continually in someone's way. 30 torturous minutes later we finally got our booth. In the horrendously noisy room of the front bar. Then the only pleasant experience of the evening showed up. A very pleasant, efficient young woman showed up to be our server. She did a great job in spite of it all. She is the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star rating. The food ranged from "okay" to "uneatable". A band had the audacity to start up in the middle of all this madness and seemingly do a 20 warm-up, arbitrarily banging on drums, plucking on guitar strings in a fashion as far from music as one could possibly get. The noise was unbearable. We finally just had to escape. The experience was miserable... just miserable. Please don't waste your time or money. You would be far better off going to the Waffle House next door instead. read more

Atmosphere is really great. Service was good. But holy Batman the food sucked. We had a chopped salad --- that wasn't chopped. We sent back bruschetta that looked like vomit and smelled like it. And my eggplant looked like fried slug. I'm not kidding. I'm a proficient cook and Italian and it was simply gross. Will never return. read more

We eat at the Redhawk a couple times a month, and we are always happy with the service and the food. But today I had their Mahi Mahi, and it was extraordinary! I just kept talking about how good it was throughout dinner! I'm a big seafood/fish fan, and this dish was so fresh and the sauce was so good! Highly recommend this restaurant! Happening place! So good to see during this covid BS a bunch of healthy people all spread out & enjoying themselves! Almost like the salad days on this beautiful day. Bar loaded with the beautiful people. Cool bartender & the drinks flowed like wine. I stopped here after my trip to headlands beach. Everyone else came from the golf course. It's that kind of crowd. Sat outside it's very nice. Never been inside actually. Big bar and lots of patio seating under various pagodas. Ordered up the tiger burger at med well. Was not expensive. TOP SELLER it sez. Good fries & a cheeseburger with horseradish sauce. It was perfect. Sometimes u just need a good burg ya know. Very very good. They're famous for burgers. I wish it weren't 40 min away. Really a good time, nice sports fan beautiful people my age at the bar, day-drinkers watching the game, good conversation. Got the jambalaya yesterday which I have had 100 times over many years. Very disappointed. The quality level & ingredients were drastically below par. Tiny pieces of shrimp like you would get in a fried rice take out place. Chicken was not the usual size chunks of white meat, hardly any tosso ham, even the red & green peppers were noticeably mushy. No perfectly balanced heat like usual either which seemed to be lacking in the sausage. Sure hope it was an isolated incident ! read more

this happens to me one of our first choices the area for a great lunch or a great dinner. Their patio was amazing and their food is excellent. It's a Zappitelli restaurant that is a favorite for everyone. No matter what I get there it's delicious fresh and served with a smile. It's the perfect place for families or get-togethers with the girls or just going out for a nice evening with the husband. Highly recommended. read more

Having gone here for years and usually having a good experience we were surprised by yesterday's results, the Aperol Spritz drinks contained little Prosecco and were served in short glasses. At $10 each we basically received a glass of ice. We realize the economic impact on restaurants is severe but wouldn't it make better sense to serve a superior product and be able to have a higher price ? Going forward we will stick with beer or wine as they can't be skimped on. On the upside the dinner entrees we're top notch. Having started with fried cheese and ordering the jambalaya and chicken Marsala we were pleased with the quality. The patio is spectacular and service was good. read more

Children sitting at the bar crying they dont want to sit. Manager Mike saying they can sit and stay. Not sure children can sit at the bar while mom gets drunk but Red Hawk thinks its ok. The food is definitely the plus here. The menu is eclectic, which can often be a bad sign -- trying to do too much at once. But here, unexpected dishes are still winners, like the jambalaya, full of spice. Downside? The noise can be overwhelming. Last time, we got seated next to a part of -- I don't know, 20? 500? They made enough noise for 500, at least. And we've had similar issues even without large tables. read more

This was a good find. Went here twice coming back from Track meets. Sat on the patio, it is dog friendly! I tried the jambalaya, it was a large portion with tons of shrimp, chicken, and sausage. I like heat, so there was a bit of spice to it, but it was not overwhelming. Got a few cold beers. I was there with a table of 8 so there was a lot of food, the a lot of pressure on the wait staff to get things right and the kitchen staff. The staff did just fine. Good service, hot food, and cold beer. I would go back, small issue I found with the bill after I left :-( double charged me for an appetizer. But other than that, I would be back. read more

We enjoyed lunch outside and the atmosphere and service were great. We had the pot stickers for an app, they were delicious steamed dumplings with shredded napa cabbage and red bell peppers. I had the house salad with salmon, hubs had the chicken bacon ranch wrap. All was delicious and generous portions. The beer list was expensive, even on draught. I would definitely go back. read more

Went here for the first time last night!!!! I absolutely loved this place. The outside patio area was so gorgeous! It was huge and there was a dancing area too which was really nice.. Our waitress was friendly as well. I tried their chicken tenders and fries which were delicious! The live band they had was really good! We ended up dancing through most of the night and it really was a great atmosphere. They do have a bar outside as well and TVs which is nice if you ever want to watch a game and grab a beer. The patio also has a smoking area as well and because it's open space, the smell wasn't lingering which was nice. I'll definitely be going back here again. read more

My husband and I have been regulars here for many years. They recently changed their menu and I tried the crab stuffed grouper. Sadly, this dish missed the mark for me. It was breaded and "stuffed" with mostly breadcrumbs and maybe crab (couldn't taste it) smothered in a gross Chipotle sauce. It was not good. I won't be ordering that again. My husband ordered the Big zapper double decker burger. He said the burger was a mush burger - too much special sauce and made the bun all mushy 1 not good! read more
