Forever grateful to these folks for restoring a dress with amazing wedding day memories. The staff were so kind and helpful too. Not enough great things to say about this place.

This company is disorganized, with slow delivery (one week), does not communicate with the customer when an update about an item occurs and lacks integrity by attempting to blame the customer for their article of clothing ~ Ralph Lauren blouse in excellent condition. If they had the courage they would call me and apologize and compensate for the cleaning, since THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Be accountable. It's easier to keep an existing customer. Word gets around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I have moved on and suggest everyone do the same. Note: If it's not easy for them and they make mistakes they beat the customers up and blame them and their article of clothing. This could have been handled in a much easier, friendlier fashion.

I asked the tailor to correct it, and was told it would cost another $35, with no refund or partial refund offered. I was then told I had "approved" the work, which is not accurate. I clearly explained what I wanted, and it wasn't delivered. To make matters worse, I was told they couldn't have the corrections done in time for my event. I was left with an unwearable item, no accountability, and no solution. I will never go back to this business, and I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.

This has happened during my last five visits. While my clothes come out fine, the level of customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see a company tolerate behavior like this. The verbal communication I experienced felt confrontational and dismissive rather than solution-oriented, which made an already difficult situation much worse. Everything was handled so unprofessionally. Because I needed to move forward with repairs and focus on my family, I paid the invoice to prevent further escalation while still disputing the charges. Beware of doing business with Celebrity Cleaners. If an issue with your clothing happens to occur, they take no responsibility and offer no resolution. We took my wife's high-end Theory suit jacket to be dry cleaned at the Irvine location. It was the first time it was cleaned. When we picked it up and had it home, my wife immediately noticed it had shrunk, even visually. She then tried it on, and it definitely was shrunk. She thought they gave us back the wrong jacket. Additionally, we took it to Bloomingdale's where it was purchased, and they compared exact jacket and size--another confirmation that it was shrunk. We have been in touch with management, Stephanie, and the owner, Mijanou. They will not respond to our latest messages and have offered no resolution to this issue. Needless to say, we will never do business again with Celebrity Cleaners. read more
