All I can say is WOW at how awful the customer service is at this location. I truly believe kindness goes a long way, and I always come in with a smile, greet staff politely, and say thank you, basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the woman with black hair and tattoos on her hands has been consistently rude and unwelcoming. There is never a greeting or acknowledgment, only "phone number".. and when I say thank you after receiving my items, she simply walks away without responding. This has happened during my last five visits. While my clothes come out fine, the level of customer service is unacceptable. It's disappointing to see a company tolerate behavior like this. I would much rather pay more somewhere else and be treated with basic respect and professionalism. read more

Hello to the new customer. Be aware. The hours are not consistently posted. I called to see if they were open for pick up and the voicemail message said they were open. I drove there and found that the store was closed. So as a first time customer I shared my experience with the staff. Hope it gets changed. Zips has good prices and provides as good of a clean as any other cleaner. They use a tagging gun to identify the linens, which is secure, but if you forget to remove the tags, they be irritating. Note, if you work business hours, zips is probably not for you, except Mondays. Open hours do not match other businesses in the service sector. read more

Spoke too soon....brought a women's cotton button down shirt I've brought previously 5+ times and was told that I would be charged more for laundering it due the style being tailored for a woman with sleeves different than my husband's button down sleeves so it can't fit in their "iron machine", when I have NEVER been charged "extra" to launder a women's cotton button down shirt. Is give them a ZERO is I could. I understand sometimes they can't get a spot out, but this spot was the the size of a pepper corn and came back with a much worse spot! On top of that, they said pick up Monday after 5, closer to 7. We arrived at 5 but it was closed. The signs on the door, Google maps and on the web all day it is open Monday till 7 and when i pointed that out they said we close at 5, very snippy. Don't go. Saving $1 isn't worth it. read more

Super rude employees at the front counter. I witnessed an older lady go up to the tall skinny guy with a pony tail and she was looking through her clothes to see where the dirty spots are and he rolled his eyes and said oh my fucking god under his breath. I don't know how she didn't see him do that. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him. And don't even get me started on the other girl working there and her attitude especially on the phone. While any cleaners can have issues Zips has had there's too. Generally pretty good. I would never leave my nicer things in there care. If you have a tough stain go to a more high end cleaner. Today I came at 5:40 to pick my items up that were done at 5. The door has two signs stating open until 7. My ticket says open until 6. They were closed. The worker behind the door refused to acknowledge me. I called the number on my ticket to see what was going on, no answer of course but the phone message stated that on Tuesdays they close at 5. Why the heck don't they change the computer to print the ticket accurately and why don't the take their signs down if they're incorrect. I may have really needed my items! Basically destroyed my dresses. Husband found this dry cleaner by his work for convenience. 1st time he dropped off a suit and a dress, came back great (as far as we knew since the items were all black) and was reasonably priced. We went to a wedding over the weekend so we had another round of outfits that needed to be dry cleaned. 5 pieces (suit coat, 2 pants, 2 dresses) for about $20. Seem a bit too good to be true since I took my dress to another dry cleaners before the wedding and it was $25 by itself. Husband picked it up 2 days later and my 2 dresses were damage beyond repair. $150 worth of dresses... gone. One dress had spots where there were no spots before and there were pearls on them that ended up on a different part of the dress. And the other dress had ripped at the seams. There was a note on the hanger of the dress with the spots but the workers did not say anything to my husband when picked up and you couldn't even see the note until you completely took everything out of the bag. All 5 pieces were together under one bag. Very disappointed and upsetting. I'm just glad I didn't give my husband something much more expensive or valuable to me. If you plan on using this place, make sure it's only durable clothes or be prepared to not be able to wear them again due to damages. read more

Showed up at 7:52 to drop off my dry cleaning. Door was locked. I read two times if their hours were from 7 AM to 7 PM. There were three or four people in there working staring at me, but nobody came to the door. I guess they have too much business. Maybe they should work on quality of business.
