we bought a 2021 Range Rover in February and barely one month after purchasing it the cluster dash went black and caused the whole electrical system to shut down so of course it isn't drivable. i have called Redline a few times and sent messages and have been ignored. i was told that the Range rover dealership had done a full check up on the vehicle and nothing was wrong with it. since no one will respond to me I seriously doubt that even happened none the less it's been quite pricey to have the car towed then shipped from cabo Mexico (where I was at the time) to the states to be worked on plus the cost to replace the cluster dash. would not do business with this company again. read more

If I could give this business zero stars that would be more fitting specifically the president Travis. I had without question the worst, not car buying but purchase experience I have ever had here and nothing else comes close. I purchased a Lamborghini from this business and was mislead, flat out lied to and strung along and even put in a dangerous situation because of Travis's more than questionable handling or lack there of. We can start with my initial phone call with Travis were he directly lied to me about the condition of the clutch on my Lamborghini Murcielago. Anyone who knows about this car is aware that it's an expensive replacement, like around 15K expensive. Travis told me "yeah bro, it's got 75% life left, plenty of life." After I purchased the car and was forced to bring it directly to Lamborghini for repairs which I'll get to later, it in fact has to be change in the very near future and its worn. But thats only the beginning! After some negotiating we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I then hired a 3rd party, I thought unbiased local mechanic to perform a pre purchase inspection. I'm not from the area, so I asked Travis for a few names ( big mistake )! I settled on someone named Mack of European coach auto repair of San Diego who as it turns out, was long time friends with Travis and proceeded to work with him to ensure I get taken advantage of on every and I mean every potential problem with the car . Namely a failing alternator which looking back was obviously being hidden because guess what, upon taking delivery of my car at 11pm in a suspect neighborhood the car wouldn't start. And to add to the fun, Travis and his friend the mechanic hid the fact the car was missing 2 crucial roof pieces. With these pieces the cars top cannot be put on properly exposing it to the elements. What this means is my new Lamborghini was delivered to me non running and unable to have a roof with rain in the forecast. By the grace of god there was an overpass near for us to physically push the car. So my new car slept in a target parking lot with a blanket over the interior. Thanks again Travis ! Travis sent me this car knowing I'm from out of town , I probably won't be a return customer and etc. All in all the repair costs are in the tens of thousands. That is what kind of guy Travis is. That night I was calling and calling him no response to text or or calls while of course he knew the situation. What does he do? Blames it on the car carrier of course. They didn't charge the battery he says. Part of our deal is that a new battery is to be installed. After bringing it to Lamborghini for all the repairs they tell me it isn't even the correct battery. I cringe to think he's still doing business . This is where my car slept day 1 . The internet is a wonderful tool to expose people like Travis Ledford. Please see my receipts for the hidden damages to my " perfect condition " car. Look closely at the photos of the exposed roof on the car and the 5k roof moldings in the bill. This alone is fraud . This is not including the clutch valued at 15K , all four tire sensors , an alternator , a battery another REAL PPI and frankly the list goes on. You'll notice a steady stream of "new reviews" highlighting what a wonderful guy Travis is . These are fake reviews from him and his staff. They are doing their best to bury my real experience. read more
