They don't do a bad job but they kinda do.. They clean everything well, but their paint is chunky. They used an electric file after on my nails after they just told me I need to strengthen them. The hand tech would often slip the drill from off my nail bed and burn my skin. 10 day warranty is nice but their paint job isn't. Customer service was off. They obviously talk about their customers and it's uncomfortable. Makes the environment anxious. I gave it a chance because of the reviews, but I would most likely not be going back. read more

This hidden gem has become my go to place for the last year and a half, I am so glad they are open again. Raymond and his staff are the most welcoming and sweet people. They cater to every one of their clients, from new customers to loyal returners. Even with the pandemic , they have taken all the measurements to ensure a safe, clean and excellent environment for us all. Masks are required for all, they have barriers between the technicians and customers and they limit how many customers are in the shop at a time to provide social distancing. As you can see below, I have been to Redondo 7 Nails numerous times and I'm always very satisfied with my set. Michelle is my girl and she always does a phenomenal job. I don't understand how this place as so many reviews. I came in asking for regular mani/pedi. For my pedicure, they cut my picky toe crooked and now feels uncomfortable. For my manicure, I wanted my index finger to be French tip and it was sloppy. She redid that nail a few times and the end result was bad. Yesterday I called Raymond early in the morning because my thumb nail broke and I had a wedding to attend by 3 pm in Oak Glen. He was slammed yesterday, but managed to get me in with Michelle for her to fix my nails. Michelle fixed my nails and buffed the rest of the nails and added a clear coat of gel and made my nails look new again! Towards the end I asked her about how much I owed her and she said, just go and have fun at the wedding tonight! I replied, really? I had already booked myself to see her first thing this morning since I needed to get my entire set redone. So I was okay with making it up to her today with a tip of appreciation. The quality of the work is low. Left with acrylic and polish flooding my cuticle and skin. The environment is fun and upbeat but I rather have a quiet salon and enjoy my time there. I ended up leaving with work I was not happy with bc I got tired of correcting the tech and I started to get anxious. It's also a very small space. My pedicure was great up until she cut off what o told her not to. I have trouble growing my toe nails and I like having long toe nails and squared. She cut off my big toes even after I said no twice and the tech doing my nails said not to. I left with oval shaped big toe toenails and I'm really upset about it bc it does take me a while to grow them back out. First and last time here. read more
