There's table service and a bar with two of my favs, Sam Adams Winter Lager and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale on tap! Although serving sort-of-the-same food as downstairs but fluffed up name-wise and price-wise, at least you get to sit down at your own table instead of being crammed in cafeteria rows. Plus you can relax and defrost a bit while looking at the gorgeous scenery. And the french fries are pretty darn good! The wait staff is friendly and we were not rushed out of our seats to turn over the table. The rest room lines are shorter upstairs too. The only bad thing is that searching for an outlet to recharge your phone is a chore. Rich skiers can just use the special recharging stations that charge you $2.99. No one ever came over afterward to follow up. We were later told there was a large party, which is understandable--but that's not something customers or servers can control. A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Instead, we were told we "should have said something," despite no one coming to the table. At the end, we waited again for the check, and when my daughter calmly tried to explain our frustration, the server spoke over her and said, "I'm almost 50--I've been doing this since I was 17," which came across as rude and unprofessional. The food was good, but the lack of communication, attentiveness, and management involvement made this a disappointing experience.

I seriously goofed by leaving my box of sketchers from the mall in the booth. I didn't realize until I was 3 hours down the road at which point I called to see if they had them. They did, and they kindly held them for me until I was able to come back through 2 days later. They even asked what brand of shoes they were to ensure I was the owner. Top notch work by some top notch employees. My coworker and I were impressed by this. The food was absolutely wonderful as well!
