first it took 5 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge us. seems there was an issue with the computer system. ordered a beer that although seemed fresh had a taste that was not right. my guess the beer lines need a cleaning. as we waited for our food we had to fight off fruit flies. will have to say the wings were good as expected however the steak and cheese sandwich was a disappointment. have not been to this place in some time not sure if or when I will return. read more

Came for lunch on a Saturday just after 12pm. The place had a few customers but not overly busy. Lots of TVs all around. Our friendly server was very prompt and food came out pretty fast. We were in and out in about 45 minutes. We decided to get a bunch of wing flavors and got the boneless/bone in combo with fries and slaw. The best flavor was the limited time honey garlic. I also liked the lemon pepper, (it came extra saucy), and my husband liked the honey bbq. The chipotle dry rub was our least favorite. Bone in wings were standard size and not overcooked. Boneless very crunchy. Standard fries and slaw was fresh and on the sweeter side. Came with plenty of blue cheese dip. Pretty standard chain wings though. A quick filling lunch, but at $23 it seemed a little high, especially for the area (though chicken prices have been high). read more

Got there at 7:10 pm for dinner and drinks. At 7:20 (!), staff begins the close-down cleanup, dragging heavy wooden chairs across the tile floor (think: fingernails on a chalkboard--for 30 minute). Eventually, I boxed up my food to go, but before I left I asked the manager why his crew was making such a racket at his busiest time of the night. He said it was the end of two waitress' shifts and "I'm not going to tell them not to clean up." Interesting way to run a business. Coming from Long Island, NY update we were STARVED. We saw the reviews and decided to give this BWW a shot. We were NOT disappointed. The manager greeted us at the door and quickly seated us. I was delighted to see how clean and open the restaurant was. After 5 minutes we were greeted by our waitress Lizzy. We put in our drinks and appetizers. The drinks came right away and the food 5 mins after. We put in our main course and I must say it came out in 10-12 mins. I was shocked! Lizzy continued coming by to check on us and provide refills. I will start as I always do by saying I don't give five stars unless I am really blown away. This chain is good for the most part. When I stop into this one I always feel it's clean and the food I pretty good. I however don't usually get anything but wings so I can judge the rest of the food. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive. Offered drink right away and checked back often on my order. I got a side salad that was good size for a side salad. The wings were the spicy garlic and they were good flavored and meaty wings. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant around 2:00pm on a Saturday but they took a little longer than I thought they would to get my food out. If I was in the area on Sunday to watch football this would be a good spot since they have so many TV's. I will come again maybe I will try something more than wings and salad. read more

A good amount of parking outside. The atmosphere inside was good cause it's draft day. It was getting more packed as we arrived. At first, it was very evident that the servers did not want to serve a crowd of 5+ people, but we were a group of 10 with more coming. I don't really see why a large restaurant like this wasn't set up to host larger groups though. Like have one area where tables can quickly be shifted for a large group to be taken care of without it being a fire hazard. Good for business and good for guests too. Once everyone was eventually settled, we ordered drinks, then food. The food came fairly soon. I got a spinach and artichoke dip. I gotta say, I didn't love it. The top was solid so a bit of it was wasted and wasn't a dip. It was too salty for me and the chips didn't taste very fresh and were oily. I would compare this to Apple Bee's artichoke dip and say that I prefer that one. Additionally, there were carrots, celery, and peppers on the platter that made 1/6th of the chips really soggy. The servers are really friendly and come around to check often. My boneless wings were good. I prefer the boneless with chipotle BBQ rub! Delicious. Each piece was 70 cents with the Thursday deal. If I could give 0 I'd give 0...this has to be the worst service/turnover time I've ever received at any BWW. I came in at 130 there was at most 3 customers at bar and 2 on a table didn't order my food until 212 and according to the waitress they couldn't honor the lunch special for the whole table because it was past 2pm. We did wait 30 minutes so it should have been honored. Then food didn't arrive until 2:50. They need to retrain the kitchen because it was way too slow service was friendly, manager was able to accommodate me but no one else so that's ok but the turnover time and no table touching plus by the time the whole table received food it was 3:20 so literally at least 2+ hours before everybody could enjoy their lunch. read more

I can't even hate on Buffalo Wild Wings because they have NFL ticket and it's the only place around (that I know of) to watch all the football games for the day. They serve decently priced beer and have a ton of options to choose from so for those reasons alone, Buffalo Wild Wings becomes a tolerable destination even though they do not offer one healthy item on their menu, not one. It's a big space to sit in the dining area, but definitely not a big enough bar. There are three sides you can sit on but one of the sides becomes tight because it is where the service bar is located as well so maybe four people or so can utilize that side. One bartender on Sundays who is not that attentive but she is also making drinks for the entire bar and dining room solo. I asked her for a spoon to go and she gave me a to go silverware only to find out an hour into my road trip home, the package she gave me only had a knife and fork. There are a ton of televisions here, big ones smaller ones, medium sized ones. There were a lot of high top tables and a bunch of booths. The menu is really difficult for me to get down with. Nothing is healthy, the salads are just shy of 2,000 calories. I get it, it's a sports bar, chain restaurant, I'm not going to find a quinoa salad with grilled chicken, but when you are spending four hours here on a Sunday while drinking, it would be nice to have something to eat that you don't feel like crap about later on. My boyfriend orders the chicken tenders when he comes here and says they're great, which I am sure they are. The place is good for beer and football watching. Bring your own greek yogurt like I did, but you'll be eating it with a plastic fork unless you bring your own spoon. read more

Everyone was done eating their cold food before the kids food came out. Unapologetic and manager was a hot mess. They charged us for sauce after asking for more because our wings had almost no sauce and looked like plain chicken nuggets. How have I ended up in this place 3 times already? The food sucks but because it has TV's, a lot of seating, and seems like the food should at least taste as good as freezer food from the grocery store...... my family likes to meet there. This is classic chain food, you can usually find something that's been fried, or a burger that is pretty good. Not at this place. You can eat the food, you're just not going to be thrilled paying for a crappy version of nachos or a burger. Oh yeah, how could I forget. This place has the words "Buffalo" and "wings" in the name. It also has the word "Wild" in it. Maybe the wild part means, we are so wild we're going to name our chain restaurant after something we suck at. The first time I went I had the wings. Somehow I mistook the place and thought it was a Quaker chain and lube which actually has pretty good wings. Oops, big mistake. Not only were the wings not crispy but the sauce was so fake tasting and slathered on like a chocolate fondue waterfall. I couldn't even eat half the wings. Its an understatement to say the sauce was disgusting. They do have a lot of TV's and a pretty big beer menu. It's the type of place that attracts little league dads. Who were past their prime when they graduated high school. Then talk super loud so all their kids friends can hear how cool they are because they swore at the 16 year old female ump at their kids game earlier in the day. Read the reviews about wait times and I was skeptical but we came here after a long day of baseball and the wait was not long at all. It was a Tuesday night around 9pm so that might've been why. It's definitely busy, but we were seated quickly and tended to properly. I ordered a large Jamaican jerk and my wife ordered a kids cheeseburger with fries and a snack sized boneless honey bar b que wings. Jamaican jerk had more kick than California but still very good. I was worried because my wife is not a fan of BWW and I love it, but She really enjoyed her kids cheeseburger. Kept our drinks full the entire time and also gave us his undivided attention. I only ordered a salad but Every thing else came out great! I really loved the sampler that we ordered! The Boneless Parmesan Garlic chicken was so good! It was actually my first time trying it out. I would've had bbq sauce however I'm not a fan of the sweet tasting style sauce that they provide here in the Great state of New York. (However It's called original pits brooks bbq sauce.) But the substitute was an awesome choice! I found out about the sauce by eating it at the Jekyll and Hyde Restaurant a few nights prior. Man that stuff has an acquired taste! So, this is just about the food and the takeout service. The service was great, although I really hate being asked if I want to leave a tip when I'm picking up a takeout order. Pay your people a living wage. God knows you charge enough for the food to do it. As for the food, it really sucks. I wish there were some redeeming quality about any of it, but there's not. The wings are just regular sized. Not nearly big enough for a restaurant that has wings in it's name. I got teriyaki that tasted horrible, salt and vinegar which didn't really taste like either, and the Mango Habanero which tasted like they were dunked in a vat of Hot Sauce. I also got the southwest philly sandwich with fries. The sandwich was about six inches shorter than I thought it would be and the fries were blah. I wouldn't care all that much, but the prices were ridiculous. 12 dollars for a tiny sandwich and crappy fries!?! 8 dollars for 5 wings with crappy sauces!?! You are better off going almost anywhere else. If we don't stop giving these people money they will just open up more lousy franchises. read more

Went there for lunch. Food in house was amazing. I asked for a chicken Caesar salad to go($11.29 plus a take out fee of a $1.00) as I work the over night shift and nothing is open at night. Took forever for the salad to come out for us to leave and when I opened the salad at work there were three bite size strips of chicken, a handful of lettuce, more croutons then lettuce and no parm cheese in the salad. This is the second time we have come here. The first time we ordered drinks and after 45 minutes the server tells me they can't make he Margarita I ordered. I reordered and 30 minutes later it comes and it is wrong. This visit we called ahead the ensure they coulda accommodate a large party. 1 hr and 10 min after arrival and we do not have our food. Drinks are coming out slow. Server is great. Very apologetic and polite. Obvious whomever schedules staff is failing. Food is average (as with all BWW). I would have given 5 stars for absolutely everything except the hostess (working 5/29/21 around 7pm) was rude to multiple costumers including my elderly parents and a couple waiting near us to be seated. She got very defensive when asked why some people were being seated before others who had been waiting longer, she also got upset when asked about the wait time after the previous time she had given had come and gone. The waiter was extremely funny and attentive to our table's needs. And the food was amazing. I would love to go back again soon for all of the other aspects of the restaurant. read more

The bartender was very nice and on her game. The food was lack luster. Tried the medium/medium wings. They came out really fast. Almost too fast. Should have been an indication. The traditional wings started out luke warm ( temperature wise) and went to cold the further down you got. The sauce was average on spicy but the wings were soaked in it. A real mess. For the most part the food at this location is decent. ((Let me preface this by saying I am fully aware staffing issues are a thing, also I have worked in the restaurant business for many years)) My family and I have frequented this location over the last 4 years. This time, we walked in to wait to be seated (not crowded) and observed 2 employees chatting away in the server booth.. Not only did the one girl notice us walking in, as I made eye contact with her several times, we just stood there being ignored. After several minutes, the hostess came running out of the kitchen apologizing to us. The hostess helping out in the kitchen isn't the issue: employees lack of GREETING is. "Hey how are you, welcome to ___insert restaurant name here___, we'll be right with you" would have sufficed. This is your first impression on a patron and sometimes people walk out! After being sat we were greeted by our pleasant server which was prompt in getting our order in and bringing out our food.
