The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

Quote was separated into different areas: 1)Drywall, mud, tape and finish for paint in mud room,paint 2)Repair damaged drywall on ceiling in kitchen, paint 3)Repair damaged freshly on basement stairs,paint Every step was itemized and had the price next to it so if I thought paint was too much, I'd be able to remove that option. At the end, you pay for any items they needed to purchase to compete your job. I opted for all three items to be completed and also asked for additional things to be added throughout the projects (trim, baseboards, crown molding, paint) and they accommodated every aspect (with additional cost, of course). 2 guys were here for about a week and they were both extremely respectful of the property (booties, cleaned everything, busted ass)..they even asked to use the bathroom every time even though I don't think that was necessary (there was a language barrier of Ukrainian/Russian, so made it a bit hard to know closet meant bathroom lol). Beware - Poor Drainage Work & No Follow-Through Family…read morebusiness (Matt, Sheila, and Tim). I hired them to pour concrete- All work to be pitched properly for proper water drainage- exactly what our contract stated. Instead, the concrete on one side was pitched toward my house, causing water to come inside. Matt promised twice to come look at it, but was a no-show both times. When I first confronted him about ghosting me, he later called ranting about how busy he was, implying he didn't have time for me. He even said it wasn't his fault my house sits low--yet still took the job (and my payment) without hesitation. This company used to be T/S Concrete with terrible reviews -- the name change doesn't seem to have changed the service. The work looks nice and prices are competitive, but what good is that if it damages your home? If you decide to hire, DO NOT make final payment until you confirm proper drainage. Best of luck.
