I have been a Drum Roll fan for YEARS now and was so excited to watch their tasting room come to life. My first encounter with them was at the Issaquah Wine Walk like 6-8 years ago (it's hard to pinpoint) and Matt, one of the co-owners, was so personable and nice. The added bonus was that the wine was delicious. So when I discovered they were opening a tasting room in Renton, I was so ecstatic. They've been open for a year or two now and they are flourishing! The space is creatively curated and speaks to the owners and their family so well. It's kid-friendly and pup-friendly which makes this really a very welcoming spot in the downtown area. They don't carry food, but they do have snacks. But more importantly, they have delicious wine (duh). Over the years, my favorite has stayed constant - their white blend! They've never made a wine I haven't liked, but their white blend is a guaranteed classic that I can crack open for myself, or at family dinners, and know it's going to be a hit.
