I'll preface this by saying I was with a group of about 30 people so didn't get to really sample the menu. We had complementary wine, two salads, and two pastas to choose from. As for the wine, whatever house savignon blanc they offered us was delicious. The salads were good. The pastas less so. One was a spaghetti with meatballs. The balls were good, the spaghetti was mush. The other was chicken Alfredo which tasted like a frozen meal. We also had two cakes to choose from for dessert but I didn't have any. Since writing my last review, I've probably been here 10 more times and I would echo everything I wrote before. Outstanding service where they treat you like a good friend and are always there when you need them. They know the menu super well. The menu has a ton of really great options. I tried the penne pasta with a cheesy sauce and chicken and it was mind blowing good. I can be pretty picky about meat quality since I get grossed out by it pretty easily and every single chicken bite was high-quality. I'm off the ones analyzing every single chicken before I take it and cutting off little tiny things that other people laugh at and that was not the case at all. I ate 100% of all of the chicken I love that everything I've ever ordered there is something that I just want to save her and slowly eat because it's just so good I don't want the eating experience to end. How many restaurants do you go to that you feel like that about? Exactly. Which is why you should go . I also love the ambience. The way it's decorated is very low-key but also very classy. It's really a nice place to sit in and have a meal since it just feels good to be there. I love the way they showcase all their different bottles of wine So, you should absolutely go but my hesitation and always writing these kinds of reviews is that then a ton of people are gonna go and when I want to go I'm not gonna be able to get in... What I ordered wasn't available at the moment and I was offered another option. Was charged for the other option. Popcorn didn't come out til after the food. Even though other tables were getting their popcorn right away. Very disappointed and it wasn't even that busy. I really love this place. Everyone here is so nice and warm and welcoming. The ambiance is fantastic. It's the perfect for anything between meeting a friend for a drink and a date night! I have tried a few of the different wines by the glass have been really impressed with each! So far my favs are the Argentine Malbec, Cab Franc from Washington, and the Mark Ryan GSM. Wa, California and international. We asked our server to pick two red blends for us in the mid range and she did pick two that we all enjoyed. So I am glad about that. She had other tables but was attentive enough. We had various food items: charcuterie plate, bruschetta, salmon, shrimp linguine, beef stew and beef stroganoff. Overall I would say the quality was good and it had an extensive menu. If I could give zero stars I would. Went there during the Renton wine walk which was a nice Saturday late afternoon/early evening. Vino and the staff should have known that they might be a little busy that day and planned accordingly. I didn't think that it was overly busy considering. We got seated on the patio and the server came over. We asked about the Rose' letting her know that we would like a crisp dry rose' and she snapped that they only have one rose'. Well, is it crips and dry, she replies yes, ok ordered. I had been there the night before, so I inquired if any of the wines had changed, and she snapped NO! So, I ordered what I had the night before. She then comes back with a couple of waters, slams them on the table and comments "so you can hydrate". We get are wine when another employee comes around, we asked nicely if she could help us and she snaps NO, I'm just the hostess. We asked if someone else could help us as we were not happy with our current server. She snaps we are shorthanded and busy then storms off. I'm sorry not our fault. Our original server storms back and attacks us, is there a problem!? We let her know yes, we are not happy with how you are being short and snapping at us when we have done nothing. She says "Well, if you don't like it you can leave. Uncalled for rude customer service from two of their staff members. Even though I feel counter attacked I stand by my truth. It's classic he said/she said but we were not rude until we were attacked with rudeness. Even then they told us if we didn't like it we could leave, so with left without a fuss or an argument. when we were talking with other customers it was them telling us how the staff had been complaining how busy they were and they were not handling it well. I've been here a few times, one for an event and the rest of the time stopping by for a drink or two with friends. The wine is delicious. Getting a glass or a bottle to share is a great way to enjoy your time here. I've had a bottle of a sparkling rose that is just so good we went back and got it again. The meat and cheese panini is also delicious and the chips on the side are a great pairing with wine surprisingly. The employees are very nice! We had a great time one Friday evening and I was impressed with the staff. When I attended for an event, I was less impressed. We had a long wait to even place an initial order and had to fill our own waters-we just needed them to tell us to fill it ourselves to make it a little more pleasant.
