Stayed in rm 13 was nice too close for to highway. 2nd time staying here super cute. Make sure your fireplace works before maintenance leaves our pilot light was not lit. Someone else said same for them. Complimentary robes for the jacuzzi at front desk. No air but they 2 huge fans.

We have been going to this lodge since the 80s. Back then for many years it was family owned. By different families, all amazing. A corporation took it over and did a lot of updates and upgrades making the property even better than it was before. There are two differences between now and then. Major ones in my opinion. The first is customer service! Let me be clear that the staff that we interacted with... Kaylee, Trini and Mary were top notch. They were kind, accommodating, super friendly and welcomed us everyday with a smile. The general manager, Erin, who claims to have been here for the last 15 years is nothing but a corporate robot. She was not friendly, inviting or a person I would want to do business with again. The other huge topic there was the parking. This has never been an issue in the past. If you are in a bigger unit and require more than one car or have another party with you, you are instructed to park either On the busy highway or in the Safeway parking lot which I'm sure is not legal overnight. To top that off, there is one handicap spot in the entire Lodge. This is not only against State codes but Erin proceeded to tell me that she is aware they are short-handicap spots but there is nothing they can do and will continue to pay the fine. My dad has MS and has a handicap placard and there were several other guests that required wheelchair assistance but again nowhere for them to park. Maybe across the street in the Safeway parking lot. We were there during the off-season and there were plenty of open parking spots. Although these parking spots were not utilized if we put an additional car there, it was so severely tagged taped and plastered all over the windshield. Followed by 100 text messages that went out to the entire Lodge about parking. My suggestion would be if there are any open spots, maybe posting in the office daily the open spots so that other guests that are paying can park their car on the property instead of on public property across the street. The final recommendation was the overwhelming amount of text messages that were sent throughout our week Stay was absolutely ridiculous. Anything more than one text a day to keep the guests updated on the activities they were having is completely unnecessary! This Lodge is more on the expensive side so to have this kind of treatment during our vacation was a little much and I really feel sorry for the timeshare guests that have to deal with this all year long for the amount of money they pay to stay there. Again the property was beautiful and other than having to deal with the parking and Erin I would definitely recommend! Unfortunately I don't see this changing anytime soon!

Been staying in North Lake Tahoe at the Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge forever. It's a beautiful place located on the North shore of the lake. Lakefront, beautiful rooms, great clear pool and amazing decks. Kayaks and a awesome dock. The front office staff Erin and Kelly as well as the rest of the staff , Trini and Juan care a great deal about the resort. Even despite COVID, the staff managed to make this amazing place feel like home. Great views and home away from home

The Great Lake Tahoe experience. To be honest I didn't know what to expect and feel like their profile don't do it justice. When we arrived we was pleasantly surprised. It was a great stay with thoughtful touches. Example, a full kitchen, all the cookware, hot water kettle, natural wood coffee table, etc. each room seems to be made differently, my room had its own little deck patio. The best amenity they offer is the pool and private beach . If you are coming to Lake Tahoe for the lake the. This is the place to be. I was there during off season but I am hopeful that during the summer they have plenty of boat rentals. Overall a great stay.

Redwolf Lakeside Lodge is a small resort located at the end of SR 267/N Lake Blvd. The unit is well maintained and up to date with all the essential. What I love about the property: 1. You park right in front of your unit. 2. Jaccuzi bathtub, I like how the tub is deep so you can soak after a long day skiing. 3. Unit has a cabin feel with all the wood feature. 4. Lakeside property, only a few feet away from the beautiful lake. 5. 10 min drive to Northstar ski resort. We stayed in the 1 bed unit, bedroom had a full size bed and queen size pullout sofa in the living room. Kitchen had everything to cook a hot meal. The gas fireplace made it feel real cozy. No washer/dryer in the unit. Property does offer washer/dryer free of charge. We loved what Redwolf Lakeside Lodge has to offered and really enjoyed our stay. We would stayed here again.

Red Wolf Lodge is a super cute and comfy place to stay in Lake Tahoe. Kelly and Erin were very helpful and answered all our questions. We loved the activities and the location and private beach and pool were so awesome! Thank you for the wonderful time. We will definitely be back.

A hotel with a good location but VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE from the so-called "Manager" Erin O'brien, I rented through Airbnb for two days to celebrate my birthday but unfortunate when I went to bed and obviously out of precaution so this happening in the world COVID-19 with more caution we checked the bed and there were hairs on the sheets, so I went to the lobby the next day with photos and there was the person with the worst attitude that I have seen Erin O'brien saying that those hairs were from the people who did the cleaning and my answer was serious? Is that what you are going to tell me? There were no apologies or any option like: we will change your sheets, I am sorry that we can do something to improve your stay. What does a person like her do as a manager? Don't you have a little love for what you do? it is definitely in the WRONG position. I was planning to go back with my kids at first sight, but after this experience I would never go back to this place.

Very cozy and cute. Next to water. Can watch sunset. Hot tub is nice. Came in October so didn't swim in the pool. Water was calm in the morning to kayak.

Location & Grounds: The setting is incredible, well-maintained, and hard to beat. Units & Amenities: Unfortunately, the units haven't changed much over the years, especially considering what they charge. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, the TVs barely work, and many of the amenities feel outdated. The sauna never seems to get hot enough, and I've always wondered why a hot tub has never been added, it would be a great improvement. We also found that basic supplies like toilet paper were very limited. This property has so much potential, and with some updates to the units and amenities, it could easily be a five-star experience. My entire family feels the same way. We love coming here and hope the owners invest in modernizing the accommodations to match the incredible location.

Between the many complimentary amenities and thoughtful touches, I felt the premium price was well worth it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Alec at the front desk. He immediately offered us water, champagne, or apple juice, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He was kind, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic as he shared everything the Hyatt has to offer. His excitement was contagious, and he made a wonderful first impression. The bell service was also excellent. They quickly unloaded our luggage upon arrival and made both check-in and check-out seamless. It was another thoughtful convenience that helped set the tone for a relaxing stay. We chose a first-floor room with a patio that opened directly to the pool area, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. It made going back and forth between the room and the pool incredibly easy, especially with children. Some of our favorite amenities and thoughtful touches included: The Hyatt provides cloth wristbands that serve as your room key, giving you access to your room, the pool, and other resort areas. This was one of our favorite features! We never had to worry about carrying a key card, and the wristbands stayed on comfortably throughout showers and swimming. Water refill stations are conveniently located throughout the resort. The casino is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Lockers stocked with towels are located outside of the hotel for easy access when leaving for the beach. There are a couple of beautiful beaches just across the street, only a 2-3 minute walk away. The concierge service was outstanding. I can't remember the young man's name, but he helped us on Tuesday, August 4. If management knows who was working that day, please extend our sincere thanks. He explained the complimentary kayaking, directed us to the beach, and arranged shuttle transportation. His customer service was exceptional. Although the Hyatt beach is temporarily closed for construction, the resort has arranged access to nearby private beaches for guests. They also run a shuttle every few minutes, making it very easy to get around. If you're looking for a livelier atmosphere, the public beach is only a short drive away. The pools were wonderful. The main pool is heated to approximately 80-85°F and features a fun cave area. There's also a kiddie pool, plus separate hot tubs for adults and children. Poolside service was an added bonus. Every evening from 5:00-10:00 p.m., the resort provides complimentary s'mores kits that can be enjoyed in a fire pit near the pool area. This was such a fun family activity and one of those little touches that made the stay feel extra special. The café opens at 6:30 a.m., and if you order regular brewed coffee, you receive complimentary refills until 10:00 p.m. that evening, a great perk for coffee lovers. The only area that fell short for us was the food. Most of what we ordered was fairly heavy and greasy. To be fair, there is a Cyclospora outbreak in the US, so we chose not to order fresh salads, fruits, or vegetables out of an abundance of caution, which limited our options. The main restaurant "cutthroat saloon" had live music which made dinner enjoyable. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, however, and we didn't get the opportunity to try Osteria Sierra, which may have been a better dining choice. My only other criticism involves one interaction with room service. After providing my room number, I asked if I could order room service, and the employee replied, "Well, that's why you called, didn't you?" It came across as unnecessarily sarcastic and unwelcoming. It was an isolated interaction, but it stood out because every other staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The resort itself is beautiful, the amenities are outstanding, and the customer service especially from Alec at the front desk, the concierge, and the bell staff was exceptional. We would absolutely consider staying here again
