Its going be hard to review the service at Ukiah Ford, because I never actually got a service there. I called up to have the airbag initiator replaced under the national recall and my notices from Ford said to check with the dealer in the last quarter of the year. I did so and was assured that the part was in and scheduled an appointment. After arriving at the dealership I was well treated by the service writer. HE AT LEAST did his job well, checking back through the listing of service bulletins to make certain there wasn't anything else. (Thus the one star). 90 minutes later the same service writer called back to tell me that "sorry, we actually don't have the part but maybe next month or the first quarter of 2017". WTH! Went in and retrieved my car without incident. Again, my beef isn't with the service writer. What I have a complaint with is Ford for not being more on top of the situation, the dealership for not having a handle on their parts inventory (especially for such a widely publicized situation as the airbag recall) and the "system" for letting this happen. Very disappointing. EDIT: 12/10/16 I notice that no one from the dealership has commented on my above review. Nor has anyone from the dealership contacted me by any other means. Yet, today I got another emailed request for a review of my service. So it appears that reviewing feedback is not a high priority with the dealership. I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk, I want a good relationship with my dealer as it behooves me in time and money to have one. But relationships are a two way street. read more

If you are considering Ukiah Ford for servicing your vehicle, I'd suggest you go to another mechanic, or the next Ford dealership down the road in Healdsburg. While I have had a couple of fine interactions over the last two months, with an oil change and adding a front license plate holder, when things go wrong they go really wrong. Below is the account of what we have gone through, but here are the things to know: 1. The service department is not proactive with communication. Expect to call multiple times and expect to hear excuses about why they don't call back for multiple days. 2. If they repair your car incorrectly, don't expect that they will fix it as soon as possible. You go back to the end of the line, even (as in my case) if your car is smoking and a potential safety concern. 3. Confronting them on poor customer service leads the team to become combative. Ed, in particular, is of concern. After saying firmly to the front desk woman that I believed we were being treated unfairly, he got on the phone and proceeded to escalate the problem, saying I was being rude to his employees. He talked over me, and refused to help resolve the situation. His behavior was bullying, and completely unprofessional. 4. This happened 10/28/16. "New management" hasn't helped. Reading through other reviews tells me this story has not improved. So here is the story: I had them fix an oil leak, which required a new gasket, and after I got it back, I noticed the car was smoking as I drove it. I brought it back in to have them repair it, and after a week of not hearing anything, I called to see how long it would take to fix. They hadn't gotten the part yet, but nobody thought to tell us. They let us pick up the car while they waited for the part, and it wasn't until we called the next week a couple times that we learned they had received it. They told my wife that they couldn't fix it until the following week, because they had too many cars in front of us (which will be 3 weeks from when it was driven away with problems). I called in multiple times over the last two days to have this conversation with the service manager: our car shouldn't have to wait in line to get solved. We should be the very next fix. When I finally put my foot down, after being offered the manger's voicemail for the third time, the second service manager got on the line and was very rude. He talked over me and tried to chastise me for "speaking rudely" to his front desk woman. He said he wouldn't fix their mistake before serving "all of the other customers who have been waiting", regardless of the safety issue. Ed was very combative with me on the phone, escalating the situation when we could have had a constructive conversation. If I knew then what I know now about the team and how they act when things go wrong, I would have taken my car elsewhere. The service department proudly claims a perfect service rating from customers, but this is clearly misleading. When I asked how to leave my own review, he said they might send me something in the mail. Be warned, headaches you don't need might be around the corner. read more

I had a less than stellar experience with local dealerships around me. I found Ukiah Ford through a Web-based car buying submission service, and I'm very glad I did. Russell Gussman is the Internet & finance manager at Ukiah Ford. I can honestly say, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I would buy another vehicle from Russell & this dealership, and I would send friends & family there. Russell even saved me money on vehicle financing. A bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend them. My new car is awesome, by the way. I got a custom build just the way I wanted it. It took 3 months to show up, but it's new technology; it took Ford that long to build it. Russell was very helpful figuring out exactly what I wanted, and told me about special services from Ford other dealerships didn't know existed (I checked). read more

In April of 2015, I had the unfortunate experience of buying a car from Ukiah Ford. From day one there were issues with the car that did not become apparent until I took the car on a road trip. Upon discovery, I left the car with them to fix the brakes (which they swore were new, yet still squealed at every stop), a tire that was so out of alignment it was wearing unevenly, and a portion of the clear coat began peeling almost immediately. I knew I was going out of town for a month, so figured that was the perfect time to leave it with them to have everything fixed & arrive home to all of the repairs being completed. After a couple of weeks, I had not heard from them, so decided to give THEM a call to check the status. Somehow, they managed to lose the paperwork of what needed to be repaired. What should have been under warranty, I was now going to be charged for. After fighting with them for the next two weeks about the warranty coverage they finally relented but my car now needed a specialty alignment part that I was going to have to pay for. That particular wheel, six months later, is still out of alignment to the point where the tire will now have to be replaced. To add insult to injury, i never noticed that the vehicle only had a rear license plate. Now after receiving a $121 parking citation from San Francisco for no plate, I have to go spend an inordinate amount of my own time to correct their error. Never never never will I again patronize this slipshod organization. If you are buying a new or used car I would highly recommend other dealerships here in Ukiah or in Santa Rosa. read more

My car was scheduled for a service maintenance and I was able to bring my car 15minutes earlier. After 2 hours, it was not done yet. And when I followed up, they said they just got the oil filter needed for my car. What is the point of scheduling an appointment when you still have to wait this long? It took them more than 2hours just to finish my car. I appreciate the nice receptionist but this is just too long for a turn around time. Every single time I come here, it's always taking so long. I would like to give a review on the Redwood Ford Dealership in Ukiah 3 days of having my mothers vehicle turned into 3/4 weeks they broke her crank pulley and her vehicle was taken apart for weeks they gave excuse after excuse as to why she was not getting her vehicle back and then threatened to not finish the work and we would have to pick the vehicle up as is because we called so many times for an update they also admitted to ignoring our phone calls multiple occasions because they seen our phone number on caller ID. They have horrible customer service they lied to us every day and they hung up on us multiple times and all we wanted was an update!! I went on google and gave them a review of what horrible experience we we're going through and I ended up reading multiple different reviews that were not good they have done this to multiple different people not just us they even lost someones keys once after having their vehicle for a month as well!!!! So I wanted to let everyone know before it happens to them as well and for the community to know about this place!! we will never go back to this place after 3-4 weeks my mother finally got her vehicle back and they never even fixed the things they were claiming to be fixing the entire time this place is HORRIBLE I've tried multiple times to reach out to the owner and he/she never answers the phone and never clears his/her voicemail so leaving a message is not an option I've left numerous messages for the owner with the front desk and still have not heard back once! Hands down THE WORST service experience I have ever had. Our Ford Escape has been in that shop for a total of almost 5 weeks while they bumble around and have trouble finding and fixing a problem that ended up being transmission failure on a car so with only 67,000 miles on it (apparently it's a thing that ford has yet to recall). They pretty much never call you with updates or information, Never call you back when you leave messages, and love to give you hopeful news only to back pedal on it. We spent over 4,000 dollars on the service and having to rent cars because apparently, once you buy a Ford, your nothing to the company. I had a major repair with mini two years ago (not under warranty) and they gave us a courtesy car as well as finding me a ride back home after my mini failed on 101 an hour from where I live. Be warned they are not interested in keeping a customer...clearly. If you have a choice, go elsewhere. If you don't, I feel bad for you. Real bad. read more

Bad experience. THEY CHEATED A SENIOR. Brought my van in for regular service. When they asked me to sign the service contract before they worked on it, which is a perfunctory part of the procedure there was a tiny 176 near the signature line I did not notice without my glasses on. I was signing an ok for them to charge me $176 for them to run diagnostics on why the temperature guage was not working! THEY CHARGED ME $176 TO RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON WHY THE TEMPERATURE GUAGE WAS NOT ACCURATE. read more

I am a first time car buyer and I had went to several other local dealerships to see what is the best option and fit for my specific budget and income. None of my local car lots wanted to really help me because I have no credit and I would have no co-singer. So I decided I would go to ford and before I even signed a credit app I asked, do you think upon what I have showed and told you about my financial info can you work with that? And he said yes. I arranged for a 1pm appointment. I showed up 15 mins early because I respect their time. Unknown that their is a "magic lane" that you need to be in to get service, since the signage is bad, I parked in a handicap stall near the service door. I showed up clean. Reasonable clothing. Masked. My car was freshly cleaned inside and out. I took the extra time to armor-all my car top. After I arrived, a car drove up into the magic lane; it got dealt with. By this time it was 12:55pm. I started for the service door. A lady came out and said she would be right with me. So, I stood by the car waiting. Two other cars drove into the magic lane; they were serviced. A third drove up. At this point, I gave up and called the dealership from my phone. I expressed the above to the operator, and I suggested that I would reschedule the appointment when it would be more convenient to their service staff. I left about 2 minutes later. I was okay with waiting my turn, however long that might have been. I wasn't okay with attempting to enter the service department, being told that the service advisor would be right with me, and then standing to watch several other cars come and get serviced. No calls from the dealer's Service Manager. No concern whatsoever. So, I will get the defective airbag upgrade done at some point, when I can manage to get the car to a dealer 60 miles away, and be able to part with it for 7-10 days, considering other service needed. Another bad experience with a Ford dealer. Previously, I only owned Ford products. I purchased a lemon F-150, had to endure threats from the dealer, and months of frustration, rental cars, and unpleasant trips to the dealer. That did it for me for almost 30 years. I went to Toyota and never had any service-related issues whatsoever. In fact, when my engine blew, it was related to a recall and Toyota gave me a new engine. I purchased a used 2014 Mustang. I was looking to purchase a Truck. I was walking around the lot waiting for service until I walked into the Showroom only to find the only person there to be playing on the phone. When I asked about a few trucks, he punched them on the computer and told me what the payment would be based on that. I did that before I even got there. Didn't offer to check for any incentives, deals or what my credit was. He just based my credit on the "National" average and told me what my payment would be. Seems to me they didn't want to sell me a truck. I wasn't about to give my business to someone who really didn't want it. Sad thing is, I usually buy Fords and this turned me off this time. John Lanzit, is not someone that a none White Customer would want to work with it seem, see in the month of April, my Family purchase a vehicle, John Lanzit was one of the people who performed the paperwork process for them, he had a very negative, racist, prejudiced, and discriminatory outlook with them, via the way of comments, which he thought they were on the under, at least that's the feeling that came across. Here are some examples, he was talking about how the Defense Team for the trail of Derek Chauvin could do a much better job, but seeming like he did not mean it, that's a negative, next one was, why were they on the phone talking off and on during the process, its because they were getting questions to ask him from me, that's another negative, here's another one, pulling up my Family profile on his computer and checking out their internet profile, why, another negative, and the topper turning red and shaking during the entire process, and worst when the conversation came up about Law School, knowledge of technology, and other things. The process was extended do to the fact he was taking hours to do the paper work, which I did not understand, do to the fact they had already been approved before driving hours up there. He made the comment that they were going to be overwhelm with the Car and not know how to operate it, its just a Car. He needs to be trained or retrained in customer services and understand that he is in the business of selling Vehicles for Redwood Ford, and not to assume or make judgement calls about Redwood Ford customer's that pay his salary. I purchased a car from this dealer at the end of January 2022. I am a single Mom that needed a reliable car with room for my very pt floral design and delivery business. The employee that sold me my 2017 Ford Escape showed me the car and it was clear it had just come on the lot. It was a mess inside and took 4 or more hours to detail after I decided to buy it. I didn't know what to ask for or what to check on I just test drove it, loved it and began the finance process. Not even 1 month later I took it in for its routine oil change and asked them to rotate the tires. They changed the oil but let me know the tires were so dangerously bald they could NOT rotate them. Red Flag number 1!! I had the car less than a month!! Red flag number 2 only 3 1/2 months later than the tire issue my breaks started scraping and when I took it in I found out it needed NOT ONLY break pads but Rotors as well??? At this point after speaking to a couple of mechanics elsewhere about my predicament it was clear that the car had possibly just come onto the lot and the Used Vehicle Inspection may not have been done OR WORSE they did it and passed it by the skin of their teeth sending a Mother and her Daughter out onto the road in an unsafe vehicle. I finally took the car in to get all this taken care of (being ignorant to my options) around 5 1/2 months after getting it and in doing.s9 had to max out ALL my credit destroying my over 750 plus credit score now because I can't afford the payments to my card as a single working Mother. Pete offered me 2 free tires for my trouble and I took them when if I had known better I would have insisted they sold.me a bad car and needed to eat the cost of ALL of the issues that arose in the not quite 6 months since I bought the car. Upon trying to recover some of my loss I have called and left messages for Pete re: needing him to call me to fix this dilemma and to Ashley 2 times to get my registration fixed as the registration is to be paid up through the first year of the loan and it wasn't so it is due Oct. 2022 of this year a mere 8 1/2 months after buying the car. Not Ashley nor Pete have returned my calls or attempted to rectify my situation in ANY way leaving me YELP and now filing a dealer complaint with my lending bank for being sold a car that needs ALOT of work in the less than first 6 months. I believe they saw a sucker coming and that at this point Ashley and Pete are NOT willing to make.good on their mistakes to me so I am now headed odd to file a complaint with my lending bank and praying some recourse is taken by them since the dealership refuses to help or make good. Don't buy a car from this dealer if you expect a quality car at a great price. And did I mention I am paying a huge amount for a 5 year old car with so many problems I may have to let it get repossessed voluntarily since I can't afford the debt incurred in repairs in my 1st 6 months as an owner. read more

I found a used Tundra through an online search and requested more information. From the first phone call, I was impressed. No heavy sales pressure at all. I made an appt. to drive the truck the next day. It was a long haul but this truck was really close to what I was looking for. My husband and I pull up to a rather small dealership and are prepared for the sales pitch of a lifetime. We are not new to this game or the sales team. We got none of that from them at all! We walked straight to the truck that was waiting for us to inspect every nook. Each and every single staff member was amazingly nice, relaxed and genuine. This has not been the case in our search so we were a little shocked and kept waiting for something to change. Ir never did. They were fabulous, fair, honest and NOT sales heavy. They gave is our space and plenty of time to talk. It is a huge deal to sign on a car and not one we take lightly. In the end, I would buy every single car from them if I ever needed more cars. I must say Ford you are amazing! My first car was a used 2000 Ford Taurus bought from a private seller and after 200,000mi, some tough love, and a lot of repairs, I knew it was time I needed a something where the engine wasn't smoking and let's face it who likes buying oil every few days! However, I was not so sure I could afford it... But after one night I was able to leave the Ford lot in an awesome new 2015 Ford Fiesta! (And it's RED& a manual 5 speed!! Two things I personally love!) And my payments are super low!! Its been a week and I could not be happier!! Grant was super helpful and worked with me until I felt comfortable with my choices! Regarding the Parts Department: My husband and I were on our way to an event in central California when our tow vehicle started having problems. We sorted out what part was needed to correct the problem and call the Ford dealership in Ukiah. They had the part and held it for us until we got there about an hour later. Both the Parts Specialist on the phone and the gentleman who cashed us out were extremely friendly and helpful and got us on our way in no time at all. I have done business with ukiah Ford/redwood ford three times now. I have purchased two vehicles from them a 2016 Ford Focus and a 2016 Ford F-150. since then they have gone through two different general managers and are on their third now (since July 2016). The third time i have attempted to do business with them is why I am rating them a 1 star due to the fact my new 2016 f150 truck was shacking and I took it in to get repaired February 24, 2017 and to this day they are still working on my truck. Through the entire process they have only contacted me three times after I have made numerous attempts to reach them and get updates. To make matters worse, when ever I do contact them to get an update they are busy nine times out of ten and they never seem to have the ability to call me back. I grew up a ford person and have had the pleasure of owning four fords in my lifetime, but after this experience it is truly making me second guess why have I been giving ford my money all these years when my business is clearly not important to them. read more

"update" 3-9-2021 redwood ford is still by far the worst dealership ever. i called them and asked to speak to a manager. they connected me with landen. i told him how they did not transfer of title on my trade in with dmv which they told me they wouild take care of. they did not. i got the dmv paperwork in the mail showing the trade in i gave them is still in my name. that was the first problem which he basicly blew me off. so then i told him i have still not recieved my registration tags and current registration paperwork he said he would look into in and would call me back the same day and give me some answer in what may have happened. i waited over 4 hours no call. so i called back myself they connected me with the answering system again asking them to call me back and let me know what is goin on with all this. they never returned my call. i have left multiply messeges in this matter and they never return my call. they all all liars there they don't do anything they are supposed to do....absoultely horrible business practice... what a nightmare these dealership is. i have never ever experienced anything like this. i hope this yelp helps someone from not buying any cars or trucks there if you do....well you are in for a very rough ride don't expect to be treated with any type of respect because they are extremly disrepectful with the way they treat you. read more

This place is awful. The service department's level of incompetence is mind blowing. The tiny brunette woman behind the counter has an answer for everything and it's all BS. After two visits and them having the vehicle that I just bought from them for 3 days they were unable to get a set of keys right. The AC didn't work correctly they wouldn't stand by their own product and repair it. So I paid them approximately $400 to fix it and it still doesn't work. After having the vehicle this whole time they didn't even bother cleaning up the mess they made on the inside. The entire experience was beyond an epic failure. I am very disappointed in the sales team at this location. I had contacted the dealership through Cars.com in regards to an older model Ford Truck I had seen on the net. I was contacted by a salesman and requested more information. It was sent and I was ready to make an offer, problem was the salesman passed me off to another salesman who did not return my phone call. I set up transportation for delivery and had the cash ready for sale. The truck was sold before anyone would call me back. I spoke to the general manager, he didn't listen to my concern and suggested I go buy a vehicle in my home state. This dealership is not professional and the manager I spoke to needs additional training on how to listen to a customer. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

The staff at Redwood Ford Ukiah, was the most down to earth sales team I have ever worked with. They are straight forward and didn't try to sell me any snake oil the way most car salesmen always do. They worked with me despite my subpar credit and even gave me trade in value for my piece of sh*t commuter. Kevin Reedy habla español. This particular car sales extraordinaire was very kind and accommodating. As I waited for my financing to finalize he helped this man who couldn't speak English and his Spanish was pretty good for a white dude. Also, this very sweet lady hooked me up with some grapes that tasted like cotton candy. I will for sure do business with them in the future and I believe they are the best dealership in town. read more

The following incident occurred quite some time ago. PLEASE read the update at the end. My Ford F-350 wouldn't start, and so, I had it towed to Ukiah Ford. The ONLY call I received from them was that my truck was ready. As it turned out, the truck was simply low on oil. A sensor recognized the danger of low oil, and so disabled the truck's ability to start. Instead of the dealership contacting me with the choice of simply topping off the oil supply, they chose to change the oil and filter (a $50.00 fee anywhere else) and charged me $450.00, insisting that they had to do a number of diagnostics. EVERY automotive business in Ukiah will contact you regarding options and possible costs. Not Ukiah Ford. Their arrogant attitude was the icing on the cake. Ukiah Ford? NEVER again. Update! I was pleased to get a call from the new manager at Ukiah Ford. He had read the above comment, and assured me that the folks at Ukiah Ford are doing everything in their power to earn back the confidence of their past patrons who were displeased with their service. I was invited to give them a second chance, and was promised excellent service. I've noticed on Yelp, that when a business is in disagreement with a rating, they simply post a less than convincing rebuttal. Ukiah Ford has taken a more professional approach by actually contacting the individual who created the post, and deal with them in a respectful and courteous manner. The gentleman I spoke with was not on watch when my previous experience occurred, and I believe in his efforts to deliver excellent service. Therefore, I'm changing my previous one star rating to a 5, and will give them another shot. read more

Bought a used vehicle with a warranty. Brought it back in because the transmission was slipping and was still under warranty, but they said it is working fine. I brought the vehicle back in again for the same reason and they said it needs a a new transmission! You should know that your warranty is up! So I paid 3k for a replacement. What else ? I got the car back and it breaks down again. I had it towed back to be fixed, but they didn't want to let me have a rental car while mine was being fixed again. Transportation is important now more than ever. I am a elderly care giver amongst other responsibilities and fighting with the dealership over transportation in a pandemic is just ridiculous! I will never go back to this place that treats you like your less than human. I don't know what these people are thinking, but if you're not honest in your business dealings you don't deserve to have a business. Especially if you treat people in a Nasty Manner, and yes I'm talking about the Female manager! Avoid this place or enter at your own peril. You have been forewarned! read more

I usually don't take my vehicles to a "dealership" but decided to take an F250, that I was about to purchase, in to Ukiah Ford to have their used car diagnostic ran before I bought the vehicle. I waited there for four hours for this simple diagnostic to be ran. While I was there another customer was waiting to get a duplicate key for his vehicle made, but the service department accidentally blanked his key out instead of making a copy and he was forced to wait for hours while they fixed their mistake. When I finally got the report on the vehicle I was having them checkout, I was given a list of many points the vehicle was inspected on and was assured it was in good condition, pass all their inspection points. The next day, also Christmas Eve, I was left stranded on the side of a road in the freezing cold because of a major axel/ wheel problem that was COMPLETELY MISSED by their inspection. This issue cost several thousand dollars to repair on a vehicle I had just purchased. When asking the service department after this incident if their inspection covers the axel and tire I was told they must have " just missed it". I have a family including a 12month old daughter, and we all could have been hurt badly if this problem had come up while driving on a highway. They charged too Much for shoddy, negligent service. This is why I prefer a mechanic who I can trust not to just charge the most possible amount and give no regard to a thorough job. read more

I would never buy another car or truck from redwood ford, or the old name Ukiah Ford. They tried to overcharge us on a new truck. Our new car we bought from them had to have engine repairs. They promised us they would have it done by 2 pm. We drove 1 hour to get the car and it was not ready until 5 pm. Then while driving home the body parts they put on fell off on the road. It took us 3 hours to get home trying to tape on the body parts so they would not rub on the tires or road. I would rather go to Ford in Santa Rosa or Napa rather than deal with these people. We have 13 trucks for our business and will never go back again. I will pay to have the car serviced further away. read more

Car shopping with our 18 yr old.....not sure what she wants other than a pick up. Scott the salesman was great. No pressure, didn't show her the vanity mirror or cup holders. Brent the GM was fantastic, called us with another option they had taken in. When that didn't fit he asked her what she thought she was looking for and said he would keep his eyes open at auction with no expectations on us to buy anything he brought it. In a quick read... They seem to purchase and sell cars with little to no repairs done on them. I was sold a car that was recalled and had many things wrong with it. There fix to my issue was to offer me another car that was in a accident and they wanted additional cash over $5000. read more

Wow! These guys just know how to lose business. I have had previous experiences with them doing work for a recall and it was slow to say the least. I wasn't too upset about the 1 hour wait turning into nearly 2 since I had nothing to do. Yesterday I called and asked for an estimate on a repair. I realize they would most likely be more expensive than other shops, but I would like an estimate regardless. I called at approximately 930am and was told by the person on the phone that they would call me back shortly with a quote. Well no one bothered to call me. Trying to give them a shot, I decided to call them today at approximately 4pm. Well, they didn't have my information in the system and after a few times of being tossed from person to person I finally just hung up. Its like dealing with the keystone cops over there. I rated them 2 stars because they most likely saved me money by going to another shop. :-) Since I am writing a review, I would also like to ask the management why they feel it is necessary to only show a stock photo of vehicles they sell? Lame! Do yourself a favor, take a few minutes to take some nice pictures and then upload them. read more

Ukiah Ford is awesome. i have been taking my 2006 Ford Ranger there for 10 years and have had excellent service. I am considering buying another Ford and i will most likely buy it from Ukiah Ford. My wife and I just had the greatest experience buying a new car at Redwood Ford. I personally have been buying cars for over 45 years and I have never enjoyed the experience as much as I did yesterday. We do not live in Ukiah but we're very glad we drove from Sebastopol to their store. They're general sales manager Dwayne was so honest and down-to-earth I felt like I'd made a new friend as well their floor staff especially Peter we're incredible and made sure my wife knew all about her new car. I usually have good dealings with dealerships but this one is hit and miss. I pay extra for services and they can't find the problem. I take my vehicle in for a oil change and they say my brakes are fine. Next oil change my brakes need to be replaced. When I asked him about it he went and pulled my old paperwork and it showed that my brakes were fine. So he went out and talked to the mechanic and he said that they measured the brakes wrong the last time I was in. I choose dealerships because they are supposed to know how to work on your vehicle. Not to mention when I bought my vehicle I had originally come to buy a different vehicle. I talked to the guy and he said it was in stock, so I drive over just to figure out it had sold a week ago, he was lucky I was in desperate need of a vehicle or else I would've gone to Santa Rosa. read more

Worked with this dealership to try and get a fair price, but they didn't budge much at all from the sticker. When I found another better deal at another dealership, I took it and emailed their salesman thank you for his time but I found a better deal. I was told "don't bring your Ford here for service".
