Absolutely HORRIBLE! I took my car in for repair and was subsequently jerked around repeatedly when I was trying to find out if my car was ready. I was repeatedly told that they "had no idea" how much longer it would take to fix my car but should be done "before end of day". when there is only an hour left until closing, those two statements are mutually exclusive. If you don't know how long it will take to fix, you can't promise it will be done within the hour. I was told the service director would call me back. He didn't. I called Reed and was told the Director was not able to call my phone. I said I would call Nissan Consumer Affairs, he left a message on my voicemail while I was on with Nissan. that is absolute PROOF that I was lied to about not being able to get ahold of me, since he obviously could when it looked like someone above him would get involved. WOW! 99.9% of the Reviews on Yelp for this company are the worst any company can be. I wish I had read the reviews before visiting the dealership. Warning: anyone reading this. You need to avoid this dealership and pick another. You can tell by the number of unhappy people that this is not the place to give your business to. I was looking for a car for a family member. I called on the phone and asked for a manager. I'm an experienced car buyer, and I only want to talk to a manager because I negotiate the price of the cars. The manager asked me to ask for them when I got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, I was then given to what they call the floor Manager, and his name is Fidel. I told him that I was a no-nonsense guy and I wanted the best price on what I was looking for. We first discussed a brand-new 2025 Kicks, and we worked out a price, and that price has no hidden fees, just the High Dealer fee of $1,199.00. For those that don't know what that is, it's an extra fee that they are allowed to charge in Florida just because. It is 100% profit. I then wanted to see my options if I wanted the family member to get a used car. I picked out a 2023 Rouge with 41k miles. The asking price was $21,995.00. Fidel seemed awesome. He was like I have room in this car, so give you a good deal and offer the car to me for $17,995.00. I was like That's a good deal. BUT! What I didn't pay attention to at FIRST when I looked at the Purchase Agreement was that he listed the car at $17,995.00, but there was an additional fee of $2380.00. Now, people, Fidel knew this fee was going to be added back in, and he didn't mention it, and I didn't pay attention to that on the paper at first, as I mentioned. So the deal he said he gave me was not a deal at all. (He just played with the numbers) My family member has challenged credit, so before I noticed that extra fee, it was sent to the finance department, which was one of the actual managers. After running my family members' credit, they came back and said what I knew they were going to say: that the rate would be high. The high rate does not affect the price of the car, just how much you pay back. But the manager comes back and says there is an acquisition fee of $3000.00, and the rate will be 18%. He had added another $1000.00 to the price of the car. So that after adding in what they call the "Paint Protection and Brake Light fee" of $2380.00 and the $1000.00 that marked the car back up to the original sticker lol! Plus, the rate had my family member paying back DOUBLE, and that would have been after me putting down $10.000. I DID NOT buy that car. There is not a stupid bone in my body. This dealership charges on all used cars that BS fee of $2380.00. Other dealerships waive this fee. This dealership does not waive it; they MAKE you pay it. You're buying a used car that used car already has "Paint Protection and a Brake light". So they are not adding anything extra to your car; it's just an extra charge so they can make more money. If you're willing to pay a dealership that extra money, then you need to be taken advantage of. Again, other Nissan Dealerships will waive that fee, or they do not have it at all, and if they do have it, you just have to tell them you're not paying that, and they need to take it off. I contacted another Nissan Dealership in another state. Didn't pay any extra BS fees, didn't pay a dealership fee in that state. Got the same deal on the same car for $17,995.00 with the same miles, I saved $5,000 that Reed Nissan was trying to trick me into paying. I put $10,000 down for them, and they got a rate of 16% with the High Credit lender because of their credit, and they are paying $260.00 for 5 years, and they are very happy. The other dealership didn't try to jack up the financing so that they could make more money on the financing like Reed Nissan. MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES BE WARNED!!! The worst customer service experience at a dealership in my life. My wife and I went to this dealer a little over 3 years ago shopping around for a vehicle for our son. We explained to the sales rep he was currently in the military and we were getting this vehicle for him as a surprise when he came home. Knowing our son would possibly be deployed, I did some research on active duty members who get deployed while in the middle of vehicle leases. In speaking with the sales rep prior to signing a lease contract, we were assured if our son was deployed, Nissan would terminate the agreement without penalty, provided we have the necessary forms from the military. Fast forward approximately 2 years after signing the lease contract. I began calling the dealership to speak with somebody about my son's vehicle and the process to turn it in. I got nowhere. Eventually i drove in to the dealership and requested to speak with a manager regarding the situation. I was brought into a sales office and met with Fidel Garcia. As soon as the conversation began, there was a condescending and unprofessional tone. I explained everything to him and he told me I was the person who made the mistake had been fired and no longer worked there. He didn't offer any solutions and even told me if the employee still worked there it would be "his word over mine." He suggested I list the car on Turo as the only alternative or pay a massive end of lease termination fee. I then asked several times to speak with somebody above him and was told there was nobody available. I waited another week without receiving a phone call and began calling weekly and leaving messages for him directly and through other "managers" and sales reps. This went on for months. I eventually went back up there in person again and met with another "manager" named "Siham." Again, smoke and mirrors. Said a conversation like this would have to be with her supervisors but they were not available. Again, I was reassured I would receive a call back. Shockingly (NOT), I never received a call. I followed up numerous times via phone and even emailing whoever I could find involved with the dealership. No responses. The only time I would receive a call back immediately was when I would fill out an online form requesting a call back and within 5 minutes an online sales rep would call me. Each time I would give a brief explanation for my inquiry but was always told "sorry nobody available." I eventually gave up and the car just sat parked for many months while I made payments on it and nobody drove it (since my son had been deployed). As soon as the vehicle was available to be turned in, I brought it up to the dealer. For once there actually was a sales manager (Simo El Massaoudi) at the location for me to speak with. However, and not surprisingly, no solution or options were given to try and rectify the situation. I even proposed they waive the mileage overage or some other fees. He gave me a business card with his number and told me he would speak with his boss and get back to me. I waited weeks and no reply. I called back and asked if he could schedule a meeting with the GM of the dealership and he said "it's tough because he isn't in here on a regular schedule." After this he stopped responding to my calls or text messages. I would even call up to the dealership and Siham would answer and say he was always unavailable. Finally recently I was able to get him on the phone. He said there was nothing the dealership could do about anything. I mentioned even the possibility of waiving the lease turn in fee (which again, sales rep said NO FEES UNLESS THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED upon turning in). Long story short, this dealership is a HORRIBLE joke of a business. In all of my years buying and leasing cars, I've never experienced such a horribly ran dealership. I bought my SUV in 2020 and the sales team was the most sexist and rude people I've ever met. My husband and I were there for 6 hours. They would not let us leave (kept our car keys). Then I had to go back for the extra key fob twice and wait 3 hrs to get it. The service dept. and manager was rude. Then they called every week to try to get me to trade in my SUV or get the extended warranty. It bordered on harassment. I had to go this week because I needed a new brake fluid pump on a five year old car with 10,300 miles! Spent 3 hrs and had to come back. The cost was $2,000 plus for a $500 part! After I pay $1900 to fix the car drove it off to orlando it broke again I tow it back Timothy Brown say he has to do another diagnostic on the car, he said it now needs a battery after on the video the technician send me he clear said the battery and brakes and tires has no issues! This service advisor Timothy Brown told me to the battery was $ 406 and it's needs a sensor for another $1400 so that would but me again another almost $2000. ( they never say what's wrong with the car they only say all the money you need to spend, I ask several what's really wrong with the car and he talked over me) I ask him did you rip me off because I was a woman he got so upset! This technician who they claim is certified still hasn't say what wrong with the car yet! I brought my car to the back and now my check en light is on which was not on before! I bought a 2018 Hyundai sonata and found out the oil drain plug was leaking because apparently their technicians over tightened the drain plug. When I drained and filled the oil, there was less than 2 quarts in the car! The capacity is 4.7 quarts. I replaced the oil pan but apparently the sonata is known for oil pan leaks. It's likely the engine suffered significant damage from the time I noticed until I replaced it. Forget about the excitement of purchasing/leasing a new car. Forget about the initial "wow" factor. New car smell? We love it. But it fades. Think about the bigger picture.1,311 miles into my lease, I needed a wheel alignment. Just over 12,000 miles into the lease, I needed another one. The picture is what my front passenger tire looked like at this point. After the second one, I left the dealership (picked it up after work when service department was closed / stopped taking customers for the day) and noticed my steering wheel was sitting off center. Mind you, I had the wheel alignment done after I had to pay $300 out of my own pocket for tires. I took the car back and the Service advisor I spoke with told me they'd have to perform ANOTHER wheel alignment. That makes 3. Their answer to the answer to my problem? - I either hit a pothole or hit a curb (I have not). I've been driving for 16 years... Never had issues like this. Clearly, something is wrong with the vehicle. THREE wheel alignments over the span of 18 months? Needless to say, they just weren't helpful, gave generic answers, and.... surprise, surprise - did not do right by the customer. Side note, I originally went to this dealership to look at cars and they were beyond terrible. Ended up leasing it elsewhere. The only reason I've gone to Reed in Clermont is because I can walk to the dealership from where I live. All about convenience, right? They're terrible. Had a issue with my battery which was covered under warranty, they got me right in and took care of issue, got me a new battery. Took a little longer than should have, but I think because guy servicing was probably pretty green (I'm guessing, I was watching through window) Otherwise I was happy, they got me in without appt quickly, that's better than many! Wasted a full day attempting to buy a car. Went through the financing process, left a $500 deposit to hold it and had an inspection pending. Next morning, they tell me the car can't be sold because all of the sudden there was an issue mechanically with the car. Mind you, this is a 2016 Rav4 with 48,000 miles. Clean carfax report. Nearly 2 weeks ago, we drove from 3 hours to Clermont to look at a Certified Preowned 2016 Nissan Frontier SV that was listed at a great price. Before leaving home, we received an email that morning confirming the truck was still available. When we got there, we were told the truck was sold the night before, but they had a comparable truck to show us that just came in the night before. The only thing comparable was that it was a Nissan truck, but it was not certified preowned, and it was $10K more than the truck we were expecting to see. He first gave me an attitude because we told him what we were looking plenty of times at and got mad because "we didn't tell him what cars so he can get the keys". He then had me test drive the 2024 Nissan Rouge SL, made me super uncomfortable and unsafe that he was touching my wheel on a busy road and couldn't wait to show me the car features at a red light. We got back inside to see how much I could get to lease, they first ran the wrong car I wanted, they gave me first the 2025 Rouge SL, then a 2024 Rouge S, when we said countless of times it's the 2024 Rouge SL we are looking for. When they showed me the numbers and how much (just for a 2024), I told them that Universal Nissan on OBT had those cars for a cheaper price and were having special deals. They started telling me that Universal Nissan is a scam and they do that to attract customers in, then give them the same price that Reed Nissan had. They were also telling me that they weren't showing the taxes, but in fact I showed the guy that the price INCLUDED taxes and fees. They kept trying to lower the monthly on a car I DIDNT ASK FOR! So I walked out and drove to Universal Nissan. I got a 2024 Rouge Platinum for a CHEAPER price than what Reed Nissan was offering for a Rogue S. Be careful with these guys... read more

I will say the customer service rep that handles the liaison part of a visit is very smooth and very likable. However, there's nothing else about this establishment that I could say, is even the least bit worth talking about. They examined my car 3 to 4 hours after my appointment only to tell me that it needed thousands of dollars of repair and it's a relatively new car no explanation no pictures nobody showing me anything on any level I would never go back for any reason. I did find out that apparently one person called out sick and another. Had to do continuing education. Do you think they think about that when they booked appointments at least the secondary. read more

I was skeptical from all the diverse reviews. but I read where they were quicky correcting the critics. they were my only choice as other dealers claimed they were the only ones to work on nv200s. ??? But I found it to be a blessing in disguise as they were the best ever! Jose my manager was attentive and perfect in handling my situation. Felix, the shuttle driver went way out and beyond when it seemed impossible to me, to make me comfortable and get back to pick up my van. {I was in Orlando and a long ways from Clermont.} These guys were so good I felt good about breaking down :] If that's even possible. read more

Horrible experience with previous ownership! I have been a lifelong fan of Nissan as the Maxima was my first car. I came into the dealership looking for my next Nissan and was very disappointed in the sales team. They basically drove me out of the dealership with their bait & switch tactics. What a joke. Why have an appointment system in place if it won't be followed? We set an appointment two weeks in advance to have our Nissan looked at and go through standard fixes for meeting certain mileage. Not only did the not start on time, 9:30 AM, but we didn't leave until 1:30. FOUR hours to get standard fixes done with an appointment? I'm confused and disappointed and am incredibly wary of ever returning. read more
