Even more frustrating was that the officer who stopped to "help" him and the tow truck driver acted like they were doing my son a favor by calling and providing a tow truck for him instead of allowing him to call one himself. He wasn't in a wreck, truck just wouldn't start. He asked what it cost and was told "if you have insurance then you don't have to worry about it". Then, after presenting it as "help," they hit him with contracted rotation pricing, charging over $300 just to hook up his pickup and move it into the parking lot next door. I understand rotation pricing in an emergency or urgent situation, but this was completely taking advantage of a young kid. The entire experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Fast forward a week- turn on car, drive over to mailbox bank, turn off car. Get back in car- nothing. It's getting dark and I am in a red zone. My car insurance sends Bryan. Not only does he call with an ETA, he also lets me know that he's a master technician- whew! He calls again as he's leaving his prior appt. Gets me going and shows me what he's doing. Instead of just jumping it and leaving, he has me keep the car driving for a bit to see if the number stays steady on his monitor or if it goes down. Guess what keeps dropping. He offers a no pressure option A or B- I can do whatever and try to start my car in the morning or he can replace it tonight. I go with the replacement option as clearly my current battery has lost its formerly team player spirit. And his battery has a 3 year warranty attached and roadside service if it does need a stern talking to. I should also mention that he was very friendly and professional. Being a woman with car trouble sucks on a good day but I never felt ripped off and everything he did he explained. Would highly recommend if car troubles befall you!

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have never received it, not in person, by text, or by email, despite requesting it several times. 2. Claimed oil leak: You told me the original starter failed because of an oil leak and said you would send me an estimate for repairing that leak. I never received the estimate, and I have since had the vehicle checked and was told that the claimed oil leak did not exist, nor was the cause of the starter failure. 3. Final price: The price I was originally given was $515, but I was ultimately charged $624, an increase of $109. I have not received an explanation or documentation accounting for that increase. Preferably, we can resolve this directly. Please provide the starter receipt, an explanation for the additional $109 charge, and a refund of any amount that cannot be accounted for. If the $109 difference is refunded and the documentation is provided, I will gladly update this review to reflect that the matter was resolved. I have attempted to address these issues directly before posting here and would still welcome the opportunity to resolve them.

I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person…read morewho answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

When he finally pulled it out the car was in (almost) perfect condition. Against all odds, Brandon did absolutely no damage while removing it and saved my car from the ditch. He told me he's been towing cars for 2/3 of his life and it shows. If you need expert service in a timely manor you need Byrn's.
