I placed a deposit for a limo in October 2025 for my wedding in May 2025. During the confirmation…read morephone call, the sales manager Shannon had mentioned they may not have the limo on my wedding day, but they had a party bus as a back up option. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the party bus especially since I had booked the limo well in advance and she assured me it was just an option as she likes to have backup options. On my wedding day after our grand exit, there was no limo, so we awkwardly had to walk back and try to figure out what to do. I was thinking maybe they didn't have the limo, but I didn't see a party bus either. We looked around for a bit and didn't see anything so we went back inside the venue to wait and to clean up. We found out later the party bus was behind the executive shuttle, so we didn't get to board the party bus until 20 minutes after the end of our wedding so we were late to our own after party. We asked our guests and they also didn't see a party bus (I think it was too far from the venue entrance and didn't have any lights) We did not receive any notification that the limousine was officially cancelled, and the party bus was the replacement. We provided uber vouchers for our guests, so had we known in advance that the limo was replaced with the party bus, we would have been able to appropriately direct our guests. A courtesy phone call even the day of my wedding to let me know that the limo was cancelled would have been appreciated. The embarrassment from having no transportation to our after party after our grand exit was traumatizing and ruined our wedding.
