The menu was simple, but everything is well prepared. Great hotdog dogs, great burgers, great wraps.

There is street parking nearby, and this place is always hopping. This place makes me think of a southerner's take on a French bakery. Absolutely gorgeous on the inside with decadent sweets to choose from, while also featuring classics like a Swiss roll or a cream puff. They also offer breakfast/brunch/lunch, as well as made to order cakes. (Their coconut cake is award-winning). We came in recently and got a BLT, chicken salad on croissant (with watermelon salad), quiche, cream puff, lemon Swiss roll, and lattes. The sandwiches were all delicious and this was my first time trying watermelon salad - fresh and perfect to accompany the sandwiches. Their quiches are large and filling - perfect on their own for breakfast. For lattes, we got a vanilla latte, and then their July 4th special, which had strawberry and white chocolate in it - the July 4th specialty latte was decadent - if you like sweet, you should give it a try. All in all, I think we paid $50ish for our meal. This spot is a must if you're in the area!

For a light lunch I ordered a side of chicken salad (was light and not dripping in mayo) so fresh; I also ordered a croissant warmed up and a delicious chocolate truffle for dessert. I wished it took more pics to share but the shop is well kept, quaint and service was quick, efficient and served with smile. Looking forward to visiting again when in town!

There is also a decent amount available, and a handicapped space with a ramp right by front door. Overall access is pretty easy. Walking in, the ordering counter is directly in front. Seating is all tables with a few stools along the counter. It is relatively small inside with seating for about 40, but there is also outdoor seating on either side of the building. One side has a nice gazebo with a picnic table, and other picnic tables have an umbrella for shade. There is a small stream running behind the restaurant making for a nice setting but eating outside you will have some road noise. They are known for their cheeseburger, Reuben, and Philly cheesesteak, according to the owner. Accordingly, we ordered a Reuben, cheesesteak, cheeseburger, and hamburger, plus a basket of fries and a side of onion rings. Even during the lunch rush the food only took about ten minutes to be brought to our table. The Reuben contained plenty of meat on a marbled rye bread. The sauerkraut was present but not overwhelming and there was plenty of cheese for a cheese pull. This was a very good sandwich. The cheesesteak was another winner. There was a good amount of meat and plenty of cheese. The added peppers and onions took it over the top. Both the cheeseburger and hamburger were also very good. The meat is seasoned and flavorful, the added lettuce and onion fresh, and the bun soft. The basket of fries easily satisfied two people. The fries were meaty and a little crispy. The onion rings were also good, with a soft onion inside a crispy batter. It can get a little noisy inside when they get busy, but the service is impeccable and friendly. We were checked on several times to make sure we were enjoying our food. Once you have eaten here, this is the type of place you look forward to returning to often.

You order at the cash register and then find a seat. The staff is very welcoming and warm. I was there with two other friends and we ordered three entrées and we wanted to share. The kitchen cut them up and served them so that we could all taste everything. Down to giving us each two onion rings! Lol Now for the food...perfect. It came quick. It came hot. It came delicious. We had the sweet sausage, a cheeseburger, and a Philly cheesesteak. Everything was just the way I remember from childhood. Walk don't run to this great little spot in Woodfin!

I've ordered the sausage biscuit to go while vending downtown at a holiday festival. My husband and I have had a few date night cheeseburgers. Every time we've visited, we have been genuinely greeted and served some of the best meals. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and neatly decorated. I also enjoy their cinnamon rolls for a nice sweet treat! My husband and I were looking for a place to eat lunch and bring our two dogs while visiting downtown Waynesville. After learning Main Street Grill was dog friendly, we decided to give the patio a try. We were greeted with the same kindness we are used to at the door and enjoyed a wonderful meal with our pups on the patio. The kind and knowledgeable staff checked in with us often, offering our pups a bowl of water and lots of attention. My husband and I had the smash burgers, absolutely delicious! I get the fried okra as a side (some of the best fried okra I've had). The girls had a sausage patty (which they thoroughly enjoyed). The patio is very nice and comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. The string lights would make a warm and inviting place for an evening meal. A perfect spot for a nice lunch with or without our furry friends! Main Street Grill is one of our most favorite spots in Waynesville, NC. We look forward to our next visit!
