I found out about Trustworthy Auto through a business promotion at a gym I go to, and I thought "Why the heck not, let's try it." I scheduled my 2019 Lexus for service which was super easy (online appointment). I received a call from Jacob the day prior confirming the appointment and he spent a good amount of time talking to me about the Lexus, prior services I had done, and what they would do. I dropped the vehicle off and Jacob was friendly and ready to answer my questions. A little while later I received a link to a DETAILED (and I mean DETAILED) summary of the car, what they found (or didn't), and recommended repairs. I was not expecting that level of detail, complete with multiple photos. Brandon then called me and spent time explaining the report and what they would recommend. He was super friendly/knowledgeable, and I could tell they cared about being transparent and factual. I received the car back later that day and immediately felt a difference in drive quality!
