You didn't greet me, and you looked at me with a "what are you doing here" vibe. I thought it was just me, but as we walked out my husband (who is forever unbothered by anything) said "oh man, that was so uncomfortable, she stared you down." That was one of the most awkward experiences purchasing something I've ever had in my 40 years of existence. Any job where you deal with people is important, and while I don't expect a customer service representative to always be happy and jovial, there is a big difference from that and just making people feel bad for shopping at a store. I hope this can be a coaching moment for a manager to help this young woman be more professional when dealing with clients. I'd rather support real stores than Amazon, but I am now apprehensive to come back to this store.

I should have went to Amazon. The owner, Dan, sold us a Ricoh mfp. This model (M C240fw) was our second choice since he said that printer that would have been the next generation of our previous model was on backorder. The C240fw was a total fail for us. It didn't function with our software. Office Supplies Unlimited offered "support" that was at best, a complete waste of money and time. On top of all of that, the toner for this printer must be bought through a Ricoh dealer, such as this company, and costs about $600 for replacement cartridges. Which we needed every few months. When one of the cartridges started leaking toner throughout the copier and turning every document pink, Dan wouldn't replace or refund for the defective toner that we bought from him due to the "age of the printer and toner." Again, we bought the printer from him earlier in the year and the incredibly expensive toner from him a couple months prior. At this point, we are draining the last bits of toner from the cartridges and then will be throwing the printer into the trash. Which we should have done before spending any money on the toner or support, but I just didn't expect to have such a lack of accountability from this company. Frankly, we feel like we were robbed, but lesson learned....

The Print & Copy Service desk saved me. They were the only print shop open before noon on a Sunday…read more I came in for a last minute print job, 30 mins before my event was supposed to begin. I had last minute revisions I could not fix until Saturday at midnight when all the print shops were closed. I was so relieved when I found Office Depot was open. When I did not understand the self-printing process, the two employees there were very quick to respond. The one employee who came over to help me was extremely helpful. I think she saw that I was trying to hide my stress, and she moved very quickly for me. She was to the point, concise, friendly, and very clear. I felt very relieved. When I did not understand some of the steps, she came over with kindness and patience and found a solution within seconds. There was no impatience or judgement. I was having trouble re-installing Office 365 (specifically Outlook) on my new PC laptop. All the…read moreother products installed seamlessly. Despite numerous attempts (and diagnosis time/effort), Outlook just refused to connect up with my email server (Google). I used Yelp, rather than the 800 number (which reportedly is slow in responding). Well a Yelp inquiry wasn't much faster as I didn't get a response for a day and one half. The good news is that Ken got back to me and things went well after that. We set up a remote access day and time. The remote access works really well and he was able to figure out a couple of details that were blocking the connection (cached incorrect credentials, Google Access issue, Registry issue and 7 unneeded and worthless .OST files). He even suggested a better virus protection software product along with improved Ad Blocker software. I am very pleased with the knowledge and support of Ken. They charge for a minimum of one hour and he had me working in 40 minutes. He told me that if I have another issue, I can use the remaining 20 minutes of help.
