Glass doors, shoe shrine, hanging spaces for long dresses, plenty of drawers, jewelry drawers, and tons of shelves. Our closets are 10 feet tall, and they are a whole room in themselves. The color we chose, with Sophia's help, was Fawn. It turned out perfectly, because it is a near match for our other cabinets in our home, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room cabinets. Gorgeous closet and absolutely a beauty to behold. Erik and Luke from Penmarc Inspired Spaces installed the Preston closet. They arrived early at our home, were very professional, and did an amazing job installing the Preston. They were extremely prepared and executed the project well. They understood the vision, and were able to put together my dream closet. They even finished the job early, taking only 2 days to complete the install although they were scheduled to complete it in 3 days. My husband knew they were perfect for the job, because the first thing Erik did was tape the plans and renderings on each wall, so he and Luke had visual guides for every space. Very organized, thorough, and efficient! I had such a horrible experience with my Elfa closets (another Container Store product) being installed by Ace Hardware, that I was going to cancel my Preston order. I am so thrilled that Sophia helped me understand that the Preston install would be different, as Penmarc's team truly knew what they were doing. They have worked on Preston and Elfa closets for years. If only my Elfa closets had been installed by Penmarc, Erik, and Luke! It would have saved me a lot of stress, frustration, and heartache. We stopped by The Container Store, hoping they had something duffle-like that would be suitable for that purpose. The store itself was pretty empty when we pulled up, so we had a couple employees that were extremely helpful! We couldn't track down the desired duffle bag we saw listed on The Container Store website, but the employees led us around the store to look at a handful of options. They even pulled the bags out of the packaging so we could have a better look, given we had some specific requirements in mind. We traveled from one side of the store in search of the perfect bag, and we eventually found one! It held up pretty decently on the total 16 miles haul by mules. I don't often stop by The Container Store in my hometown, but maybe I should considering how delightful the employees were at this one!

From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful.
