I'm kicking myself for not remembering the techs name but I came here about a month ago and she was just so sweet. I made an appointment right before closing and the tech took her time with me and got some great images for me to keep! It was a really nice room where they have couches and a big screen tv like a private showing but I came here to surprise my husband and son. It was great because they also have gender trinkets you can surprise your loved ones with so I got two of the colored powders that you shoot in the sky. Had such a great experience here! read more

I went there while pregnant with my 2022 baby, and I can still remember how amazing the experience was. The technician was very welcoming and friendly. She put my mind at ease when I told her I was very nervous going in since my little one had previously proven to be hard to photograph. They provided tips and tricks to try to get my little one moving, and it worked! She was very patient and made sure to get as many good pictures as possible. She even went a little over the time limit to try to get a few more good pictures. Seriously, so caring and knowledgeable. The ultrasound room is also very amazing and large. My husband and I had such a good experience here. We had to come twice since our babygirl wouldn't let us see her on our first visit. They did everything to try and get good pictures and were extremely patient. On our second visit we had Elaine, and our daughter was covering her face majority of the visit, but she did everything to get her to move her leg/hand out of her face. We ended up making an appointment here when the first place we booked at horribly messed up our appointment, and I'm so glad we did! The whole place just feels nice, the technician was so friendly and helpful (answering questions), and went above and beyond when baby girl wasn't in the right position at first. They're currently now allowing up to 10 visitors with you (it was just my husband and 2 year old with me), but they have a whole part of the room set up like a comfy movie theatre if you bring more family with you! This will be our last baby, but I would definitely recommend Reveal to anyone wanting to do gender-reveal or 3D/4D! read more

The gal that did my grand-baby mom's ultrasound was great! She spent a lot of time working to get him to uncross his legs so we could find out if it is a boy or girl. She patient and understanding when we last minute decided to add the heartbeat to a stuffed animal and took her back again to ultrasound for the heartbeat. I decided to choose this place based of previous reviews and I have to say I was not impressed at all. The girl who took my payment is the one who did my US and I don't feel she had enough experience. My pictures weren't that great she attempted to clean them up but she made them worse. Instead of rescheduling another time for us to come in she pretty much just gave us the pictures she captured which were not good. For the price I expected way more and better bedside manner. It felt rushed and overall not a good experience for myself and family. I would not recommend. read more

Nancy (and her studio) is absolutely amazing! So incredibly kind and patient. She was warm and funny, and made myself & my family feel so comfortable there. We went it with our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 2) to get their heartbeats scanned to make one of a kind jewelry for Mother's Day gifts. The girls thought it was the coolest thing ever, and it's truly a moment I will never ever forget and always be forever grateful I got to experience. Nancy was so sweet! Due to covid my husband hasn't been able to attend any appointments so we booked here to do the gender session and we got more than we asked for! You can tell they really love taking care of their customers and are excited for their baby journey! I also did the sneak peak blood draw for dna gender test and it was easy and accurate! Nancy was great! I looked at reviews and we were willing to drive 30 min each way compared to places closer to our home it was worth the drive! We were hesitant to bring our toddler but I'm glad we did, they had toys in the front he was able to play with and the room was very spacious for him to move around instead of having to be confined to a chair. Our baby girl was being stubborn not wanting us to see her but Nancy was patient and still able to get some good pictures. I don't have enough beautiful words to say about this establishment. My husband and I are pregnant with our second in the midst of the COVID pandemic. He was not able to attend any doctor visits or ultrasounds and it was difficult for me to not be able to share in the precious moments of ultrasounds and heart tones. I made the decision to surprise him with this 3D/4D ultrasound experience to find out the gender before the anatomy scan done at the doctors office. I am so thrilled that I did. The office was clean, comfortable and just absolutely adorable. The rooms where the ultrasounds are some was large and fitted with extra chairs if we had decided to bring more family. Nancy was fantastic, we felt at ease immediately. Although she seems so many ultrasounds of babies she was just as excited as we were. The equipment was top notch and the images were SO CLEAR. We left with a couple of gender reveal sticks for our families and can't wait to come back for the more detailed scan later. Thank you Nancy!! read more

Disappointed. Unfortunately, I came back for my second pregnancy to get pictures with this baby and have paid close to $200 for 2 sessions and both were extreme let downs. I had the same girl twice and both experiences with her were awful. I came back because the first technicians I had in my first pregnancy were wonderful and I had great images. First I paid for a gender session. The girl got no good pictures of the gender for me at all. Right away I knew and could see the gender as I had a boy before and she completely missed the moment to take a photo and went on saying "he was being difficult" so confirming he was a boy but yet saying she couldn't get a picture yet. I paid extra for the video session of it and she apparently forgot to save the video after she made me go to the bathroom and I got no video of the gender being revealed. Then I came back for a 4D session for the longest session and hoped for a different lady but got the same one. First she didn't turn the screen on in the room and I asked if we would see it on the large screen she said well all you will see if the back of babies head anyways. Then 5 minutes into she realized the screen was off and turned it on. Then during the whole session she complained that baby was difficult (once again) and pushed on my stomach over and over which hurt me and got us 1 good picture of the whole session. I have the video session and it's so rough to see the comparison of my first pregnancy and this tech who performed the ultrasound. It's black and white difference of quality. I am extremely sad to pay for a whole session that led to complete disappointment and discomfort. Truly would like to talk to the manager about my experience and really hope I could come back with another tech who knows what they are doing. :( I'm afraid to call and get the same lady on the phone.. hoping a session can be done in replacement of what I got.
