From the very beginning, Jim Eldridge made a huge impression -- he came out to our home multiple times, sat at our kitchen table, and walked us through everything with complete transparency. He even pointed out details that other companies we met with never mentioned, which really built our confidence in choosing Swan. The design they created for our space was beautiful. Our yard ended up feeling even bigger than we realized, and they did an amazing job optimizing every inch. Like with any major construction project, there were a few unexpected things that came up, but Swan handled everything with honesty and professionalism every step of the way. Beyond the pool itself, the craftsmanship stood out in every part of the project -- from the pavers to the barbecue island and the beautiful masonry work, the attention to detail was clear. We especially want to give a big shout-out to Johnny, our project manager -- we nicknamed him "Johnny on the Spot" because he was always available when we needed him. He and Juan gave us great recommendations throughout the process, helping us make small adjustments that truly made a big difference in the final result. Anytime a question or decision popped up, Johnny handled it with great communication, care, and a genuine commitment to exceeding our expectations. Annie was also incredibly helpful during the selection process -- she was so patient in helping us navigate the many tile and pebble options (and there are a lot to choose from). The whole construction stayed on track and moved along smoothly. We were lucky to have good weather, but even with that, Swan's organization and follow-through really kept everything moving on schedule. During routine pool service at my home, their employee opened my main water valve - that was closed for a good reason - without my permission while I had stepped away to Home Depot to buy a shower cartridge. When I returned, water was pouring into my garage. My home flooded from the top level down. One week before Christmas, EVERY room was water damaged and had to be demolished. When it happened, the employee called the owner on speakerphone and said he had made a "huge mistake," explaining what he had done. The owner responded, "Do not tell this to the lady," not realizing he was on speakerphone. That alone says it all. Instead of coming to assess the damage, he claimed that he was out of town and that he could not recall the name of his insurance carrier. From that moment on, they never showed up, neither the owner BOB, neither his son ADAM. I was left alone dealing with the consequences. What followed were more than 4 months of construction, two years of stress, a $5,000 deductible loss, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Because I had to file through my own insurance, my homeowners policy was not renewed. In California, if you have a single water claim -- regardless of fault -- it is extremely difficult to obtain new coverage. To this day, I have been unable to secure a house insurance, and my mortgage has increased by $600 per month due to this lack of coverage. This experience has had serious financial and personal consequences for me. I have been fooled by their fake smiles and I regret it every day. Now you know and it is up to you to decide who you want to give your business to.

We chose him because of his responsiveness & great communication. We are going into our 2nd month with the pool and we are thankful we went with Saddleback. The prior pool guy actually charged more and was using the wrong chemicals to maintain the pool. The prior pool guy actually broke the pool heater because of this and it was only 5 years old. Thank God we did not keep him. We have run into several other hiccups along the way (noticed in the first weeks of moving in) and Craig's team usually comes the same day to assess the issues.

Moreover, once Chance began servicing my pool, I realized that the previous pool company was cutting corners on service and product. Once Flow State began servicing, my pool was clearer and the water was softer (salt water) than before. I trust Chance to take great care of my pool - and isn't that what we are all looking for in our vendor partners?
