I have recently gone to Reform Chiropractic here in the one in El Monte for the past month and a half and it has helped me a lot. I'm coming off a season ending injury in my freshmen year of football from a fractured forearm injury and luckily I got recommended the place and it has been a blast ever since. The staff there are so welcoming, nice, and patient. They make sure you feel comfortable and make you feel at your best. Dr. Eric James Pitpitan is very patient and very thorough when he is taking care of you or showing you exercises for a specific part of the body. I like when he is very thorough because doing the exercise right with the correct movements will just make you stronger over time. What I also like about this location is that it is very roomy and has a lot of space. If you get a chance, there is this back massage bed and is the best before your appointment with a doctor because it makes you feel relaxed and honestly makes the back feel good. This place is overall the best as the doctors perform at the highest level of expertise and just know how to take care of you when you are there. The staff is very friendly and always walk around with a big smile and also very patient with all of the customers. The environment is also so spot free clean as it is sanitary to workout in if you are doing exercises in the open space upfront. Overall would recommend this place. I've had a great experience with Reform Chiropractic. The atmosphere of the clinic is clean and professional, the front staff are friendly, and the energy of Dr. Sanchez and the PT Brandon are very motivating. They've helped me become more aware of my own health, and they definitely keep my health in check. I always leave feeling amazing!! The cold therapy machines are nice too, especially if you're an athlete. I'm so glad this location opened in El Monte so I don't have to drive as far anymore. It's been a while since I've been to Reform. I was a bit hesitant to come in due to the current covid situation, so I was very relieved to see the measures that they're taking to make sure everything is safe for their patients and staff. After working from home for a few months, I started experiencing some pain in my back and wrist. Around 2 or 3 PM is when the pain made it too difficult to focus on work. However, with a few treatments of massage therapy and the cryo machine (and posture tips from Dr. Sanchez), this pain is practically gone. I started to develop back pain due to sitting down on my bed for virtual learning. The pain was severe and it hurt to stand up straight once I moved sitting positions. This place is Amazing... NOT!!! Stay away..... ! Appreciate the honesty in telling my husband that he does not need to go back often for chiropractic session or medical massage . He did enjoyed the very first visit to this facility. Hence, he went back for another session. However, the second visit was extremely disappointing! What type of customer service is it when you schedule an appointment for client to go in at 9:15am yet you just make the client wait for over 45 minutes?! Poor time management much? When my husband approached the front desk staff. Not only did he not get an apology. The staff just told him 'you don't need to come back as often.'... okay.. but is that an excuse to make your client wait?!! Why schedule the appointment in the first place? Why didn't you tell my husband over the phone when he schedules the second appointment that it's too soon for another visit??' Keep in mind there was barely anyone else in the waiting area. Yet you have the audacity to charge the client $50 for cancelling the appointment ?!! My husband waited because he does not want to pay for cancellation fee because he did not do anything wr. It is Lunar New Year ... the 45 plus minutes he waited could be time spent with family and friends.. Time is money... . My husband could have given his money to another facility which is more deserving in earning his business. I am usually not the type of person to write any bad or negative review unless the place deserves it. In this case, it's Reform Chiropractic. This place does not phase me. I'm extremely pleased with the care Reform has given my son. I brought my 13 year old son for a strained hamstring he injured playing baseball. Dr. Sanchez recommended medical massage and physical therapy. I've been bringing my son for the last month and he is getting better everyday. My insurance doesn't cover treatment so I've been paying out of pocket but its been worth it. My son loves working with Brandon on physical therapy and has learned a lot on proper stretching and muscle strength. I love to watch Brandon work with my son. You can tell he loves his job and helping others. My son also receives medical massage. Iza is great communicating with my 13 year old. He is always patient and listens to my sons needs. He asks questions about what activities my son does in order to get an optimal massage. Iza has a friendly and professional manner which makes it pleasant to deal with.
