We got a simple 1 hour massage with hot stones just to check it out and I already want to go back ASAP! I want to try the one with the sugar scrubs and aromatherapy next! The prices here are SO GOOD for the services they offer! They exceeded my expectations! I didn't get the name of the man who did my massage but he focused on all the areas I asked and he made it feel like a 2 your massage! There was a lady who got a massage from him before sitting in the waiting room next to me and she also kept saying how AMAZING he was! I have had so many massages from different places but he is the FIRST one to actually focus on my problem areas longer like I wanted. Usually when i get a massage, I need more time on a specific area but he knew what to do and how long! He made our 1 hour massage feel like 2 hours, I swear on it! I'm so happy to have found an affordable place that actually gives GREAT massages! It's not just "ok" or "good". It's INCREDIBLE! I am sorry I have to post this. This massage was just not good. I had originally intended on getting the "crazy massage" for 90 minutes. However, about 20 minutes in I switched to a regular 60 minute massage for the following reasons. The massage table was hard, and the face opening wasn't adjustable. The therapist wasn't setup properly, and he left several times to grab whatever he forgot. He nearly rubbed my back raw from the scrub. The light wasn't turned off when I was on my back. I have back issues, and he failed to supply a booster to support my lumbar. On top of all that, it was so unsettling to see several "no sex," "no hand jobs," "no happy ending" signs inside and outside. Skip this spot. Save yourself money and time. read more

Facilities are clean and quiet. Massage was great but the hot stones were too hot as masseuse didn't give enough time to cool down. On a slow day, you can get right in without a wait but due to only having one person working, they might have to step out to take calls or help at the front desk. Thankfully, they consider whatever time away and add it towards the end of the massage so that you're still getting the full amount of time paid for. I've been seeing Bryan for almost 2 years and I'm never disappointed. He works every knot in my shoulders and neck, which has been a chronic issue. I've paid 3xs as much for luxury massages at high end spas that don't even begin to address the problem. Refresh is an unassuming and very basic spa but it's clean. I'd much rather melt my pain away than use the facilities. If I want a spa day I'll book that separately. I also don't book my appointment in advance because I let the intensity of the pain dictate when I schedule, but I pretty much always get in on the same day which for me is a major plus. I usually book online and it's simple. I really hate to give away my hidden gem but I can't be selfish, Refresh deserves the shine. Came in from out of town and after a 5+ hour drive a massage was very much needed. I called and got an appointment immediately. When I arrived to my appointment I was greeted and asked to fill out a form asking me what spots I would like to focus on as well as the amount of pressure I'd like. I really liked that Refresh did that because as a client it made me feel listened to. Entering my massage room the ambiance was very relaxing, warm, and inviting. The actual massage was amazing, I normally leave my massages feeling beat up, but the pressure applied to my massage was perfect! I called this evening last minute for a 60 minute massage after finding them on yelp. One they had good reviews and two, it was like a 5 minute drive from my house. A male answers the phone and cheerfully responds that even though it was late they were happy to accommodate me. He only asked for my name. Upon arrival the same cheery gentleman greeted me by my name and asked me what type of massage I was interested in. I told him I had seen a photo on yelp Of the massage packages and wanted the relaxation massage with oils and hot stones. I was guided to a room with relaxing music, lights and a cozy massage table. I explained to Brian, whose name I later learned that massage wasn't really my thing nor was I comfortable with it but figured I'd been in enough pain lately That I was willing to give it a try. My god am I ever glad I made that decision! Brian took the best care of me and was super gentle and professional, just like he was the massage whisperer. He could tell I was an an newby at massages and made sure to take his time, identifying my pain points and buttering up even the areas that didn't ache. I can't wait to go back! Updated Review 6/18 - Place has changed & no longer a regular affordable foot massage place. They no longer do reflexology type massages. Prices are similar to full body massages you can get at strip hotels. No reason to drive all the way over here unless you're in the area. When I called to make my appointment I wish the guy had said by the way your 90 minute foot massage is not a thing we offer anymore and it will be $90 table massage with $20 tip expectation. (Man at front desk came running out to say I shouldn't post that a tip was expected - who doesn't tip?) I drove like 30 minutes to get there from hotel I was staying because I thought it was a great deal but now may as well save time & money and just do the massage near where I'm staying or just go to all the other foot reflexology places in town. In a nut shell worth it I guess if you live very close and have no where else to go. I'm fine with regular reflexology type massages that are 90 minutes for $60. Today I went for the healing package and my massage was done by Brian. I booked online 15 mins before my appt time so easy. It was the BEST massage I've ever had! So relaxing I went in with so much pain in my upper back and shoulders. After Brian was done I felt absolutely no more pain. I came here with a friend and we purchased the healing massage. It came with hot stones and medicinal oil and was $80. Let's just say this massage was worth at most $40. They did not massage our lower body due to focusing more on certain areas that we circled on the sheet they gave us. The only place they did really massage was our back and barely focused on the spots we requested. At one point my masseuse had to walk out to help someone at the front. The walls must be thin too because we heard shouting a few times probably due to it being right next to a karate class. When I got there the massage therapist wasn't even there so this lady takes me back to a Room ugly Room with a small massage bed very uncomfortable which squeaks loudly when therapist is doing massage...the bed is too thin so not all can fit if your a bigger person the therapist wasnt even on premise i laid there waiting and the room had a video where you can see the front door i saw him run in ...he was way too rough and pressed down on my back so hard my ribs hurt for 1 week...very unprofessional and im so upset i got rooked!!! This is the best massage place in Las Vegas and I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I've been seeing Brian for the last 3 years for deep tissue massage and his work is incredible. I have severe hip, shoulder and leg pain and by the time Brian is done working his magic, all my pain is gone! My mom loves going to his wife and all the friends I've referred also loved their massages at Refresh. I've gone to other more expensive places, like Thai massage off Spring Mountain and they weren't anywhere close to Brian and his wife. The location is easy to find, close to the freeway, and there's always parking. This place is busy but there's never a bunch of clients so it's very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend Brian and his wife at Refresh. They give amazing massages and are the sweetest people. P.S this isn't one of those "Love you long time" "get your freak on" type places so don't even come in there with that energy. Holy moly, I got an excellent massage here today!! Sooo much better, 100 times better than Bellagio's or Wynn's expensive deep tissue massage!! First of all, I'm not a fan of these Chinese massage places. There are too many of them in this town and I believe most of them are Asian sex places. I came here because 1. Two of my favorite Yelpers rated this place five star. 2. The photo posted here shows this place is not a sex place. 3. I really needed a massage. I called as soon as they opened at 10am. They told me they don't have any opening till 12:15pm. I arrived 15 minutes early but this nice Chinese lady welcomed me with a smile and handed me a bottle of water. Nice! This lady is skinny but OMG she has some powerful strong fingers. She gave me a super deep tissue massage. She knew just where to massage to release tight spots. It wasn't painful at all like some of the deep tissue massages I've received before. It was so relaxing. One of the best massages in my life!! I highly recommend this place. I stopped by this place randomly after being told the person who does reflexology was not available at another massage place in the same plaza (honestly kinda got a shady feeling when I walked to that other one). When i walked in a lady was sitting on the couch and she helped me. This place only offers massages (no reflexology) and I initially requested one hour massage. They have a little sheet that tells you the different types of massages available. I go to use the bathroom and they are out of toilet paper, but provide tissue paper so all good. Once I got settled for the massage, I could tell the girl knew what she was doing so I requested a two hour massage which they were able to accommodate. Omg I feel so much better. Honestly, been in Vegas for over a week now and there's just so much walking in the casinos and then going to the day and night pool parties, my body really needed this. I probably could have done another two hours lol. Now I need to find a reflexology place for my feet! Next time I am visiting, I will drive out here for a massage. I had purchased a "living social" deal to go here....you know where this is going, right?? LOL I walked in with a friend, without an appointment. I have been to similar places and walk-ins are usually encouraged. We were informed that the deal required an advance appointment to be made. So I quickly open the app, and he was 100% correct, clear as day it is stated in the promotion. I felt like an idiot, and said I would come back. This is where Refresh Foot Spa won me over! Not only did they encourage us to stay, and wait a moment, he got on the phone and called in 2 staff to take care of us! Within minutes we were being escorted to the back for an amazing foot massage with sea salt scrub. It was divine!! If you are going for the first time, this is not a fancy place. It is not a sexy spa spot. It is a foot spa that was set up in a pretty basic store front. Don't let this discourage you! What they lack in interior they make up for with foot massage and service!! I don't know if the review were all lies or they give a new masseuse. My husband and I requested a couple massage and they don't have a private room for us. At first, I was excited to try this because of the reviews that I read, but I received the worst massage I ever had in my life. She's not consistent with her massage; different stoke, sometimes hard, sometimes not. She massage my left arm but she forgot my right arm. She used a hot stone with fast stroke and she hit my ankle bone, and it was painful -- she even laughed when I complain. Low Down: Its a bit away from China Town in It's own shopping center. The outside looks a little plain and so does the decor inside. They were quite but extremely polite. Yes there's a bit of a language barrier. However, they were Wonderful! The rooms were dark so we didn't really get to see. Most likely because we went after dinner (please see my review about dinner @ Yojie's!!) We did the 40min manager special, full body massage. It was so relaxing and I cannot emphasize enough what a great job they did. We both had trouble staying awake. The professionalism while paying was an awesome change up from everywhere in the city where tips are "expected." We tipped well because they most certainly deserved it. Overall: HIGHLY recommend! WOW... I'm always skeptical about small independent massage parlors and when the wife told me we are going for fathers day, I was scared!! When we got there it was an open area with blacked out dividers... what made me feel better was theirs signs for "NO SPECIAL SERVICE" and we all know what that means. Now for the actual massage ... I didn't make an appointment and was able to walk right in on a weekday around 11:00 am. I was greeted right away and shown into my private room. The place was very quite with very soothing music playing and overall the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for; clean and relaxing. After soaking my feet for several minutes the woman began the foot massage which was very pleasant. The only reason I am not giving this place five stars is that I would have liked the foot massage to be a bit more deep and probing but I should have said something so really that's on me.
