There were also no complaints when I wanted to buy exactly 1 tile to fix a missing piece in the bathroom shower, and - again - it was something that tile stores closer to my parents' house just didn't seem to stock. 1 inch wide by 3" long quarter round in cream. It's very old fashioned and most places don't even sell that shape anymore. I was having trouble even finding them anywhere online! But don't be fooled - just because they stock older styles doesn't mean they don't ALSO have new styles! They were able to get me Bedrosian tiles several days FASTER than going direct to the Bedrosian tile store, and at a really great price!

Here are a few things that set them apart from other contractors I interviewed: 1) responsive but not pushy. Some stone fabricators in San diego are incredibly pushy. 2) professional- in communication and in the way they do their operations. 3) high tech machinery and a clean cutting room. They let me see the cut template before cutting. 4) high attention to detail. 5) a proper itemized contract. Some contractors would just send me a text message with rates. That's not the way I want to do business, especially when thousands of dollars are being exchanged. The way they did quotes and contracts is what made me pull the trigger. They were mid point on price but for the service and quality you got, i felt it was a great value. I also love giving my money to a nice, hard working family.
