After 20 minutes, my order still hadn't been started, and I noticed they were only processing drive-thru orders. When I asked for a refund, the staff member didn't inquire about the reason or offer an apology. The manager came out and I explained I wanted a refund, but there was no response--no questions, no apology--just a quick transaction and then they walked away. There were only two other couples inside, so the place wasn't busy at all. It was truly frustrating and disheartening.
