The interior design was also very homey with a lot of knicknacks and memorabilia adorning the place. For food, we ordered the pork adobo and lechon porridge specials. Both were out of this world. The pork was cooked perfectly and was so tender and fell apart in your mouth. The sauce was vinegary and sour just as I like it and the garlic rice paired perfectly with it. The lechon was also cooked to perfection with a nice crisp and soft chewy inside. The porridge was so warm and comforting on a cold seattle morning. One of my favorite meals of the trip and I will definitely be coming back for the ube pancakes.
