Stand in line for 7-15 min for snacks. Get to the register they don't accept cash they only accept cash at one register there's no signs staying this. What kinda place in America does not accept cash. They want you to give your money back to the banks anyways I got one bottle of ice tea for 7$ There was no metal detectors or ppl checking bags like downtown seattle witch is kinda scary. If I knew they didn't check I'd of carried. anyways the carpet is completely covered in popcorn like literally everywhere.. there's also a line going down the middle of the screen it's like two screens pushes together ...you can see it in the photo with the laptop... the seats are nice tho that's why they get 3 stars also the dude that checks your tickets is really cool

This is a nice theater with dirty theaters! They need to spend more time cleanup the theaters after each movie!! Look what I found while going to see a movie. Everyone is in titled to have an excellent experience at the theater!!!!! Dirty deeds

The ventilation could be better. Maybe more cooling too. Otherwise the seats are comfy, the movie was great and I didn't notice anything around me once it started so it was a good time.

Staff was rude, floors were a mess, bathrooms smelled like someone just urinated on the floor. Will not be back to this location again.

Ok so we just went to see Minions & Monsters here yesterday. We got the kid ticket price ($7.50-$9)…read moreplus went matinee hours (4:45pm show for $2-$6 less). These were regular tickets, save the XD (+$3) and Real3D (+$5) for the blockbuster action movies. For the fam go low budget so it doesn't kill your pocketbook too much. We got the minions popcorn tin so we could get a free refill (and honestly we use them a lot at home) plus the kids got slurpees (a great way to cool off on a hot day). Save some money and eat near by before after, and skip your candy... it's always marked up and less and less candy in the packaging. Parking is always easy. Google Maps tends to tell you to enter on the south side of the mall off 324th. I tend to park on the north side off 320th between Target and the main mall entrance and rarely have issues finding a spot. Staff doesn't sit at the main kiosk in the mall they are either all the way back at the front counter of the concession stand or in a greeter table near the entrance to the theater. I suspect they are trying to keep costs low by reducing staff outside of peak hours. Staff was friendly and tentative. When they were doing other tasks and not at their regular station they quickly came over as soon as they spotted us. The cashier even helped me identify if I had a membership with them to save a few bucks. The theater was the standard theater and largely empty aside from 2 other couples and one family. Everything was clean. I guess those are bonuses for matinee hours. All seats in the theater appeared to be powered recliners that lay back pretty far. The seats remained comfortable throughout the movie and right up to my kiddo's 1 hour and 30 minute tolerance of movies. These recliners are a life saver for kiddos. A lot of theaters have recliners but many are just semi-reclining seats. These are the real deal, footrest, cup holders, and all. Note: Online the seats maps show in pairs with big gaps between them but in truth they are all side by side with double arm rest wide between each pair so the whole fam can sit together. Overall it is an expensive day out at I believe $41 (plus food and tin) for the three of us (1 adult and 2 kids) but then again it seems you can't go out for a meal for two under $50 in most cases anymore. So to recap, save money with the fam by doing the matinee, remember kids are reduced ticket price, avoid crowds by going during the day in general, sign up for membership if you can swing it to get discounts, buy the tin fir an extra refill and reuse at home later.

Shockingly great movie theater. Was not expecting it to be so nice and so clean. Worth a trip!read more

I am also really disappointed in the comments of Laura Gray. Though a talented costume mistress, Mrs Gray is not directly involved in or a part of the discussions in regards to the hiring of myself. I am the person referenced as the Director in her review and find this to be completely unnecessary and frankly against everything that community theatre stands for. The AUBURN AVE offers a wide and diverse season of shows that play to and involve people of all walks of life. Community Arts as a whole is often mis-labeled and expected to be held to the unrealistic standard of professional theatre. We all have a place in this community and it really upsets me that people don't see the importance of exposing people to the arts. Everyone in the community get a chance to be involved and THAT is what strengthens and builds a community. The review posted earlier today (1/7/22) was disrespectful, unfounded and in poor taste. I have been in touch with the man in charge whom just finished a sold out production of ELF the musical. This not only had the largest cast but also managed to succeed despite Covid 19 restrictions and it being performed during the hectic holiday season. I hope that people will read this and realize that the arts are what make us human and help us to explore , dream and connect. Anything that stops that is taking us away from its purpose. Auburn Ave is a great place ran by a man that I am excited to work for.

After entering we went to sit in the bar area. First thing we noticed was several empty bar seats and tables but unfortunately they were stacked with dirty dishes and 1/2 finished drinks. That should have been a clue for up to go elsewhere. But we wanted to sit, chat and watch the games televised on the abundance of screens. After sitting down we waited 15 minutes and were not approached. I approached a team cleaning off tables/booths. I asked if we could sit at a booth and was told it'll take us some time to clean off. That took another 10 minutes. Upon sitting down in a few short minutes our waitress cancan took our our. Sadly we were asked to pay our bill before getting our water, drinks and food. BIG MISTAKE! Our drinks showed up in a couple minutes, no water. After looking at our drinks we noticed the glasses didn't appear to have been washed and stuff floating in the bottom of the glass. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. We decided to split the New Triple play. The photo on the menu made it look very appealing. Upon getting the platter we noticed several issues. The pretzel dogs we like dried up slim Jim's in a hard pretzel the was impossible to eat. The smashed sliders only had dressing on one bun a couple diced onions. The chicken wings were covered in the BBQ sauce but were very dry. Only the smash burgers appeared too freshly cooked. The hard pretzel Slim Jim's and chicken surprises felt like they were reheated in a microwave. I had to chase down a bar tender to get water, but was told they ran out of ice. Overall, the was the WORST time/meal/drinks I've ever had going to this establishment. Just amazing for +$80 dollars to have such a bad experience. We are contemplating who to give our $109 gaming cards too. Hopefully you can/will have a better experience than us!

I'll start off by noting that the incessant sentiments - from both my friends and countless Yelpers…read morehere - of entering and exiting the venue via their extremely tight one-way-ish street leading to and out of the parking lot is out of anyone's control at this point. That being said, it's hard not to have it affect the average concertgoer's experience regardless, including those of my four friends and me. We came here to see Hilary Duff on her Lucky Me tour on 7/15/26 and heeded outside advice to go as early as we possibly could to beat traffic going into their parking lot. Staff were proactive in guiding me and all others in front of and behind into their parking spots on a huge field that definitely warrants near-perfect driving so you don't accidentally scratch the side of someone's car. That of course didn't matter when we all stayed till the end for Duff's best song ever and tested our patience to get out with our cars and sanity intact. It took me about an hour and a half to finally budge and get out onto Auburn Enumclaw Rd SE and take my friends and myself home. Maybe I'll get the premium parking privileges next time I go to another event here. I wanna look past all that now and focus on the other parts of the venue, though. In general, the area before the seating area is vast, with many vendors that you can check out on this place's website. Food here - like most major venues for concerts - are priced high, so just be warned if you do decide to eat here, which is recommended given horrible traffic to get here the later you come. Pretty ironic, huh? For my food: - I got a double cheeseburger and fries from Mosh Burger. These are already prepared ahead of time so my friends and I got these immediately. The patties are a little hard and dry but the melted cheese brought back some of the juiciness of the burger overall. Fries are standard but filled us up very quickly. - I shared some NOLA-style fries with my friends. This had a ton of meats and jalapeno, and the fries were huge. Very rich in flavor, and one of our favorites to eat. - From a place called Riffresher, I got a pineapple yuzu lemonade and my friends each got their passion guava tea. We agreed that my pineapple yuzu lemonade had better taste than the passion guava tea, though I'm not a fan of the aftertaste of Liquid Death, which they use on all their drinks. The seating for the venue consists of a ton of magenta seats leading to the stage, and a grassy lawn all the way in the back. The magenta seats are reserved, while lawn seating looks to be on a first-come, first-serve basis as people filled that area quickly. Seats were relatively clean, and there's enough elbow room for everyone to stand up, jump around for joy and just relax in general before and during the concert. The venue is roofed only for those who purchase seats, though that's weather-dependent since the whole venue is outdoors. Lawn seating of course is a whole different story regardless of weather... Despite the parking and driving nightmares that countless Yelpers and friends have warned me about and that I have come to experience myself, I I took it all in stride. Would I want to experience all that again? Definitely not, but I had a great experience seeing Hilary Duff here regardless.

We came later than normal hoping to avoid the nightmare (we really just wanted to see Evanescence), but that did not help ease the nightmare of the parking situation. Yes - they have flaggers; it's not true they don't exist. I don't give them grief because they've been handed an impossible situation to navigate. But the whole place is run poorly and you will get severely gouged at EVERY vendor. Especially at any of the alcohol locations. Their 'craft beer' choice are laughable. We live in the PNW - we all know what craft beer tastes like - none of their offerings are it. You will pay MORE for one can of beer than you do at the stadiums ($21 +tax). And for a 'large' strawberry vodka lemonade you will pay $26 +tax). But do NOT expect any vodka in it. Oh - and we waited 1-1/2 hrs to even start moving out of the parking lot when the show was over. This place is something we're stuck with unfortunately. I pray somebody else opens up something similar in South King County. They couldn't possibly do worse than this place.

They always help you with the virtual reality gear (two hand things (apparently I'm not cool or trendy enough to actually figure out what the hand controls are called ) and the virtual reality headset). Also, we finished our escape room early and the employee there let us try five minutes of another virtual reality simulation because we hadn't used up our full hour with the other one. I was very impressed by their integrity with that, especially since we just had five minutes left and certainly wouldn't have noticed. Extra details: Half hour activities are $25 per person. One hour activities are $40 per person. They have options like laser tag, active shooter simulations (like shooting zombies and stuff), a few random simulations like cooking, and lots of virtual reality escape rooms. They have a lot of options, and the virtual reality gear is always clean. I've only done the escape rooms and they're actually pretty challenging. You can get hints within the simulation if you need them, and there's a constant timer as to how much time you have left. Final thoughts: It's a little spendy and virtual reality itself is always a little disorienting, but it's a very fun activity and team building exercise to do with friends or family!
