The staff were very friendly. I thought I had purchased tickets on the app, but they weren't coming up when they needed to scan them. A manager came over to help and confirmed that my ticket purchase didn't go through, but she never made me feel dumb about it. She just said, "We can get those tickets purchased here," and she rang me up at the concession stand. The lobby, women's bathrooms, and theater were all pretty clean. And there was a large selection of popcorn buckets (merch) for multiple movies (Moana, Minions & Monsters, Supergirl, and one of two others I can't recall). Really, the only thing that was less than desirable was the popcorn; I think they scraped the bottom of the machine for me, because we got a large popcorn but most of the bucket had tiny pieces. I had a medical emergency as I was waiting for my food before the show. I let someone know I would no longer be needing the food, stepped outside, and called 911. After I got off the phone, a manager and a staff member came up asking if I needed anything. They then proceeded to give me a full refund of the ticket, including my food, even though I'd already gotten my candy and opened it. And they let me keep the open bag of candy. I've always had a good experience at this movie theater and I'd expect them to give me a refund if I'd asked for one, but it felt special to have them proactively go out of their way to make sure I'd be alright and to provide that refund without me asking. read more

Went to see the new Avatar: Fire & Ash movie on 12/30/25 for the 8:40 PM showing. Arrived at exactly 8:20 PM and got in line to purchase Popcorn and a few drinks. There were a lot of people at the Concessions stand, so took about 15 minutes to get the Medium Popcorn, and 3 Drinks. Received great customer service, though. Once we got to our theater and sat down at our seats, it was 8:40 PM. Previews were going on and that actually lasted 30 minutes! So, the movie didn't start until 9:10 PM! The recliner seats at the last row worked properly and felt comfortable. All in all, the movie was pretty good. It was prolonged for the most part, which had about 2.5 hours of talking and 30 minutes of actual action in the beginning, middle and most at the end. By the time it was like 11:00 PM, was kind of falling asleep through the talking parts. Dozed on and off... Some disturbances were from big families who could not control their kids. read more

The theater has a huge parking lot. When we went, you get your tickets at the concession stand which really makes purchasing so convenient. They had popcorn buckets for sale which I think is always fun to see. The lobby and the actual theater we were in was quite clean. However, the bathroom was a bit messy. They have recliner seating. The seats were spacious and comfortable but they were definitely well used and loved. read more

Movie facility is fine. Have been to this theater well over 50 times over the years. Went here twice in the last two months and both times NO NACHOS. Stand in line for 7-15 min for snacks. Get to the register they don't accept cash they only accept cash at one register there's no signs staying this. What kinda place in America does not accept cash. They want you to give your money back to the banks anyways I got one bottle of ice tea for 7$ There was no metal detectors or ppl checking bags like downtown seattle witch is kinda scary. I haven't been to this theatre in a while and in the past two weeks I have gone twice. The complex is huge and I appreciate that all of the theatres are stadium seating with reclining chairs. However, each theatre has a funky smell to it. The chairs are all scratched and worn out, but still comfortable. The staff is pretty nice, mostly ran by younger kids. The only suggestion I have is that they could use a little more training on efficiency, especially during peak ours. Other than that, it's a good location near the mall and they offer a lot of different movies at once. read more

He was very kind and stepped aside to teach me how to properly use the rewards app. I've never see. a manager so polite and selfless to be as patient as he was with me. Theater is not clean and the concession employees need to play attention to what the customer is ordering. When we tried to explain that it was wrong, she just insisted my friend pay more for the drink he ordered instead of trying to correct the incorrect items. Little miss A really doesn't care about the fact she messed up and refused to correct it. Not to mention, their hot dogs were not ready at the time concessions opened and we had to wait for them. When we asked to swap it for some pizza instead, she was like oh, well thats not ready either. Its a movie theater, not a restaurant. Went to see Black Widow 7/13 at 7pm showing. Purchased tickets online. Arrived a little before the start and decided to get refreshments. My party of 2 orders popcorn (was nice getting 50% off on Tuesday), and a pretzel minus any cheese. Was told the pretzel would be a couple minutes. We waited 13 + minutes! We had to try and approach who helped as we stood by the side in his view the whole time. We approached to ask at the 12 min mark he walked away from us without looking or acknowledging us. He went to the back, came back out talked to co workers and then another customer who knew we were waiting for a pretzel, she looked at us and pointed towards us and he came back down... receipt says Collin. We said we were still waiting for our pretzel, he said oh I can get that and we got a cold pretzel. No thanks for waiting or sorry it took so long. Other than this the rest of our visit was fine. Everyone else seemed nice. Movie was good and theatre was clean and comfortable. My popcorn had butter all down the side, thank goodness I had lots of napkins. Ive never been to this theater before, but when my friend was coming into the area, we decided to catch a movie here before hitting up the outlet mall. Havent been to a Regal in years because I prefer the recliner seats at the other major movie theater chain. When I saw this Regal had recliners also, I was excited as all the other Regals Ive been to have standard theater seats. That excitement did not last long. My friends seat was broken and wouldn't recline at all. Thankfully the seat on the other side of me was open, so she hopped over to that one. The theater was packed, so we got lucky there was an open seat. Would've been extremely disappointing if she couldn't move and got stuck with a broken seat. Besides the faulty chair, the leather on most of the chairs are cracking and peeling, making it look pretty trashy. Looks like I'll stick with the nice leather chairs at AMC. read more

Well, this is the closest place to catch a movie. It's centrally located, so that's nice. The parking lot is a bit sketchy so I don't recommend you leave anything in your vehicles. The parking lot can be heavily trafficked with unhomed individuals and panhandlers. Try to park in a lighted area and be aware of your surroundings while outside. The lines to get concessions can be long but the customer service helpers are friendly. The seats are getting tethered a bit and need to be upholstered. read more

I've lived in auburn for six years, seen a good amount of movies here and generally like it. But it'd be nice to have some element of security which is virtually non existent here. And that's concerning in this day and age, remember how tightened theater security was after the Colorado Dark Knight Rises indecent? Now, nothing. A few weeks ago I was The First Omen here. A guy in a hoodie was smoking a marijuana vape right in the theater, clouds, smell, the whole shebanga bang. He would also leave the theater and return and sit in different seats each time he did this literally 10 times during the film. It was concerning and ruined the movie. I alerted the theater staff about this three times and described the guy, hard to miss in a black hoodie with the hood up and sitting in the first row. A manager came in once, looked around for a minute, literally two feet from the guy, then left and never came back. Not too long ago someone was killed at the Kent Station theater and nobody was caught. We put our safety in these places hands, do goddamn better. read more

Knowing downside is my wife goes right off to sleep which is no big deal other than all the people but said around or have to listen to or snore God I hate it when people throw popcorn. Disappointed and likely won't be back. Go to AMC, folks. We went to see Dumb Money yesterday and some idiots in the back wouldn't stop talking. Asked them nicely to be quiet and turn off their flashlight and they still wouldn't. Asked again, nicely, and they started threatening us, standing up and threatening to beat up my boyfriend, saying "if we are upsetting you we will just ruin the rest of the movie for you". Tried to do the right thing and not engage, went and got a manager. Others in the theatre felt so unsafe they walked out. A manager and security guard came. The guy who was threatening started freaking out and went toward the emergency exit, they stopped him and brought him them back for ten minutes or so, then they allowed them BACK IN. To add insult to injury, none of the employees could figure out how to redeem the $100 gift card they could see loaded into my app. So they shrugged their shoulders and made me pay $40, then gushed apologies to the people behind me about the wait, but not to me, who just had to pay cash for their incompetence! Was intentionally mislead by the team in getting a paper ticket for a limited release movie. They closed the front section and all tills 30 minutes early which prevented me in doing so. I understand people want to get home. The services offered should remain offered until close or people should be informed. I got a large popcorn and drink both with free refills. Also no ability to do that. The manager seemed out of their mind and quite frankly drugged out. After gaming at Dave & Busters, I and my family decided to watch the Greatest Showman. This was our first experience at the theater in auburn being that we live in pierce county. The interior was kempt during our late visit. The food clerks was friendly but, the prices was very expensive for theater snacks compared to Lakewood and Puyallup. The theater room was neat and the recliners was comfortable. Overall the experience was decent but, fortunately we live more south where things are more reasonable. Don't plan on returning. read more

We went to see Bridge to Terabithia yesterday at this theater's 5 pm showing and while the movie was great, the experience on the whole was disappointing. First: 2 adults, 2 kids were $31 for tickets alone. Holy shit, this is why we don't go to movies often! Snacks: a medium popcorn, 2 medium sodas, a liter bottle of water and three boxes of candy was $27.75. Unbelievable! And the service was mind-numbingly slow, too, though the popcorn was fresh and hot (and too salty). The drinks were 44 oz tubs. I can take a sponge bath with less liquid! The theater was packed. We had to split up into pairs, one in the front and one in the back. We were in the back, which was OK. There were tons of kids at this movie, as you'd expect, so the chatter level was high. I think there were no seats left, or very close to it, which is sort of unusual in my experience, though this was probably one of the smaller of the 17 (!!) auditoriums in this complex. Five minutes before the end of the movie, disaster struck. Just as Jess is getting ready to take his sister to the bridge, they turned on all the overhead fluorescent lights. You could still see the movie, just barely. Along with a big crowd of other moviegoers, we went to the nearest theater employee and asked for a manager. We explained to her what had happened, she apologized (somewhat) and offered us either refunds or Regal cinema passes for another movie. So, the experience wasn't that great, but we got our money back for our tickets... and it was a better movie than I expected it to be. It reminds me of ET in a strange way and I hope to see it again, though I will probably just wait and buy the DVD to watch on our own 73" TV. read more

I love what they've done with the auditoriums! The seats and wood floors look incredible. Mainly I really want to give a shoutout for them going above and beyond customer service-wise for me today. I left an item (my hydroflask water bottle) in the auditorium and they went back to fetch it for me. I work as a caregiver to a person with disabilities and they are always very patient and non-judgmental when we come through. It's always very appreciated! I wish I had made note of name tags for the employees because they deserve commendation. read more

This theater is ok to "I really should go to another theater but this one is closer." They have current movies. I wish the seats were bigger like Cinemark's 21 and over seats. The absolute worst part about this theater is how dirty it is. The employees have to be walking around looking at the ceiling. This place is so dirty! The front lobby floors and doors, hallways, food counter, and especially the bathrooms. I was even told that the women's room is "disgusting." Really?!?! The person I was with left one women's bathroom to use another one down the hall because it was so bad. She had to bypass multiple stalls to find one suitable. That's so gross! I usually go to this place on Sun so I can only guess that it's a mess from the facility use from Fri and Sat. If that's true then you guys have a serious issue. You're going to make someone sick. Clean this place a couple times a day! It's a first job for most of these employees so I know you're not paying them very much but come on! Hire some more staff, train the ones you have, and/or fire the ones not working. One last grip, the concession stand is so slow! I know this isn't a new complaint but wow! Tip: There are actually bathrooms at the far end of each wing in the theater area. There aren't any signs (near the lobby) and the employees will point you to the bathrooms near the front lobby (on the wrong side of the ticket person). If you use the far end bathrooms then you don't have to pass the ticket receiving person and argue with them when you get back that you already showed your ticket in order to get back in the theater area. All you have to do is walk into your own business and see the mess (on a Sun) for yourself. This theater has the most comfortable movie theatre seats I ever experienced! They are electric leather recliners. You push a button and the leg rest rises. Continue to push the button and the back reclines. You can adjust it to whatever position is most comfortable for you. Even when the seat's leg rest is fully extended, there is still room for people to walk past in these incredibly wide aisles in front of the seats. I am a tall person and many theaters are too cramped for my long legs; this one has the best leg room of all! We were here on 27 December for a showing of Star Wars 7 in 3D in auditorium 1. I don't know about the other auditoriums in this complex, but #1 is great! We bought a large popcorn, which comes with free refills. The helpful server gave us (4 in our group) extra carry boxes filled with popcorn so we could all enjoy our popcorn without passing the large container back and forth. read more
