Only visit this theater when meeting friends for lunch and a movie. We prefer to meet for lunch at one of the nearby restaurants before the movie to save money on concessions. The movie prices nowadays are ridiculous! This theater is always clean. Luckily I've never encountered a sticky floor in any of the auditoriums I've visited. Employees are friendly and lines move quickly. We purchase tickets online and pick seats. I don't really care for this new process. I miss the old days where you can just sit anywhere, then move if need be. I've encountered seat kickers behind me before and it ruined the experience. There is free street parking near the theater within Bridgeport Village. They also have a multilayer parking garage with EV chargers available for free as well. We had a wonderful gentleman service in the concession stands his name was Orian and he went above and beyond for us. We had gone to a later showing of a movie for scream 7 and when they were closing i asked if we could get a soda refill and some extra popcorn. He did so with trying to up sel other concessions. Even after the show he was still asking if we would like to get more treats or telling us to try foods and treats for next visit. He was very kind very bubbly and he had a great personality! We came here for the first time to watch the new Lilo and Stitch. The lobby and theater were clean and the concessions stand had so much Lilo and Stitch swag and lots of snacks to choose from. Service was friendly and the clean up crew came quickly after the end of the movie. While they did not have the reclining seats in the regular theater (I think they do in the IMAX ones). We had a great experience here and the best part is there are so many lunch options and now a Salt & Straw right across the street from the theater. A fun family outing for sure! read more

We were really looking forward to seeing Tommy at the IMAX theatre on St. Patrick's Day, but after the previews we walked out. The problem? They assaulted us with an extremely high volume level and sent us home with migraines. We kept hoping someone out back would realize how loud it was and adjust the volume, but as the movie was starting and my wife was covering her ears, we looked at each other and ditched. We felt attacked by the loudness. Was it some kind of joke? Did they think people who wanted to watch a 50-year-old movie had hearing loss? Or were they just trying to cause hearing loss? If there had been an incident, we never would've heard it. The whole thing was perplexing. We probably won't go back to this theatre again. read more

We were there for opening weekend of Moana 2 and the 9:30 am showing.. only one person was working the concession stand.. for a moderate line of people waiting to get popcorn and tickets for the showings.. we waited 10-15 minutes to get to the concession stand.. not the first time I have seen very few people working for a busy hour. Wanted to check out Mission Impossible in IMAX and while it was a fun experience, the seats were not comfortable to me and too close together. The IMAX screen is pretty big though and the sound is awesome. Overall, this is a nice theater and they have good snacks plus merchandise. Has a lot of dining choices around it if you want to get food before your movie. I wouldn't mind coming here every once in a while, but it is not my go to theater. Regal has always been a mainstay theater in my area. They show new releases and occasionally show classics and other movies. They have a few specialty theaters at this location such as the imax screen. When we arrived it took about 20 mins to get through the snack line as it was a busy weekend night so I would recommend arriving early. Parking is also limited during busy hours. The food was OK for the movie theater price. I would stick to eating before you come as the food was not the freshest. I would also recommend getting the large drink and popcorn as you are able to refill the containers! If you sign up for their rewards you are able to get a free popcorn on your birthday. read more

The theater is clean and the surrounding shopping/eating area is great. However, their movie selection is atrocious. They remove hit movies after a few weeks and replace them with things like 25yr anniversary of The Shining ...during Christmas! What movie theater company that wants to stay in business removes a hit kids movies that only came out 3 weeks ago with ....The Shining? This is Xmas. But wait, they also have playing "Silent Night, Deadly Night". Or how about "Dick Van Dyke 100th Celebration" or "Rolling Stones". I love both of those artists, but...seriously? My 8yr old would rather see the hit kids movie, so would my mom (especially during the holidays). And this is far from the 1st time they've done this. But it's happened so many times, that I felt the need to write a review. Basically because I'm done even considering this theater as a go-to. I'll drive the extra 8mins to a further theater (Century 16 in Cedar Hills) that plays hit movies for a month. They also have a great shopping and eating area too. read more

Went to a matinee on a Sunday morning. Every other theater for matinee allowed us to bring out fresh coffee from Starbucks. This theaters ticket person, Tim (Sunday mornings) did not allow us to bring our fresh coffee. This location allowed kids to bring animals and fireworks for the Minecraft movie and we can't bring coffee. Terrible experience. And at the popcorn booth the person threw my popcorn at me. VERY disappointed! Came in last night after pre-ordering our seats for 4 people. Spent $100 at concessions and walked to our seats. There were people in our seats and after getting an usher we learned that our seats were double booked! After a manager got involved, they decided to refund our seats. But then we were left with all of our concessions, that we planned to snack on at the movie(could have spent $20 and eaten snacks on our couch) My partner is a Disabled Vet and needs to be in the back of the theater. This movie was sold out. We were left in the lobby, no movie and a shit ton of concessions we had to consume on premises. This is bad business! We think we should have been given a refund for our snacks, that we barely picked at in the lobby. And perhaps a free movie at another date!? We came to see Wicked For Good on 11/17/25 for the 7:00 pm show! They started playing the wrong movie and it took them at least 10 minutes to realize they were playing the wrong movie. They told us it would take upwards of 45 minutes to get the right movie playing !! Then they said we could get a refund and then changed their mind and said we couldn't get a refund; we could only get comp tickets for a future show. The problem with that of course is the tickets for the pre-screening for wicked are triple the price of what a future movie would cost so there really is no refund. Good grief!! There's only 3 theaters showing the Ateez concert, and people are traveling hours to see something advertised as a screen x experience. So for it to not only happen, but then have the manager on duty be smug and careless when answering our questions about it is just rude. Change the website then if that's not what you're doing so people don't pay extra for nothing. We we're excited, and still kept waiting for basically nothing. Went to a special-event concert film on a Friday night, and it wasn't very busy. We found the seats to be adequate, if not really that comfortable, but the view was excellent. The volume during the film was so high that after about three minutes I had to dig my earplugs out of my purse, and then the sound level was comfortable. Unbelievable incompetence! And insulting interactions with the manager and employees. This is my 1st review of anything ever... but I need put it out there. I took my 2 young daughters to see "Bad Guys 2" yesterday. Loved the 1st one and we were all excited! A 30 minute drive one way. 50$ for the tickets. 45$ for 3 drinks, popcorn & red vines. OK - sit down for the previews and I quickly realize it's out of focus! Uh oh! I assume they'll catch on since every edge is slightly blurred and there is an overall haze to everything from being out of focus. The movie starts...it's out of focus! Being a profession animator for the last 32 years. The last 25 at Warner Bros, a total movie buff & someone who's spent thousands of dollars at this theater. Not to mention experience with projectors. I know what I'm seeing is an image that is out of focus. And it's a tragedy to see a beautifully animated masterpiece like this be visually corrupted. All the fine details that we all appreciate, are gone. Every number, every hair, every edge... blurred. Every group shot of the bad guys... the spider is really blurry because she is the smallest in the shot. Just unacceptable and utterly disappointing! The 1st 20 minutes of the movie was me leaving to tell someone it was out of focus 3 times. I go back and wait...no adjustment. Go back out to the main desk tell the manager. I get "Is it 3D? Are you wearing your glasses?" ...yes... " Let me see your glasses"... Next she sends 2 teenage employees in to look. This guy stands next to me for 4 minutes looking and not saying a word as I point out everything that clearly shows a problem. He is a introverted person with very poor social skills. He says after 4 minutes " I think this is the way it's supposed to look." I'm just disgusted. So this wraps up with me following him back out to the Manager at the main desk. The 2 teenage minions both bow to the "Karen" in authority and submit their report " I think that's the way it's supposed to look". Karen the manager that is annoyed with my expertise turns into Obi-Wan " These aren't the droids you're looking for!". ."That's the way it's supposed to look!" -Wow! Am I seriously getting the Jedi Mind Trick right now...? It was simply a lie! (We all know what High Def is supposed to look like these days!) I disagreed with that response and explained to them my level of experience. Karen the manager - (I don't know her name, but that description seems appropriate considering her demeanor) -then said that "there is no one on site that can adjust the projector". Of course she offered me a refund for the tickets and told me I could leave or be switched to another movie. But she was not nice about it and seemed annoyed with me. Like that is going to make up for an hour of driving round trip, the time we've cut out of our day for this, & 45$ worth of concessions, not to mention the disappointment of my kids). I went back to watch my expensive, blurry movie experience.. angry & insulted. I had just been told by 3 incompetent unqualified people that I'm wrong, and that I am getting what I paid for. Attended a Fantom event at this location. Showed up 15 minutes early to grab concessions, and while we were in line, the ticket usher left his post to come over and tell me the small tupperware of ~8 custom homemade themed cookies we brought to celebrate the event were outside food and couldn't be taken into the theater -- while I was standing in line to buy their concessions! It would be one thing to be sneaking in a bag of candy to avoid paying the standard theater prices, but I was buying the same amount of concessions I would have bought had I not brought the few cookies. The usher was very confrontational and rude. I offered to hang on to them until after we left the theater, or even for them to do so, and that wasn't acceptable. After getting our concessions (which took the full 15 minutes we had arrived early for... not a fast operation despite 4 counters serving people), we got to our seats only to find that the movie had been started 7 minutes before the scheduled time! There are no promos/previews for Fantom events so we missed out of a good chunk of the opening sequence. Super annoying. After the movie we checked in with customer service to address our concerns with them starting limited run Fantom shows before the scheduled start time. The first rep checked something on the computer and confirmed that it had indeed been started too early, saying "That's weird. Let me go find my manager to ask about it." A good 5 minutes later the manager, wearing an outside coat and no name badge, listened as we repeated the situation and simply said, "Sorry." No offer of a voucher or even a discount or anything to actually show that they cared about our poor experience. I reiterated the problem with starting a custom event early and he just stared blankly at me. I asked if they would consider a voucher or a discount for a future trip to their theater and that was denied. They offered to replay the opening sequence for us. No thanks. Concession prices are high so best to have your meal and drinks first at one of the nearby restaurants. With so many other theaters offering the new larger seats that fully recline in rows that have lots of leg room so you don't have to get up to let people in and out, I only come here when friends living in this area want to meet. read more

Commercials/previews that used to show for 20 minutes now show for 35. Prices are ridiculous, ice cream is stale. We came in to our movie and they had no audio playing. The heavy violence/action previews seemed weird for the movie we were seeing, DogMan. That's because they were playing the wrong movie, Red Hulk or Captain America or whatever. NOT what we were seeing. And then there was a ten minute scene from the Bad Guys franchise before the actual movie even started. "Start time" listed as 11:15, actual start time, NOON. Happy to have an IMAX. But wow this place is chaotic. Inappropriate staff at the concession stand knowing the two biggest movies are currently out. Instead of having a register agent and a person to help get the items, they just opened a bunch of VERY slow lanes. It took over 20 minutes and there were six people ahead of us. Luckily we only missed the nonsense before the actual trailers. Then to the restrooms... used before and after the film. Both times there was no toilet paper. No way they ran out of toilet paper twice in a three hour period. Management needs to think a little more strategically than frenetically. read more

One of the larger, newer multiplex theaters in the region. They have 2 premium experiences though I only would pay for one of them (IMAX auditorium). The ScreenX experience is an interesting gimmick but not worth the premium and sometimes detracts in my opinion. Why Regal has hand driers only in the restroom is a confusing problem. Regal also has the 2nd most expensive concession prices of the big 3 chains. This place was tidy, well lit, and properly staffed. I miss the separate "box office" experience. ((Shrug)) read more

Loved this, thought I was being pranked the entire time. 1. Walked in and saw 8 people working and 3 of them at the front behind a desk wearing Bluetooth earbuds but no one selling tickets, and no obvious place to purchase tickets. Hardly any customers but no one guiding us or helping us. Thought we'd traveled to the future for a second. 2. We asked the people at the front desk but it was only after requesting numerous times that they actually helped us. The first two people completely ignored us. It looked like they were just playing video games or something. "Hello? Excuse me? I have a question..." etc... It was like trying to talk to a teenager that hated their parents. After quite a while the third person we tried to speak to begrudgingly pointed us toward a computer to pay for tickets. 3. The computer had numerous glitches. I once again tried to talk to the young blonde girl about two feet from us about it but she just ignored us. The plus or minus buttons didn't work on the screen. When you pressed the plus sign it rarely worked or went up fast, but when you pressed the minus button the number also went up. Then we switched computers and the other one had glitches as well. When selecting seats it would chose a random seat one inch from where you pressed your finger. The employees seemed annoyed so we didn't bother them. Instead we bought less tickets than we needed and sat where ever we wanted, much to the chagrin of other customers. 4. When I handed the greeter my tickets they were annoyed that it included the numerous receipts that were printed with the tickets. This person has been there standing doing nothing for 10 minutes and was annoyed that they had to flip past one single receipt. 5. I then went to bathroom and put soap on my hands afterwards to wash them but every one of the five sinks didn't work. I wiped the soap off all over one of the chairs in the theater. Another customer was not happy by that. 6. I then got in the theater and sat in the loudest squeakiest chair I've ever heard in my life. I couldn't move without the whole theater hearing it. Customers once again were unhappy with that. The chair was also extremely uncomfortable and the back of the seat was almost pressing me forward off the seat. A multibillion dollar company and you can't pay a ticket sales-person, have working computers, have working sinks, have working chairs, but saddest of all you can't pay your employees enough to not hate their job? CEO is Mooky Greidinger (greed-dinger, how appropriate - can't spell Greidinger without "greed...") If you love a good prank I recommend this place highly. If this wasn't a prank this may be the worst theater I've ever been to. And I'm a cinephile, I've seen a lot of movies. If you want to see a movie and enjoy it hassle free I suggest avoiding this place forever always... read more

We live between Beaverton and Hillsboro and there were no decent seats available at theaters close to us so we gave this theater a try because almost every seat was available. We. The sound in the theater sucks!! Not sure why there are "speakers" mounted to the walls as it sounded like there were only two speakers behind the screen and that's it. It was difficult to hear and the sound most definetly did not surround you. We will not go to this theater ever again!! No wonder all the seats were available, the theater is crap! read more

I thought I would give the cinema another try after COVID, I don't want movie theaters to go away. Now I realize that the theaters aren't going out out of business because no one wants to go, they're going out of business because they are charging people $75 for a dad and a daughter to go see a movie with popcorn and two drinks. The movie theater, the popcorn and the drinks are the same as they were 10 years ago, I just pay $50 more than I paid 10 years ago for the same experience. Movie theaters are going out of business because they're charging 3 times the price for the same thing they were doing 10 years ago and it's just not worth it and everyone knows it. I don't need a fancy chair or bigger screen or better sound, I need to be able to go see a movie without feeling sick to my stomach for how much I just paid to watch something I could watch for free on Disney+ in 2 months. Worst place ever. I will never go see another movie here again. My boyfriend had realized he left his wallet in the bathroom with a ton of cash two minutes after leaving the theater. We turned around before even getting to our car to go get it but the doors were locked. We saw two employees standing there so we started knocking on the door to let us in. Both employees just stared laughing and shaking their heads. We stood there knocking for 10 minutes while they laughed then continued to ignore us. We went to see Avatar water world. It was not crowded which was great. 2 seniors and 1 adult. $50. We were not told about needing glasses for the 3 D movie. It was so bleary and unclear. Honestly, it really was a mistake and I scheduled with a friend not realizing it was in IAMX. It was a happy mistake and just wow...worth the extra money...mehmaybe...definitely worth seeing but I am a cheapskate. The space was nice since not as many of the masses fork out the dough for the bigger screen so seeing newer movies with some extra elbow room might be worth the cash out. This location is in such a dreamy little village of stores. It feels very fancy and I was excited about coming here and checking it out. I bought tickets online ahead of time which caused me to eat an extra $2 charge. I wanted the stress free luxury of knowing I had an assigned seat before I got there. Since this was a premier screening I expected it to be mobbed but it wasn't too bad actually. What did annoy me is after spending $14 on a movie ticket, the concessions were also ridiculously priced. $6 for a small soda and $7 for a small popcorn. Huh??? The markup on these things are so outrageous that I just decided not to get anything at all. I saw a movie that had a lot of music in it (Yesterday) and the sound quality in the theater made me cringe. Think of your first car in high school that you blew the speakers on because you played the music too loud and then they'd rattle whenever you'd turn the volume up. That's what it was doing. That's terrible. And at the prices they're charging you can't tell me they're not making money to get them fixed. Come on. One other disappointment. I'm a spoiled brat. If I'm spending $14 on a movie ticket I want leather reclining seats. When I googled for a movie theater that had that, this theater came up. I should have done further research because this theater does not have leather reclining seats. They're smaller seats with arm rests that come down. Which is fine except when I'm sitting in a seat I bought ahead of time and don't want to snuggle with strangers who end up on the side of me. All in all with all the awesome movie watching venues around Portland, this theater will not be at the top of my list unless I'm already in the area shopping or eating. read more
