Pretty old fashioned environment but it does the job! The seats are super comfy and the food/ popcorn were just fine

People don't understand this one thing: even though there is reserved seating, the outcome of not having this would still be the same. Yes, people buy their tickets, you're simply getting upset over the fact that people bought tickets to the movie. This theater is in one of the busiest malls in NH where people from Massachusetts and Maine go to shop and watch movies ect. The point of reserved seating is so you don't get those shitty front row seats and choice where you want to sit. If you don't get a seat, it's not the theaters fault, it's just busy. read more

Beyond costing too much they charged me $6 for tap water. I did mention and they said "I was paying for the cup" which is a regular paper cup. It's one thing to up charge but this is on a whole new level. read more

Decent theater but when the power went out recently they gave out vouchers to come back. The only problem is that the vouchers don't allow you to get into a good portion of the movies that they have including the one we went to see in the first place. What the heck? read more

Avoid this theater like the plague. The new seating reservation system is the biggest mistake in history. If you want a good seat, come early, don't make customers buy specific seats ahead of time. Cinematic is just a short drive away down route 1, the screens are much bigger, I suggest going there. I know I will be from now on. read more

Very disappointed that after over so many years of coming to see movies here they've started assigned seating!!! Not impressed AT ALL!! Why are they doing this? This isn't a concert or a play at a theater! If I sit down and there's a creepy man or some chatty teenager or whining child next to me, I should be able to move my seat. If I get there 45 minutes early I should be able to have the first pick of a seat. Ridiculous. read more

Terrible experience went there to see Specter with my wife, first we waited in line for a long time only to find out that we could not get two seats next to each others, mostly because of their new seating arrangement....stupid idea and left lots of open single seats. long lines and unhappy customers! We ended up leaving. Regal we will not be back! luckily there are lost of other options. read more

Arrived a half hour early and ended up in row B (which is really the first viewable row because all the tickets were supposedly sold. Crooked our neck for over 3 hours only to turn around at the end and see MORE THAN HALF the theater empty. When I queried "Veronica" at the desk as to why you would prefer to satisfy the non attendees over the customers who do attend, I was told "yep, that's the way it is now" Not for me, I wont be back. read more

I'm giving the Regal Fox Run 15 theater in Newington NH a 1 star because of the dirty stinky theater. It had such a bad odor that if I ever go there again, I'm taking along a perfume spray. Honestly, It was horrible smelling a dirty stink during what was an incredible movie. Please get a crew to clean & wash down the seats and the rest of the theater. read more

You are paying for comfortable seats and that's it. Parking lots are way too small for the amount of people that show up. Circled looking for parking for 10 minutes, walked to ticket counter only to find out all shows were sold out. Should have signs that tell you shows are sold out outside. This happens frequently. We now go to barnz in barring ton. Seats are not as comfortable but ticket prices are much cheaper as well as snacks. Don't waste your time like I have unless you have some to waste. read more

Online list of movies was incorrect. So when I got up to the window I asked the ticket agent what movies were playing. She said "that one and that one", I asked what they were about and she said she didn't know anything about the movies that were playing that night. When I spoke to the manager he said "there are 15 movies you can't expect the staff to remember what they are all about". Actually that is exactly what I do expect. They call it training. read more

There is not adequate parking, you cannot reserve you seats at time of purchase, the seats do not recline far enough if you are in the front 3 rows, the concession lines are exceedingly long and the kids that work there are just unprofessional. I went out to buy popcorn before a 12:45 showing and all of the lines were excessively long. I waited in line for 14 minutes and as soon as it was my turn, the teenager working said to me, "I'm sorry, I'm closing my line it's break-time". The people in line behind me went berserk! I asked for a Manager and got another kid that just apologized, it was ridiculous. He actually wanted me to move to the end of another line to make my purchase. The people behind me were so angry they went and got their money back and left the theater. I left shaking my head, AMC's in Colorado would put this sorry theater out of business. read more

I wish I could give this theater zero stars. For years Regal was the only theater around. The staff is rude, everything is overpriced even by theater standards, it smells horrible, and the sound is always off. I feel like at times I'm watching something that has been dubbed. I now go to the new Cinemagic next to Water Country and after being there I will NEVER go back to Regal. read more

Went to visit a friend in New Hampshire for the weekend. We decided to go the movies. Regal had the time we were looking. So we figured we'd give it a try because we normally go to Cinemagic I was floored to find out that they wanted to search my purse. I understand it's for "safety " but I call bull shit. They are looking for people sneaking food in. Well if they had reasonable prices they would not have to worry about it lastly but very important it's my personal property and feel upset that they were going to dig around in purse. So we turned around and rented a red box instead. Very disappointed that we are losing our right to privacy. read more

"Life of Pi" in real3D gave me a really bad headache (unlike Avatar, which was wonderful). The theater manager was neither sympathetic nor helpful when I complained; he claims the 3D projection is the same as Avatar and nothing could be wrong with the glasses. The extra $4 for real3D is a ripoff, and although the movie is beautiful, it's a shame to see it in pain. read more

If I could rate this as a negative, I would. I took my cousin and her friend to see The Conjuring 2. As we were leaving the theater at 1:00 in the morning, a girl came running out of nowhere. She was crying, screaming, and asking us to call 911. Her "Pop-Pop" had just fallen, hit his head, and was lying on the ground. She was banging on the doors, screaming for help, but there were no employees around. After I called 911, I went over to where the man had fallen--it didn't look good. He wasn't coherent at all, and was just making random sounds. While my cousin's friend waited outside to flag the ambulance down once it got there, my cousin and I ran all over the building trying to find help. We were pounding on all the doors, screaming, and checking the theaters. At least three movies had just finished, so we thought that there would be someone in one of them cleaning it. But there was no one. Finally, after about 25 minutes, two employees came out from one of the doors that we had pounded on numerous times. After we told them what had happened and asked why they hadn't been around, one of them looked at us and said "well we're basically closed so we're getting ready to lock up and leave". Not even caring about the man who had just fallen and gotten hurt. After they learned that we had already contacted emergency services, they immediately wanted to start filling out the accident report. By this time, the man that had fallen was coherent and able to talk, but still on the floor being propped up by the girl. A manager came out and, without saying who he was, immediately started getting information from the man for their report. I could tell that the girl was getting really upset over how the employees were handling the situation, so I tried to talk to her--we bonded over the movie (we had seen the same one) and our love for All Time Low. My cousin gave her tissues, and we opened the door so the man could have a cool breeze blowing on him. When the ambulance showed up, they got the man ready to take him to the hospital. The three of us all gave the girl and her grandmother a hug, they thanked us for staying and for helping them, before getting into their car to follow the ambulance. I was shocked to learn that the three employees hadn't even cared to check the theatres of the movies that had just ended. They didn't care to make sure people got out okay. In the end, all they really cared about was saving face. Sorry, but free movie tickets aren't going to keep me quiet. It doesn't matter what time it was, and it doesn't matter that they were technically closed. There were still movies playing, and still people in the building. They should have been more aware of what was going on. Not even just with what happened with the man, but in general. The concessions were easily accessible to anyone who felt like they needed a five-finger discount on a snack for the ride home. Someone might've fallen asleep while watching a movie. Something more serious might've happened. And these three employees would never have known. They would have locked up, and left. Because really, that's what was important to them. read more

We attended the 3:05 showing of Molly's Game and were seated in the 2nd to last row of the theater. Almost the entire row in directly in front of us played on their phones throughout the movie. And several times a phone (or phones) rang in the row behind us. After the movie, I went to file a complaint with the management and was told they couldn't do anything because the movie was over and that if I wanted them to do something, I have to get up and leave in the middle of the movie to go inform someone, further ruining the movie for me. This was a solid reminder of why this cinema is terrible and why I chose to go to Cinemagic to see movies. We only went because we received free movie passes to Regal, which we had to pay a $3 surcharge on top of them because this is a so-called "luxury" theater. No offer of compensation or anything for a terrible movie experience. I actually rate it 0 stars. read more

We come to a movie here at least 2-3 times a month - generally on a Saturday or Sunday morning. There is all kinds of parking, if you can't get in the main lots (we always do) there is a mall lot less than two minutes walk away. They have just upgraded the theater seats with huge comfy reclining chairs. I'm not crazy about all the commercials, but that seems to be the state of the movie theater world now. But all in all its a pretty decent movie house. read more

We are a minority audience at the theater. But (along with many other slightly graying citizens) we regularly attend the MetinHD (Metropolitan Opera Live Broadcast) here once a month or so. The shows last 3-4 hours, often with intermissions. This places some pressure on the staff to follow a more complicated set of lighting cues than is typical for most movies. However, we pay considerably more for the shows than one does for typical movies, and have a right to expect competence. In five years, we have almost NEVER experienced a show in which someone has not had to complain to the (underpaid, harassed) junior staff that the management has messed up the scheduling, and left the house lights up well into the show. When we find an alternative theater, we will jump at the chance. read more

SOOOOOOOOO, I would like to tell you about my experience here. First, the line waiting to get tickets was SOO LONG and it was really dreadful. Then, the lady who was getting our tickets was very bratty towards us. She even said "listen guys, you gotta pick a seat, move it or lose it." How rude. Then when we were getting condiments, two packs of candy and a medium ICEE was $7.34!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!! On top of that, the movie theater was unorganized. When we went up to our "premium seats" there were already people sitting there! After a long conversation to try and get them to move, we took our seat and watched probably the most cheesy movie of our lives. Like I can't even explain to you how bad this movie was. All I have to say to you is if you want to blow $30, go to this movie theater!!! read more

I really like this place. The seats are comfy and the screens are huge. I agree that it's expensive - but that's a complaint for every movie theater in the area. The RPX is an upcharge, but so much fun if a movie is loud or action based. My kids love going here. read more

I cannot express how disappointed I am by the service I received here. After waiting 45 minutes for the movie to begin, upon entry we were once again ID'ed and told that we were unable to enter even though we had already purchased tickets and presented acceptable forms of identification. Jessica Casey was the manager that we were forced to converse with and I cannot find words for how completely poor her custom service was. She felt the need to talk down to us and belittle our right to see the movie after already paying and waiting for an extended period of time. I will never be returning to this theatre and I hope there is a god to strike Jessica down and drag her down to the level that she made us feel that we were on. F*** this for stereotyping innocent college students for wanting to watch a movie and taking our happiness away from us all. Never coming back here again and i recommend no one else comes here as well. read more

First time to this theatre and had a terrible experience. Did not even get to see a movie and probably will never return. First, the power was out due to a storm but the generators were up and running. Tried entering the theatre through a downpour but was blocked at the door by an employee saying that they were closed and we could not come in, although we could see several other people waiting in the lobby. We asked if we could just wait inside until our ride returned due to the rain which he did allow. Once inside, they were issuing refunds to those who had pre-bought tickets which was expected but the attitudes of some of the employees and specifically the manager were unacceptable. I overheard one man politely ask about the convenience fee he paid for purchasing his ticket online and the managers response was something along the lines of "What don't you understand about storms? Sometimes the power goes out." I asked the manager if there were other theaters in the area that were open tonight and his response was that there were no other regal cinemas in the area. We ended up going to cinemagic in Portsmouth and had a great experience. Being new to the area I will make a point to always give my business to cinemagic. Bottom line is, problems arise, like the power going out, and there are certain ways to handle it. Under no circumstances should the (first time) customer be treated rudely or disrespectfully by the staff or managers of the staff. read more
