I liked this theater. It's tucked-away in the back of this shopping center. I didn't get any food, but the prices appeared to be just as ridiculous as mainstream theaters like Harkins and AMC. No difference there. As a result we didn't interact with staff other than the ticket-taker (who was pleasant enough). The theater itself was comfortable with reclining seats (which other theaters are moving to also), and generally unobstructed viewing because the rows of seats are staggered enough to make each row sufficiently higher than the row in front of it. The screen seemed a bit smaller than other theaters, but not really "small". Sound was fine. This is a decent little theater. Unless I have a promo discount of some sort I just stay home and wait for the movie to come HBO. In this case we had a free ticket, so here we are. Comfortable lounge seat, nice experience. I haven't been to this theater in about 6 or more years and I was excited to visit once again. We decided to check it out Saturday night and watch Hell Fest. We made our way towards the ticket booth and saw that it was closed down for the night. There was a sign though redirecting us inside to the concession stands. We made our way inside and the girl who was taking care of the tickets was really rude. I know it was 10:20pm already and kinda late, but she was definitely crabby and not wanting to be there. She had a bad attitude, didn't thank us at all, and even ripped our tickets when they were printing out. I had a question for her and she annoyedly and shortly answered me. The theater room was really spacious though and its really nice inside. The chairs recline and they are very comfortable. The actual movie was a no on that night but our theater room experience was great. We did encounter one more employee on the way out though and he did nicely acknowledge us. I'm not sure I will be back anytime soon though, cause I didn't appreciate the way the girl talked to me.. Two stars because the chairs were nice and comfy! read more

People: STOP TALKING DURING MOVIES! This theater wasn't that busy (there were only about 6 other people in the weekend matinee with us) but all six of them talked the ENTIRE TIME. I went to alert the employees and they came in the theater but nobody was asked to leave. I think talking must be a real problem here because it just seemed like the norm. This place has been purchased by Regal Cinemas (yay!) so make sure you scan your Regal loyalty card for extra points. You can rack up free snacks and tickets quickly if you go to the movies as often as I do. This is an OLD and outdated theater. It has "stadium seating," but it's with those super old, super uncomfortable seats that don't move. The screen was on the small side and the sound was adequate but this is far from your state of the art moviegoing experience. They have Pepsi at the snack bar but since most Regals have Coke, I asked and they said they would be switching over to Coke at some point. The popcorn was just "meh," even though they had just popped it fresh. I did like that they had the self-serve butter flavored grease machine so you can load your popcorn with as much of that stuff as you wanted. read more

No wonder there were only three other people in the theater during our showing...this place might as well be painted camo because it is hidden! Outdated concession stand(where we "got" tickets) and hallways but the actual theaters are updated and wonderful, albeit dirty with trash from precious show. We bought tickets online and got to choose our seats...which was laughably unnecessary but still cool. They scanned our purchase via phone and we waited like nerds for our physical tickets to be handed to us. Guess they don't do that? The theater only had five very spacious rows with leather recliners. Make sure to pay attention to how the chairs are spaced (by twos) if you are going with one other person. Otherwise, there will be two armrests between you instead of one and you won't be able to raise them to snuggle. :-) the seats are nicely spaced out so that you don't have to stand to let someone pass or fight for armrest ownership. The recliner was comfortable and allowed you to electronically (button near outside of your leg) adjust to whatever height you want. In theaters with the 5 rows, I highly recommend rows D or E if you can get them (seats 6 and 7 seem to be center). They have the best view of the screen. We will be back again but for a first viewing of the day, which are $5! read more

Nice looking theater tucked way back inside this deserted stripe Mall. Not to busy, but then again: it's Thursdays mid afternoon. No attendants at the front ticket booths. You have to go inside to the concession stands to pay for your ticket... Theater was your average theater; movie was great. Saw Angry Birds ;) Concession prices vary depending on what your choices are. Standard & similar ( expensive) prices for theater popcorn, candy and drinks. No special deals or offers were presented to us during our visit. The employees should be trying to up sell movie passes & more, but nothing like that was suggested. Staff seemed unaware of things such as start times of movie & ending times. Lots of carefree kids running this place. read more

It felt like they didn't even try. The service at the concession stand was super slow even though there want a line and the popcorn tasted almost stale and wasn't hot. The reclining chairs were great. Very comfortable seating and clean theatre, but the screens were pretty small and sound just ok. If I'm going for a comfortable seat, small screen theater I'll stick to Alamo (where I can get table service), and I want a bigger screen and better concessions for a classic movie experience. 4D movie is amazing. You have to go check it out. It feels like a Universal Studios ride.

I'm not sure what the point is, but now the LED marquees say "auditorium" and the number, next to... the large auditorium number. That's not helpful information... I know the huge "9" means "auditorium 9." What was useful was when the LED marquee would say the name of the movie and the start time, so I didn't have to nearly drop my overpriced snacks while trying to dig into my pocket for my phone, so I could confirm I was going into the correct auditorium. This place used to be awesome, but too many odd changes have made it much less enjoyable. Knowing management here thinks we're too stupid to understand what the huge number means while expecting us to be able to navigate the theater like we live there is irritating. Parents will love waking their children to and from the restroom and concessions so they don't get lost on the way back. read more

First time here, we came to see Wonder Woman. The tickets were easy to buy online. My wife wanted reclining seats and I thought they were very comfy. The theater was clean. My only complaint is that I think they were understaffed when we came and the concessions lines were pretty long. And there was no one by the theater door to scan our ticket QR code. They guy at concessions was. Ice and they were doing their best so I only took away one star. The pricing for reclining theaters was comparable to other similar theaters. They also have a free rewards program that might be an incentive to come back. And for some reason, the fact that they had old school candy machines made me happy and gave them some street cred. I'll have to bring quarters next time. Correction: I took away a star because the bathrooms were a mess. I can't stand gross bathrooms. read more

First and last time going to this "theater". Beware that they have a very limited selection of food items. Like I was shocked on how little there was to choose from. What we did get was stale , cold popcorn with no salt. I highly suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. Next downfall was the size of theater 14 . There was like 20 seats. It felt very tiny and the screen was small for a movie theater . The only positive experience was the seats are comfortable but it ends there. I made a joke with my boyfriend on how low the volume was during the movie trailers and he mentioned it's probably because they don't turn on surround sound until the actual movie. WRONG. The volume in this specific theater sucked. It was so bad that we could hear the movie that was playing in the next room during our whole movie. Definitely chalked this experience to being a lesson learned and will stick to Harkins and other wonderful dine in movie cinemas that are 1000% better. read more

You know this place gets overlooked way too much! The seats recline, and you get to reserve the seats you want online at home so you know you are gonna get the seat you want before you ever leave home! And if you have any hearing problem or if you are just sometime who likes closed captioning, this is the ONLY theater that I know of that had these Cool glasses you wear that somehow puts the words on screen JUST FOR YOU! You can adjust the glasses to put the word high or low on the screen...just a really cool option. Very clean, great popcorn and they have a really good rewards program and app. You can do it all from your phone app. read more

I really like their theater! It's basically a theater in between Harkins and Esplanade. You can buy your tickets online or in person. Buying them online has its pros and cons. Pros, you can reserve your seats early, cons, there's a $3 convenience fee. I love that they have the recliner seats. Of course it's not as fancy as the Esplanade theater where there's food, alcohol and someone serving you, however you're comfortable in your recliner seats. I do wish that they would offer more variety of food instead of your typical movie theater foods. Their pricing can be pricey in the evening, however, if you go before 6 PM then you can catch a matinee for half the price. read more

With that said, I suggest you prepare yourself for having to wade through an onslaught of pre-teen cliques if you plan on making your way to the ticket counter on a Friday or Saturday evening. If you're like me, safety is a concern. Not to worry here. I've always seen an officer on premises during the main drop-the-kids-off / pick-the-kids-up window. This place must have just gone through a renovation. All the seats are Extra Wide Leather Recliners! No more fighting for cup holders, each pair of seats has 3 cup holders. The leather seats are so comfortable that I almost fell asleep, which I never ever do. They also do assigned seating now. Not that you need it, really...there isn't a bad seat in the house. I am going to give this place a 5 star rating yesterday we went to see ant-man and it was an amazing movie right when I walked in I was greeting by an amazing young man named William he was very kind and scanned are tickets and told us where are showing was. Then I want to the food stand and there was a girl keitha she was really sweet and help us with our food. They don't have many food options but what and my husband got was a hotdog and popcorn the popcorn was a little cold but that was the only problem the cups are extremely big so I recommend getting a small but other then that everything was amazing the seats were soft and I was able to recline them and watch the movie I will definitely be going there from now on read more

Don't come to this place!!! I want it all to myself! They upgraded everything recently. Recliners are awesome, but don't come here because I love that this place is kind of a Gilbert secret. Nestled in the back of a big parking lot, we usually get in and out and always have a good experience. The recliners here fully recline, matinee price is only $5, and there is a ton of space between you and the next row. They've basically eliminated the ability for idiots in the theater to ruin your experience with chatter and bright phone screens... They're so far away that unless they're in your row, you can't be bothered! They take seating seriously and check regularly during the movie. Get the royalty app or card, best perks of any theatre... Don't listen to these reviews, they're all fake reviews that are either out of date or just not true. As we were getting snacks the guy in register was condescending towards us and seemed irritated we even came in. The floor was dirty and hallway lighting was just poor quality. This is a little hidden gem of a theater, reminds me a little of the dollar theater back home in Cali. For a matinee the price is right now point, especially with the reclining chairs in the theater. The place is small but very clean and the staff was very friendly. Perfect day to spend for a daytime date. We loved it here and will be coming back. read more

This theater has mice. They have had a problem for a year and I have contacted the headquarters. This has not been solved. I saw many mice crawling around while the movie played. Up and down the stairs and all around the condiments people had in the theater. When the movie ended and the lights came on there was old food and trash behind the seats that had not been cleaned in a long time. It looks like the staff just sweeps it behind to hide it rather than pick up and put in trash. I will not go back.
