It's been awhile since we've been to this Regal. Good news is it hasn't changed much. The staff was nice, the bathrooms are clean and a great selection of snacks. I do have one complaint, we waited through a little over 20 minutes of commercials and previews before our movie started. Start time was 11:40am, but the thing didn't begin until 12:03pm. And I'm sorry to say that kind of sucked. If you're planning your day and you need to know what time the minute will end to be sure you're in time for somewhere else, it's kinda hard to do that when they don't start on time. You want to know why people don't go to the movies - try seeing a film here. The staff was cut to a minimum, candy vendors on their phones trying to sell tickets - mine actually selected my seat for me without asking. 28 MINUTES OF COMMERCIALS AND PREVIEwS! 28! Other theatres have reclining seats - not this place. Then there's the picture quality - ugh. The first ten minutes of my 3D film was out of focus and unwatchable. When finally fixed the film looked murky and dull. Having seen the same film elsewhere I knew what I was missing. Better this venue should have shut down when it announced it would a year ago than stagger into oblivion in such a shambles. read more

The selection of movies is generally good although new movies take some time to amble down this way. Not wishing to sell a car or obtain a second mortgage, I must forgo anything from the concession stand. Really? Popcorn and soda cost more than a meal in any of the nearby restaurants. Popcorn? Not the best theatre these days...seats are out dated, aisle are narrow. No prices at the refreshment counter. I paid 8.50 for stale and cold preztel bite at 530 in the evening last call. 6.50 for a 16oz bottle of iced tea. The only plus sign was the screen size and cleanliness. I went to see a movie yesterday and found that they don't have anyone selling tickets, and that they have two ticket kiosks that you have to purchase tickets from. There were four couples in front of me, and by the time each one decided and redecided what seat to sit in, and fumbled with their credit cards it was 15 minutes into the movie that I was going to see... I left and won't be going to Regal again for a long time, they are definitely going to lose customers with this system in play... read more

Went with my girlfriend to see Talk To Me there since closer theatre wasn't showing it. Website says they have recliner chairs but it's normal seating but that's not the worst part. One side of the snack bar had 3 co workers on their phones laughing and not asking if someone else is next while the one gentleman is crowded with over 5 people in line taking orders and also grabbing all the drinks and snacks. Than what really rubbed me the wrong way is when I went to the ticket teller, the guy was on his phone and sighs really loud like I'm a nuisance to me and than scans my ticket, tells me what auditorium is in, and goes back to his phone. If the place wasn't clean I'd give a lower review but that's all they have is a clean theatre and actual warm popcorn and lemonade. THAT'S IT. read more

Me my dad and my two brothers came here to see 'Thor Love and Thunder' which was great! We ordered tickets online which took around 30 minutes but it was fast when we got in at least. We waited in line for snacks for 10 minutes until Amanda helped us very quickly. The seats were a bit uncomfortable. There was a piece taken out of the right corner the screen it didn't bother us but i thought it was worth mentioning. The food was okay the popcorn was soggy at the top and dry and crunchy (medium $7) but it was okay. We orders medium sodas ($6.49) and they were giant and watered down (picture below). Overall the movie was good and i wasn't too concerned about anything else. definitely be sure to see that movie! read more

We were in the area and this theater was one of a few in the area playing the movie we wanted to see. They had matinee prices until 6PM which was cool. (Matinee pricing only applies Mon-Thurs I think but tickets were in the $9.50 range) The theater we were in was huge. The seats weren't super updated but they were fine. Sound quality was good. Bathrooms were clean as well. I'd come back again if I were in the area. read more

i bought tickets to bring my senior mother and five year old daughter to see polar express. we were all so excited to do this as a family, but low & behold my daughter woke up so sick & with a 101 fever & we couldn't go. i could not find a way to cancel or reschedule & just figured it was what it was. this am i received an email from regal asking for a review & i gave a mediocre review stating i am sure it wouldve been five stars if we got to go, but here's what happened...etc etc this was a sunday morning. by sunday afternoon i got a refund alert from paypal & didn't know what it was for - upon checking my email assistant manager madison meeks let me know they'd sent a refund. no questions asked, no asking me to change the review just pure, good old customer service. i couldn't tell you how many times i went there as a kid & how many more times i will go there as an adult - this level of customer service is rare & truly appreciated. thank you regal for supporting leadership to do good things for their customers. and thank you madison for your compassion & truly heartwarming level of customer service. read more

The guy out front guarding the door was hitting on literal underage girls which should've been red flag #1. #2 you can't even enter the theatre after 6pm unless ur 21 or older? 7pm on a Friday and not even allowed to watch a movie. Got tickets somewhere else cheaper for a 9:45pm showing and was over all 100x a better experience. Save your money and spend it elsewhere in a cleaner more welcoming theatre. read more

Nice theater, feels clean and not gross. Only problem I feel is that they make you choose seats and every single time someone is in my seats but then when I find somewhere else to sit, then people tell me I'm in their seats. It becomes problematic. I'm not rude so it's hard for me to make people move or create a scene in the middle of the theater. I feel like it's a nice thought to let people pick but it makes me not even wanna come because I always have to have altercations with strangers over seats where when it's first come first pick it isn't a problem. read more

Overall not so good. Attendant at the kiosk at entrance didn't know how to sell 2 tickets on my loyalty account. On our walk to the theater, lots of popcorn and some debris around. Got to our seats which were Old types, and not comfortable. read more

So I don't know where to begin, the fact that the employees seem like they just don't give a damn about their job or how disgusting the place actually is, because that does stand out quite a lot. The doors to the theater were extremely sticky and after the employees had "cleaned" the theater, there was still trash all over the place. They had about 35 minutes before the next showing started, but instead they left trash on the floor and the cans full. The scent of vomit and popcorn filled the air while trying to enjoy one of the films. My final complaint is trying to get out of my seat, the floors were fairly sticky, but not nearly as much as the door. At least offer hand sanitizer if you are gonna neglect cleaning up. read more

This is a great theatre. The seats are comfortable. The bathrooms are pretty clean for a theatre. The staff are really friendly. Movie pass is accepted here as well. The tickets are cheaper than others theaters as well. read more

If you're in south Jersey and desperately need to see a movie in the theater, Regal is the only acceptable option. The tickets are ridiculously overpriced, the concessions are even more laughable, and it is surrounded by police every weekend night. But compared to your other choices, at least this place is at least somewhat competently managed and, thanks to the police, relatively safe. They show all the popular movies, but don't count on seeing any foreign, indepedent, or artsy-fartsy films here. (I should note, I am a fan of foreign, independent, and artsy-fartsy films. I just like to use colorful language!) Their saving grace is their rewards program, which is actually pretty sweet. Sign up for one, and give it to the cashier each time you buy tickets and concessions. The points really do add up! I've gotten free popcorn, free soda, and even a free movie ticket!! Movie theaters are going to become extinct someday, and I can't say I'm unhappy about it. I recently had my first on-demand movie experience, which was freaking amazing, so it's only a matter of time until movie theaters go the way of VHS and Blockbuster. But if you're really jonesing for that authentic theater experience, stuff a large handbag with your choice of snacks, and head over to Regal Cinemas. read more

Compared to other cinemas(movie theaters), this doesn't at all stand out from the bunch. If anything, it just does the job of satisfying your need to watch that movie that you've been waiting scores of years for. However there's no doubt that this is the best cinema to go to in the area (out of 3), so in that sense it's earn itself a gold medal. Not quite the cleanest place, but it's primarily due to all the popcorn that folks sprinkle on the floor which you can't exactly blame on the cinema, since it's not expected that they have janitors sweeping the floor before and after every show timing. This is a great spot to catch a movie. Plenty of options to grab a flick. The theaters are big and have very comfortable seats. Coming from NYC where tickets are priced at $14.50, I thought the $11 was a total bargain. Plus, the rewards program for Regal gives you free sodas, popcorn and movies when you hit the appropriate point levels. Don't try to theater hop here as they don't publish the times or the movies on the theaters. read more

We've been going here for years, but I think today was the last time. No longer can you buy tickets at the counter, you now must either buy at the concession stand or from the kiosk with a credit card only. We arrived for a movie around 2PM and the lines were very long at both. One kiosk stopped working. We had to wait behind people buying popcorn and other snacks and drinks, when we only wanted tickets. We also had to pick our seats. By the time we got in the movie it was dark and hard to see where we were to sit, and then found people in our seats. Others experienced the same problem. overall not a great experience. many theaters I've visited if not all of them have had decent reclining chairs but this was almost as if I was in a school auditorium. seats were really compact and there was not much room between the rows. even before the movie started there was popcorn all over the floors. but worst of all the first whole Scene of the movie had major sound issues making it impossible to understand. this was only fixed after several people left to tell someone. even after that they didn't do anything. the least they could have done was restart the movie but no. overall do not recommend. go elsewhere! read more

Went to this theater to purchase tickets. They no longer sell tickets in front you have to wait in line at the concession station. Why? We had to wait half an hour in line just to purchase tickets. They are chasing away all of their customers with poor service. The kiosks also were not working properly. They said they were cutting back on help. This theatre is kept very clean. Second visit this month and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the ladies room.

This Regal is always clean and they have friendly service here. I have never had a problem with this movie theater and management is always understanding and make appropriate accommodations. Theater size is decently large, food is always pricey like always, but overall a great movie theater in a great location. read more

Honestly worse movie experience of my life. Went to the DragonBall Super Broly movie (which has limited viewings to begin with) at 4:15. After the usual commercials the screen was blank for 50 minutes. Then at the VERY last ten seconds, the audio cut out and lights turned on immediately, completely ruining the vibe. I honestly just wanted my money back but they gave me (and the other 50 people complaining) free movie passes. Like no, I don't want to come back to this shit theater I just want my money back. My daughter and I just took in Tomb Raider and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and competence of the staff. The facility was clean and snack counter was fully staffed as the line moved quickly, and the popcorn was very fresh! Bathrooms were also clean and functional unlike some other local theaters. Seating was roomy and leg room was great.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will surely return. read more

Nice theater with a nice variety of films. I find a couple changes the the operation I find both odd and annoying. First, we had to go to concessions just to buy our ticket. Second, we had to select what seats we wanted. Why these changes? Never had to select seats before. We just walked in the theater and found seats we wanted. And buying tickets at concessions; this results in a long wait while several parties ahead of you get their tickets, then any popcorn, drinks, or candy they want.
