Aventus offers so many color and product options. I opted for a dip manicure and a gel pedicure and they matched my colors perfectly. While I was being serviced, I observed all of the staff socializing and enjoying themselves, which makes the world a difference in the customer experience. He is very quiet and introverted but I love that about him. I love a nail tech that is focused + doesn't do too much talking, because it leaves less room for error. I am usually pleased when I leave. I always love the ambiance of Elodie Nails. Nice decor, clean, and plenty of tv's to keep you entertained. I also like that you can earn points from your visits to use toward a discount on future appointments.

But Mia (no longer there) did such a great job on my nail art and manicure. I gave a pass. But after this time when I got the same attitude and was being rushed, even though I booked an appointment, I will not go back. I booked for a full builder get set. She tried to glue acrylics to my nails and told me they don't do builder gel molds, even though that is what they claim to be known for on their website. I ended up paying $123 for plain gel nail polish and gel pedicure. I guess I paid extra for the attitude.
