Called and scheduled a pedicure for same day. When I arrived, I was told to pick a color. So I did & I waited. Evidently I was waiting for the guy working on the blinds to do my pedicure. Okay fine. But the owner, kevin, redid them amazingly for no cost! they were beautiful, strong, even, and sharp not thick and chunky. $30 for a full set. the atmosphere is nice the workers are very warm and talkative! OMG. I randomly wandered in here last week because it was the closest place to my Doctor's office, and I'm so glad I did! I got the deluxe pedicure. I'm a pedicure regular and like to get one every month or so. I have to say that this was hands down the very best foot and leg massage I've ever gotten with a pedicure - EVER. I'm giving three stars, because there are definitely things I like about this salon, but there are some things they could do better! When I started going here I would just get shellac. They were so good at paying attention to my cuticles and making sure everything was perfect before putting on the shellac. I found they did the best job of this which led to my shellac staying on longer! Prior to them I had many experiences where my shellac would lift just a week later. They also would greet me with a neck warmer and would offer me water. Sadly, that didn't last very long. To me, that was something that set them apart from other salons, so I think they should have kept it up! My one complaint has to do with the dipping powder. I had heard such great things about it and decided to give it a try. I was sorely disappointed with how thick and grainy it was. It also only lasted a week on my nails. It would have lasted longer, but it was not done the right way so I had parts on my skin that I couldn't help but pick at. I decided to go elsewhere and try dip again. I realized I didn't like it at Natural Nails, because he didn't finish the process. He never filed down my nails after the dip powder was applied. When I experienced the process done the right way I loved the results! I would recommend this place for shellac and pedicures, but until they do dip the right way, I wouldn't suggest getting it done here! read more

Went in today to get a pedicure with my mom. We made appointments and they started her at 12:30pm and mine at 1pm. Spent 45 minutes on her and 20 on me so we finished at the same time which I hate starting at different times and getting less of a service. Also wish there was an in-between pedicure. Minimum is $30 and next up is $50. While our toes were under the machines drying, we were continuously tapped on being asked to pay. Not even asked, they just kept saying "Pay me now". We asked to pay as we were leaving and finished and she repeatedly said "No pay me now". Will not be back; very poor customer service. read more

Went to this spa after work because it's conveniently located across the street from my job. The lady who did my nails was really nice. However I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure . It seemed like she was rushing to get through. My appointment was at 5:30 they close at seven. I had to tell the lady three times to get my whole nail. Finally I gave up and she still didn't get all of my nails the whole nail. When I got my manicure my hand wasn't even soaked in water. She simply filed and put a cuticle cream on top. I had to go back over her work and cut my own cuticle on two of my nails. She also had me pay prior to finishing my nails. With the pressure of leaving a tip. I usually tip after the service but I had gave her a $15 tip anyways. Again she seem like a nice lady we did not do much talking but the skills were not what I expected them to be considering my entire visit there cost me $80. Definitely not satisfied with the service and I will not be going back. Sad enough I was excited because it was across the street from my job in considered a convenient and was hoping I could call this a place where I could have returned for future visits. I normally love this place for the atmosphere and especially the neck and upper back massage, but I realized I've only been there when they haven't been busy. I went this morning and waited almost 30 minutes for a technician. I was told there would be only a 10 minute wait, as I informed them that I was on somewhat of a time crunch. One technician started working on my manicure, and then someone else came in. She stopped, took her tools, and started on that person's nails instead. She did not sterilize the tools, and did not inform me as to why I suddenly stopped receiving the service. After about 15 minutes of me sitting there with cuticle oil on my hands and wondering what was going on, she got up and got another technician for me. He was slow, disrespectful, and did not understand what I was asking for in terms of design. (I was looking for flowers made out of dots on one finger on each hand.) He stared at my reference photo, looking very confused and uncertain, then asked, "Can I just do polka dots?" At this point, I had 20 minutes to get to work, so I said that it was fine since I had already been at the salon for 2 hours. (Ridiculous for only a gel manicure, by the way.) The result was sloppy nail art work. The staff do not prioritize or value the customers already sitting in their chairs, but rather move around from client to client, hardly finishing the jobs they started. I have attached a photo of what I asked for and the result. You'll also notice poor work on my cuticles and uneven lengths. Hands down, worst pedicure in Castle Rock. Lovely salon, comfy chairs. Big selection of quality polishes. Seemed like it'd be great.... The tepid water in my foot bath should have been my first clue, but I just asked for it hotter and continued. My technician was rough on my cuticles, even after I flinched several times. The heel scrubbing left my heels feeling more coarse than when I went in. The calf/foot massage was okay. She applied the polish so sloppy that it's not just on my cuticles, but on my skin too. She put my flip flops on after she painted the nails and sure enough smudged one of the toes, and the repair to it was careless and messy. I felt she was in a hurry to get rid of me, as soon as she was done painting the top coat she wanted me to move to the drying station. Come home and I have to buff my feet and toes to get them smooth again. Needless to say, this is not a salon I would recommend or return to. read more

I walked in and was greeted immediately by Tracy, the owner of the store. They were very friendly throughout the entire process of me picking out my shellac colors and painting my nails. They were very gentle when taking off my previous shellac colors and shaping my nails. In a lot of nail salons, I feel like I'm being talked about but no chance of that here! We chatted throughout the process and my appointment ended with Tracy giving me her business card. Three of us thought the clean air atmosphere of this spa was better than other, less expensive nearby salons. After adding our names to the waiting list, we observed a mother bring in her daughter--and heard the receptionist admonish "you should call for an appointment" (as there were others also waiting.) The woman was escorted to the back of the salon and seated--And served ahead of us! In fact, when I raised my eyebrow to the technician, her returned look conveyed defiance. Apparently there is a pecking order for walk-in's at this salon and it has nothing to do with the order you arrive! (Understand, this woman clearly did NOT have an appointment). Additionally, the Water in my spa pedicure was cold and they didn't seem to be too concerned with rectifying the situation until the third attempt to fill the bowl as they apologized for no more hot water! Really? See photo- they were NOT overly crowded! One of the main reasons for the mother-daughter trip to a "spa" salon is the chairs, relaxation, girl-time. Cold water on hands and feet=not relaxing. Endless chattering and yes, yelling back and forth between the attendants to each other in Vietnamese was annoying, inconsiderate and definitely NOT relaxing! However someone else started me before Young took over and I gave the 1st woman the nail color (pretty sky blue) and she clearly grabbed a black dip instead. I kept saying this is really dark and not what I picked. The end result was black and not something I can have in my job. I explained and the first lady came rushing up and was not willing to fix or discount and grabbed my card out of my hand. I grabbed it back I started to leave then realized that wasn't right so went back in and said I'll pay half but not the full amount and to pls get out of my face and stop screaming. She was yelling at me in a language I don't understand or deserve then finally said "you never come back here" - Young stepped in and I paid $30, not $60 and tipped Young $15. I have never been so disrespected or treated so poorly by any other nail salon employee ever. I went in last week- 10 days ago to get the gel manicure tips. I was really happy with how they turned out and I absolutely love the color, well this is the ONLY gel I've had that hasn't lasted up to it's two week mark. I have had plenty of jobs where I work with my hand submerged in water etc and it still won't budge. Lin was the girl to do my nails originally and she was alright but Queenie who fixed my nails kept jerking my hands around and telling me to relax when I already was. The owner is a joke instead of trying to make the situation better, He made it worse and paraded my hands around the shop to ask other customers what they thought if it was regrowth or peeling. I NEVER have been so humiliated in a customer service industry that I will not return. If I have to tell my friends to ONLY get pedicures then so be it but I will not step foot in this store again.
