Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I brought my sister in with me, and from beginning to end, everything felt extremely rushed. I paid for specific services that were not fully provided. We were already walking to the front counter to leave when the technician suddenly came running back with towels saying, "I have towels," and proceeded to quickly put them on my sister and wipe down her legs. At that point, it felt like the service was only being done so they could say it had technically been "completed," rather than actually providing the service we paid for. If a service is included in the price, it should be done properly--not as an afterthought while the customer is walking out the door. I asked the manager/owner whether I was still expected to pay full price for her considering everything I was paying for wasn't properly provided, and instead of answering my question directly, the manager/owner avoided it. I paid the full amount, but the entire situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Obviously, they needed the money more than I needed to argue over it, but I will not be returning. What really said a lot was that while we were leaving, a sweet lady apologized to us on their behalf because she had also had a poor experience. She told us she actually had to ask her nail technician to paint her entire nail because the technician was only painting part of it. I hope she leaves a review. When customers are paying for a service, that is not cheap, they shouldn't have to remind employees to complete basic parts of that service or feel rushed out the door. Based on talking to management they don't take these concerns seriously and as a company of your own your suppose to focus more on the quality of the customer experience rather than simply getting people in and out. read more

I've been to this nail salon multiple times, and every previous experience with Aloha has been wonderful. Unfortunately, Aloha wasn't available this time, so I was scheduled with Ruby, and the experience was disappointing enough that it has made me reconsider coming back. My best friend and I came in for my birthday nails. I asked for a simple French tip with a design, but after spending an hour and a half on just the French tips, Ruby still couldn't complete the design. Rather than telling me she wasn't comfortable doing it or asking another technician for help, she continued trying until I eventually had to tell her to stop because I was running out of time. The customer service was just as disappointing. From the moment we sat down, Ruby was rude, short, and had an attitude. When she moved me to another station, she looked at my friend and me and said, "Just one of you." My friend's nails were already finished, and she simply wanted to stand by me since it was my birthday. Another nail technician had to step in and tell my friend it was perfectly fine to stay. To put the timing into perspective, my friend received French tips with polka dots, while I only got French tips, yet I was still in the salon about 45 minutes longer than she was. I do want to recognize that the manager handled the situation professionally and scheduled me to come back the next day to make things right, which I appreciate. However, Ruby's attitude, lack of communication, and poor customer service completely overshadowed the visit. I cannot recommend booking with her. read more

I used to like this place for a quick pedicure and found it relatively satisfactory compared to some of the other places around the area, but today's service was probably the worst I've ever had in my life I had a man who probably had no idea what he was doing. He had no idea how to cut my toenails correctly. He used a drill on a high speed and hit my cuticles at least three times including my skin causing tenderness and pain He had no idea how to take off the dry skin on my heels and so I left with the same dry skin. I came in with I paid extra for Massage and the hot towels and he didn't even wrap the hot towels around the leg. He laid them on top. His massage was 20 seconds of him, running cream up and down my leg literally the worst ever I was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt since I've been here a couple times before, but I think I am done for good. If you are unable to apply nails in the correct way to prevent lifting after a singular week then you deserve your license revoked. I visited the salon to have my gel polish removed on May 19. The technician was quite abrupt and aggressive with taking it off and it felt as though the Dremel tool was hot and burning my nail. I have very strong nails that I have to file frequently because of quick growth but it is now been over four weeks and I have zero nail growth and still splitting and chipping out because I think he knows we're here maybe that's a thing we could do next year one at the quick of the nail. I would suggest picking your technician carefully or having one that you go to on a recurring basis. read more

I really wanted to update my previous review with a positive experience, and made sure I wrote down the name of my technicians because when I left the salon, I loved my nails. The names on the Venmo's for tips are Nu Lee (hands) and Van Dinh Vivian (feet). Fast forward to the very next morning, when I showered before my flight to Switzerland for the holidays. Got a festive color and was so happy to have nice looking nails for a special trip. I get out of the shower and my gel polish is peeling, several nails almost completely off. I've got no time to fix them, and am now heading out of the country looking like I've got bloody cuticles. My toes came out perfectly with the same polish. Absolutely unacceptable. I took my 7-year-old daughter to M. Vince for a pedicure, and afterward she developed a painful toe and toenail infection that required medical treatment and a round of antibiotics. What is even more disturbing is how the salon handled the situation. I called to report what happened and expected someone to have the decency to return my call. No one ever did. Their complete lack of concern for a serious issue involving a child speaks volumes about how they treat their customers once they've been paid. The technician who performed my daughter's pedicure was Chelsie Richards (according to my Venmo payment). After this experience, I have serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation practices at this salon. I have no confidence in their commitment to customer safety or hygiene. This doesn't apply to all of the employees here, but to the man who did my pedicure. It was not a pleasant experience. He was rough, unpleasant, impatient, and more focused on the World Cup on the TV than on my service. I recently dislocated my patella and I was in a brace. He jerked my bad knee around while moving my foot around without the slightest concern for the pain he put me in. I have two kids and rarely treat myself to self care. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The tech very painfully ripped out an ingrown toenail without any warning making me bleed then proceeded to just put nail polish over top. She globbed both the polish and top coat all over my nail beds/cuticle and left polish all over my toes. She buffed my skin rather than my nail and tsked at me when I flinch from the pain. I normally don't like to write negative reviews because I believe one bad experience can just be bad timing, and I always want to support local businesses. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty, I feel compelled to share my experience. My mom and I have been coming here since they first opened, and they used to be amazing. Over the past year, however, the quality of service has noticeably gone downhill. We've both switched things up over time; sometimes gel, sometimes regular polish, and regardless of what service we get, the experience now feels rushed and careless. There's little to no massages, ever if you pay extra for one, and the work often feels half-done, like they're just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. Our last visit was the final straw. I only received a pedicure, while my mom got both a pedicure and a manicure, yet she was finished before me. She chose regular polish, and later that day noticed bubbling and peeling. We went back the next day to show the manager, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed her for choosing regular polish instead of gel. He refused to issue a refund even though she made it clear she no longer wanted their services. They only offered a repaint. The manager has consistently had an attitude and seems more focused on rushing customers through than providing quality care. It's disappointing, especially considering how great this place once was. went to get a pedicure today. everything seemed great until my nail technician decided to cut into my side walls. i do not have ingrowns nor is it in their scope of practice to remove ingrowns. my big toe is bleeding and in lots of pain. only a licensed podiatrist has the accurate knowledge to do things such as removing ingrown nails WHICH i do not have. lucky i am a nail tech myself and am able to fix the issue. i would not recommend getting a pedicure from here again. read more

Today I came into M. Vince for a gel color change on my toes. I asked the woman at the front desk how much it would cost, and she told me $30. I then sat down with the nail technician and asked for a white French tip. When it was time to pay, I was told the total was $40 because the French tip was an additional $10. No one had mentioned this extra charge beforehand, and I was never shown a pricing menu. The nail tech acknowledged that I had not been informed and offered to take $5 off. However, the manager overheard and immediately became argumentative, accusing me of "just wanting a discount" and raising her voice at me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she told me to come back to the chair so she could remove my gel polish, which would have wasted even more of my time. Another customer even spoke up and said she had experienced a similar situation at this salon, where she was also charged for something she had not been told about beforehand. After about 10 minutes of arguing, the manager finally agreed to take $5 off but continued yelling at me as I left. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful the manager was. If there are additional charges, customers should be informed BEFORE the service is performed, not surprised with them at checkout. I would not recommend M. Vince. The lack of transparency about pricing and the way management handled the situation was extremely disappointing. read more

I had a Mani-Pedi here today. I was a walk in. It wasn't busy. I received a gel manicure and regular polish on my toes. No one in here seems very happy or particularly friendly. My gel manicure isn't very good. There are thick spots and thin spots. I don't think I'll be coming back here. And, I have to ask...is it really hygienic to have a coffee bar in a nail shop? With all of that nail and chemical dust in the air floating around, how does that not end up in your coffee drink? Seriously...that can't be healthy. The lady was frustrated that I didn't pick a 100 dollar pedicure. She proceeded to just wash my feet and then began to paint. The paint looked awful because she didn't cut my cuticles. When I said something, the other lady said yes she cut them. Ummm, I watched her and my cuticles are still there so I had to show her that she did not. Then she tried to grind the paint and finally someone else had to take over. No discount offered. When I left, I decided to give the gentleman a better tip as it wasn't his fault. When I returned, they were laughing about the poor tip. I gave him the extra money and left. Not worth it. Worst experience ever. I've been here twice and all the nail techs I've seen have had bad attitudes. Second time was way worse and the last time I'll be going. - The UV nail lamp felt like it was burning my hand like nothing I had felt before, and the nail tech just stared at me with a blank annoyed expression. No "oh let me turn it down a bit", etc., just annoyed with me. - They don't use acetone wrapped in foil to remove gel by default. They just quickly drill it off to save time, and take off layers of your nails in the process. They will be annoyed if you ask them not to do this. - Both times the polish has started chipping way quicker than usual. The facility is nice and well designed, so it's a shame about the service. read more

That said, I did appreciate the pedicure... it was relaxing and well-done, and honestly the only reason I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. Now for the manicure... this part was frustrating. The nail tech asked me to press a button on the UV lamp, and I felt really bad because I didn't understand what she wanted at first. I kept pressing it, but nothing happened. She seemed visibly annoyed, which made the situation awkward. Eventually she realized the lamp didn't work and grabbed a new one and then turned it on herself, which made me wonder why that wasn't the first thing she tried. It just felt like I was being blamed for something out of my control. On top of that, my manicure didn't last more than a week and a half. I was VERY disappointed with my head spa appointment. What should have been a relaxing experience was quite the opposite. During my appointment, another employee walked into the room and interrupted the service, which felt invasive and highly unprofessional. At one point, the technician even left the room during the appointment, further disrupting the experience. To make matters worse, the technician was texting during my appointment. Rather than being relaxing, much of the service was uncomfortable and even painful. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless, like a random collection of activities thrown together simply to fill the allotted time. Afterward, I called management to share my concerns. While on the phone, I could hear staff discussing me in the background, which was extremely unprofessional. Management dismissed my concerns, did not seem to view the interruptions or texting as a problem, and offered no meaningful attempt to address or resolve the situation. The lack of professionalism, attention to client experience, and customer service was honestly shocking. Having someone enter the treatment room during a service and having the technician texting during the appointment is unacceptable. When they first opened I tried this place. A few times were great. Then a pedicure, I got a to ail fungus. Thinking maybe they were better, I tried again and got a fingernail fungus from a gel manicure. Also extremely annoying they pressure you into doing venmo or cash for tips. If you don't have cash, you can pay the extra cost at their atm. I strongly believe cost of doing business is allowing your customers to use a debit card and COB is on the establishment. It's also not a great practice to allow your staff to smoke cigarettes right outside the front door. Further, if you have hours posted, those are your working hours. If customers come in at decent time before stated hours of closing, that is not the customers fault. I went in yesterday for a mani/pedi and had the worst service I've ever had. Started with a pedicure, where she only soaked my feet for maybe 5 minutes total. She only clipped my nails and barely shaped them, didn't tend to my cuticles at all. Then we moved to the manicure, where she incompletely removed the gel, again clipped my nails and barely filed them, didn't buff them or tend to my cuticles. The polish I selected ended up being almost empty. She kept adding a liquid and trying to use it. I asked if I should choose a different color, and she couldn't understand anything I was asking so another employee came over and told her to choose a different color. Instead of removing what she'd already painted which had chunks of old dried polish and was very stripey, she just painted over it. Several times while painting my nails she bumped the wet polish on another nail and just painted over it, leaving marks. I asked her to clean it up, as there was paint all over the skin around my nails, which she did with a brush and acetone but not very well. The polish also pooled at the bottom of my nails by my cuticles. I didn't realize just how horrible it was until I got home. I called this morning and the manager apologized and asked how they can make it right. I said that I don't have time to come in to fix it since I have a work event tonight, family in town starting tomorrow, my daughter is graduating Thursday, then we immediately leave for travel and won't be back until early June, and then I'm moving over 30 minutes away the day after I return. He said they don't offer refunds and his only solution is for me to come back in so they can fix it. I explained my graduation, travel and moving plans and that I have no time to come in. He said that was his only solution and refused a refund. So now I have to find alternate transportation for my family from the airport tomorrow so I can go in and have them fix it. He also asked me to text him photos of my nails rather than leaving a Google review. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience, their customer service and refusal to make it right in a way that works for me. I paid $101 and still tipped her $20. I wish I'd noticed before I left and done something about it in the moment, but I was in a hurry so that's on me. read more

I had my nails done and they were awful, and I asked for one of the Best technicians in the salon. my nails were Ripley around my cuticle. They were awful. Tried to go back the next day and they were so busy due to the holidays they told me there was nothing they can do and take it up with my bank... So I did. Yikes. The last gal who did my nails was sweet, but apparently brand new and was being bullied by her colleagues in the middle of my appointment. She tried to seat me at a station toward the front and a couple ladies were yelling at her, kicked us out of the station, and then she was understandably upset.. she excused herself several times during the appointment to cry in the bathroom (which I understood). Unfortunately her technique was not great and I was left with bloody cuticles in a few spots and a no chip manicure that looked bad and was falling off within a week. Not sure if the bad manicure was because she was upset or distracted or maybe she just wasn't super experienced, but that along with the unprofessional behavior of several employees (including a gal who I presume was the manager) was enough for me to decide not to return. read more

This nail salon is a beautiful atmosphere with plenty of seating. I've gone three times now but unfortunately have had poor quality service the last two. The second time I went, the girl doing my nails seemed unsure about how she was doing. Sure enough, within 3 days my gel started chipping and peeling off. I didn't plan to go back after that, but I revived a gift card. I went last Thursday evening to get a gel mani and pedi. The service itself was great, and quick. However today, Tuesday, the gel is peeling. I am so disappointed, as this weekend is Mother's Day and a special event for our family, that I was hoping to have my nails done for. They also only accept Venmo or cash for tips. I asked if I could tip with my card(at previous appointment) and was told no. I went in for a simple pedicure and they charged me $16 extra to use a cheese grater on my feet. The polish was too thick and looked awful I asked for a different polish but they said it was fine. I have never written a negative review on any business before, but I feel I need to this time. I've been seeing Junior for the past few years, and he is absolutely the best! He's meticulous and always does an amazing job with my nails. I usually get gel manicures that last 4 to 5 weeks without any chipping. I also love getting Gel X extensions in an almond shape--they always look perfect. I highly recommend Junior! read more

So I was given a wonderful Mother's Day gift with a very nice amount on an online gift card from my daughter to get the best packages at M Vincé Nail spa. I went ahead and booked at the castle rock location since the centennial had no same day appts available. I was so disappointed with this location and the manager. I specifically told my na tech that I was using a gift card when we were discussing prices for a specific nail color and effect I wanted and he acknowledged it. I went through the entire full set nail experience only to go at the end to pay and was then told I couldn't use my gift card because the machine was down? I had a bill of 85.00 and asked the manager how can I pay if I only have the gift card? He said I could pay Venmo. I told him I don't want to pay out of pocket when I have a 300.00 gift card and he stated I couldn't use it. I then asked what would have happened if I did t have any cash or a way to pay and he ignored me and said again "we take Venmo " so needless to say, I had to pay out of pocket for my Mother's Day gift because they failed to inform us gift card users that their "machine" was down. I will never go back to this location. Very unprofessional and not willing to compromise at any point. Maybe put a sign or notice out that no gift cards accepted??? Absolutely horrible and would 0 stars if I could. Came in to get my acrylics removed/manicure and a lady took me back to her station. Immediately got a weird vibe and could tell she was being off with me. I literally asked where the bathroom was- even leaving my wallet/phone behind while she was getting the rest of her supplies together. I came back and she asked me for my credit card saying "pay now". She took my card and placed it on the corner of the table... like what?? She didn't even finish my nails and ((being a younger female with multiple tattoos) who has come into this place multiple times I have never had this happen before. I tried asking why she needed my card and she didn't even respond, not to mention she was trying to "upsell me" while this happened. Right after this she did the absolutely worst possible job on my nails and messed up so many times but seemed frustrated at me for no reason. I finally had enough of the disrespect and told her to take the polish off because I was done with how she was treating me and how horrible it looked. Not to mention- she charged me at the end of the service seeming perfectly fine with how she treated me and not a single apology. Not one to leave bad reviews but definitely would not recommend this place to anyone - despite how beautiful the salon itself is. I made an appointment for a lash lift and tint days prior. When I showed up, I was told the lady who was supposed to be doing it was not in that day. Though frustrating that I drove all the way there to find that out, life happens and I left with a new appointment date/time - this time with a manicure, in addition to the original lash lift & tint. Showed up for the new appointment days later, and they said they would do my nails first and then lashes. The first two colors I picked out from the display options were both not available. The nail tech then told me to pick my color from a specific book because those colors "actually match" the color that you choose. He then showed me the color that I chose (a very obvious pink) was indeed purple?? The tech was just annoyed in general and quite rude. When he finished with my nails, I told them I was scheduled for a lash lift and tint too. Come to find out, they did not have anyone to do it AGAIN. They told me to come back another day.
