Rushing 5. Overcharging and the old school upsell 6. Gel manicure to fall apart in days 7. Tight spaces. Nominal comfort.. Then, this is your place. LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE BRITTNEY. My usual eyebrow place is 40mins from me and I'm not usually in that city. Over the weekend, I went to my moms salon and let her nail tech take care of me! She's knows us for 12 years and has watched me and my siblings grow up. I absolutely love her! I would give no stars, but I had to choose at least one. I received a manicure today. The lady was talking on her headset the entire time I was getting my nails done. She didn't soak my nails to soften the cuticles, but went right in pushing the cuticles back and clipping them which caused several of them to bleed. The nail polish looks like a 3-year-old did it. She didn't give the hand massage and when I asked if if the don't do that any longer she stated that if I come back in 2 weeks that she will give the hand massage at that time! It was $70.00 after a $10.00 discount. Never again! read more

Do not go here for eyelash extensions, it will be a waste of money! When i got my eyelash extensions, there was a white flim on the upper part of the lash. I didn't notice this initially because the glue had not fully dried. I got compliments on the look of the lashes, but in the interim was advised that i had caked glue on the top of the lash. When i came back to the shop, to complain to the mgr, Tammy, that there was caked glue on the extensions, I was told that this is the way it's supposed to look. That they use two types of glue, and that the glue used for my lashes... gives off a silvery color to the Lash~ Are you kidding me. Again, do not waste your money. They do well with nails...but need to stay out of the eyelash arena! Ugh! read more

I travel travel for work and I am on my feet a lot , so a pedicure is always needed. I saw a review on this place on here . I was surprised to hear that I had to pay an extra $7 to take my polish off. I thought that was a requirement anyways but ok. Ashley was so sweet I decided to stay and get my feet done. Their prices are higher than what I usually pay ($20 )for pedicures but Ashley was well worth the $30. Would definitely go back for her. This place had great reviews so I took a cab out from my hotel, figured I'd get a little grocery shopping in as well. I was amazed at first by the woman doing my toes (she's the only reason this place is getting two stars.) There was a secondary woman who did my fill for my acrylic nails. She also offered brow waxing which I opted into not knowing that she would wax my eyebrows right there in the spa chair. I didn't even see her was her hands and she wasn't paying attention to where she put the wax. Some of the excess being spread on my eyelid which led to some tearing up when she pulled off the wax strips. She also dropped the brush she was using for my acrylic on the ground, picked it up and kept working with it. I'll be washing my hands more frequently to make sure I don't get any weird infections. Overall VERY displeased. Will never be returning and good luck to the people who do. read more

Was excited about trying this salon because it's conveniently located inside of Walmart. I literally tried to love this place but after today's visit I will never go back. After being cut at every appointment and getting rushed service every time...today was the worst of them all. I'm so disappointed! After leaving the salon I noticed that my polish on my nails had bubbles in it. I was in a The lady who did my nails rushed and did a messy job!!! Even after I asked her to fix it and she handed me to someone else and it only got worse. Don't go there. You'll regret it! Go somewhere where you'll feel pampered this place isn't it. I have been going to this Regal Nails about ten years! I live in Southpark which is 20 minutes plus away from this nail salon but I have not found anyone as good as Brittany to do my nails!!! They last a month and her nail work and nail art is impeccable !!! I get more compliments than most of my friends that go elsewhere! The staff and owner is very kind and it truly seems like a family! Please ladies if you care about you skin and health don't go there ! about a month ago I got my eyebrows done there and the lady who did them left them really really skinny and with no shape and I've always had thick arched eyebrows and to make things worst I got a serious skin infection around my eyebrows that's is barely going away until now . The infection came from bacteria in the wax because they dip more than one the stick in wax that has already been used and the wax isn't hot enough to kill the bacteria . I am VERY upset. Tam was my nail tech and she did not take her time to make my nails even and file them down. This resulted in my nails appearing crooked and bumpy. What really has me upset was when I complained to Tam and she acted as if I had to deal with it and even wanted to charge me money to make the adjustments. I wouldn't recommend getting nails done at this place. They used cheap watered down products and they do not take their time to fulfill services. read more

Let me tell EVERYONE who can READ: how AWFUL my experience was with DIANA TRAN of Regal Nails. SHe works at the WAL-mart location on S.Tryon in Whitehall shopping center. Ms Tran did my lashes 3 weeks ago with a service that was supposed to last up to 1 month. However at 2& 1/2 weeks the lashes started comming off. I was unable to get to her to fix the first part. within a few day the whole left eye came off. I called her and asked for an EMERGENCY appointment as nobody wants to walk around with lashes on one eye only; my phone call was not returned until 2:00pm and at that time she asked what the prblem was & told me she would get back to me. Ms Tran did not return my call until 9pm that evening and at that it was by text msg! SHe told me the 1st thing she had open was for 11am. So I get the shop where she told me she would be to fix the proble mand take the other eyes lashes off and at 4 minutes after 11 Ms Tran was not there. they called her cell phone where she again told me she was not able to fit me in today but she could get to me tommorrw- Mind you I did try very hard the day before to get the lashes off myself(w/lash remover, baby oil gel and moist heat & baby wipes). So here I am calling out of work because I am a salesperson and could not go to work today in my current condition. I did make my way over to The BROW BAr where Sandra was an ANGEL and tried to help me but the type of glue used requires something stronger than what SAndra had but she was kind enough to calland make me an appoinment at another place of someone who could help me. I write this review to warn you against unprofessional inconsiderate greedy self centered people who take your money to provide you a service and then don't want to make time to mantain their service. I hope this review warns against her truly terrible service and proffesionally speaking I hope it hurts her business in the long wrong! You can't ruin someone's face and not be willing to help them when they can't fix it at home or by themselves. I might still write and file a complaint to the better business bureau about her and her business practices. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH DIANA TRAN!!! IF YOU DO BE CAREFUL!!
